I can say that from the time i walked in the staff welcomed me and was just completely awesome and made me feel almost like i was the only patient there even tho the store was very busy! So glad i chose to go to this office!

The doctor did a recheck to fix my prescription. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

After the initial round of tests, it took a long time for them to prepare the field vision room around the beginning (long wait), but afterwords was good once we got going.

The doctor was great but the staff not soHad an appointment on June 20th for an eye exam. Called back 3 weeks later for an update on the glasses and no order was found. They never ran my vision insurance nor did they process my glasses request. Wouldnt request this eye doctor at all.

Did not see Dr. Winkler but the doctor that I did see was fantastic. Was very informative and explained everything to me and a great sense of humor, that puts you at ease right away. Dr. Brad ? not sure what last name was.

The doctor is very thorough and explained everything in detail. The staff are all very accommodating. My experience there was also very good.

Dr. Winkler has been my eye doctor for many many years. He has always taken great care of my eyes. Always look forward to seeing him and Leah when I come in.

Staff unwilling to help when you have a issue kid broke his glasses and was told he could get a extended prescription so i could get him his glasses before his next eye exam was scheduled went in and was told no without the girl even getting off her butt to pull his chart or ask the doctor. They really need to learn what customer service is. As well as never had a eye dr only write a 1 year prescription for glasses Will not be going back he again.

I saw Dr. Bradley Bessant. I hadnt had an exam in 5 years, so I was having problems and I had a lot of questions. He answered them all, took his time, was very professional and I would definitely recommend you ask for him if you ever visit Lenscrafters.

Dr Wrinkle is very professional and have a very clear and direct communication with the patients. Yes, there are new diagnostic procedures being introduced, but I believe you can opt out if you ask.

Dr Winkler as well as the staff at Lenscrafters is great. Dr Winkler takes the time to give a good full complete exam, highly reccomend them.

Staff was rude and pushy. Overpriced.

Front desk staff is nice, but the doctor here now requires expensive tests as part of the normal exam and insurance may or may not cover. I have to find a new eye doctor because of this.
