Ive been to 3 stylists here and they are all talented. The space his luxurious and inviting and the products are all clean. My only complaint with this place is that you literally need to make your appt 6-8 WEEKS in advance which is not great for me, so Ive actually switched salons because its easier to get an appt.

I literally cannot put into words how thankful I am that I found Verde! I’ve been doing extensions with Deanna for close to three years now and I have never been happier with my hair! Not only do I have beautifully long and full hair (thanks to great quality extensions and expert application) my actual hair has improved beyond belief! If I didn’t love the extensions so much, I probably wouldn’t even need them anymore. I couldn’t recommend this salon more. As someone who has spent the majority of my life struggling with my hair, and having to choose between having healthy hair and stylish hair, Deanna has been a life changer for me.

Excellent experience, and I was a bit of a challenge as Im a guy who wanted his hair to be kept fairly long. This was a cut in layers, the first one Ive managed to get in the area. That combined with great service means Ill be back.

So I used to really love this place. They used to charge $50 years ago for a shampoo, cut and blowdry. Then the price went up to $67. Now the price has sky rocketed to $87. $87 for a shampoo, cut and blowdry. The worst thing about it is they did this without a single word to the customers. I sat down expecting to pay $67 and was charged $87. No one informed me about any pricing changes. The same thing happened to my mother in law. I find this very rude and unprofessional treatment. Especially to your loyal customers who have been with you for years. Its not right. Not to mention that the cut is not worth $87, this isnt Newbury st. In Boston. I can go to many salons in the nearby area and get just as good a cut for a much cheaper price. Verde has lost my business.

Amazing salon with gorgeous decor and super clean! The stylists are so friendly and fun and know how to style your hair just the way you want without damaging it! My stylist Mariah was incredible I cant say enough good things about her! My first time there there was a slight mix up with scheduling my appt and to make it up to me they gave me an entire FIFTY PERCENT off my entire appointment along with a complimentary bottle of shampoo and conditioner valued at over $70 which was beyond gracious of them and goes to show how on point their business ethics/morals are and how much they appreciate their customers! This was my first appt there and couldnt be happier with the full foil of blonde that I got, their products are also top notch and smell great! This is def my new home for my hair, thank you Verde! Forget 5 stars you deserve 10 🥰💁‍♀️

Not only is Mariah an amazing artist but she has to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I feel like I’ve known her for years! The salon is so cute and clean and they sell the cutest local products! (I bought the cutest sweatshirt from there) After seeing Mariah twice my hair feels the best it’s ever felt. 100% recommend this salon, go see Mariah!!!

I had the best experience at Verde Salon thanks to Kim! I have always worn clip in extensions and wanted extensions that last longer than a day. I went with tape in extensions and wow the transformation! She made me feel 1000% more confident with my new hair! I can not thank her enough! Wonderful salon! Did a wedding trial with Tia, she does a fantastic job! I recommend her for your regular hair-styling needs as well, its nice to find a hair salon that you are actually happy with, but Verde certainly fills that void!

Edit: I want to quickly edit that Verde has gone absolutely above and beyond to ensure I love my hair again, and their staff has been so kind in the process. Will be returning for another color on the 4th and Im excited to continue going there for touchups.I hate to make this review negative because I love Verde and brought my mom there for makeup and had amazing results and everyone Ive even talked to associated with verde is highly professional and down to earth and easy to get along with. I hate to write this because Im one of those people that would rather die than make another person feel bad, but I have been so incredibly depressed with my results from my hair visit. I had been growing my hair out for almost a decade and babying it so it was healthy enough to one day go blonde -naturally Im medium brown- and communicated that I wanted to go platinum and I wanted it solid so it was a full bleach and not highlights. I was realistic enough to know platinum wasnt going to be achieved in one visit. But I was okay with a medium to dark blonde for my whole head. I feel like I got talked into doing more of a highlight session instead which I guess I didnt realize until my hair was half done and noticed when she got close to the front that half of my hair wasnt being included in the foils. I didnt want to make her redo everything and Im a firm believer in trusting the process so I waited patiently for the rinse out, toner and blow dry and put my trust in her hands. I dont know what happened but the underneath of my hair is gray -a color I thought i made clear that i did not want anywhere near my head- and the top is medium ashy blonde stripey highlights which is not terrible looking but again not even remotely close to what I asked for. I feel like I cant be mean or stand up for myself so I tried to like it before heading out. I also feel like the brushing out process was a bit aggressive and my hair feels extra damaged as it was like 15 minutes of the sounds of wet ripping hair went on. My hair loves to tangle and I have to be super gentle with it or it gets really irritated being brushed out wet, especially as its in its most fragile state wet. I was cringing but again didnt say anything because I just kept telling myself that I need to butt out and shes the professional. Even with anti frizz creme and hitting it with a flat iron, I cannot get any shine into my top layer. I canceled my follow up appointment and have been crying pretty much since the end of my appointment. I also suffer from trichotillomania which I told her so we could hopefully be extra gentle on my hair as my scalp is compromised from my anxiety disorder. I put so many years into my hair that I cherish and its the only thing I ever liked about myself and I feel it will never be the same again. I have no self esteem anymore and I feel destroyed. Im also saddened that I have to put it through more torture just to get it to a likeable state. Again I feel terrible because the girl I had was great and friendly and it was like we were besties straight away, and her technique with the bleaching and foils looked flawless. I guess thats why Im extra surprised and saddneed because the whole time I never thought once that I would not like it. Im crushed. And my mom covered the cost as a surprise to me as a late birthday gift, and now I just feel burdened with the guilt of her having paid near $300 for something I cant bring myself to like. Im sorry - I tried to come around to it but I really cant.

I started seeing Shannon for my haircuts about 6 months ago. Ive been completely happy with each cut and I really look forward to my visits! The salon is beautiful, everyone at Verde is so friendly, and I love that they are environmentally conscious. I am an over-thinker when it comes to changing things up, but being in good hands and in such a relaxing environment makes it fun and relaxing.

I am so grateful to have found this salon! My hair color is naturally dark brown and it really resists coming up blonde. Other salons always turned my hair brassy and really damaged my hair. I have had wonderful experiences with all four stylists I have used there (they are very accommodating and REALLY do not mind if my regular stylist is booked and I need to see someone else in the meantime). My hair has never been healthier or looked more natural. Awesome experience EVERY time.

I’ve been going here for several years for hair extensions and I honestly haven’t considered any other salon. I’ve also moved an hour away and it’s the only place I’ll ever go! Prior to Verde, I used to get my extensions done on Newbury Street in Boston...and these last way longer and cost half the price!The hair extensions are done in its own room, which I think is great. The entire process is actually pretty quick too. I get my old extensions removed, a wash & blow dry and the new extensions put in and styled all in about 3 hours.If you’re considering getting extensions look no further, this is the place to go!Price, quality, and incredibly talented stylists!!

Salon is very clean, tidy and posh. Youre welcome with fresh Blondies and drinks. Everyone was very kind, and I loved my hair when it was done. Scalp massage, hair trimmed, and a gloss treatment. It was well worth it!

I recently discovered Verde Salon this past year and I felt like I had been missing out for years. I initially went to look into getting hair extensions for my upcoming wedding. I wanted a long side braid that wouldnt work with my hair. I made a consultation and was blown away by Ashley who is a co-owner there. She took the time to answer every question I had, look at my hair and really go over everything. Often times consultations are just a way to get you in the door but I left feeling knowledgeable and with no pressure to get the extensions. I not only got the extensions but decided I wanted them to do the hair and makeup for my wedding. Ashley used Great Lengths extensions and they were incredible! I got so many compliments and they looked so natural. She blended them to my hair flawlessly. Nicole did the makeup for my wedding and Ashley did the hair. They showed up on time (even a bit early, just in case), were extremely professional and all my girls looked incredible. They even sent me a care package after my wedding thanking me. They are easy to work with, hilarious, extremely organized and by far the best Salon I have been to. I even called Ashley in a minor freak out before my wedding and she talked me down. You dont get service like that at most Salons. They care about the outcome. I would highly suggest going to Verde Salon and if you are interested in extensions, try the Great Lengths extensions from them! They truly are the best you can get!! Mine lasted for five months and I could have kept them in for longer if I wanted!

I had the best experience here!!! The salon itself is super cute and relaxing and all of the staff are so nice and welcoming. Nefris did my balayage, cut and blow out and she did an AMAZING job. She listened to exactly how I wanted my hair to come out and gave me suggestions to make it look even better. And she was right! So happy with how my hair came out and the products she used made my hair feel so smooth and healthy!

The website and reviews for this place all sound fabulous, but what is it really like? It is, fabulous! First thing, the ambience. I can actually relax here and not feel like a ton of people are flying around to do 2 or 3 clients at the same time. There is ample space between the stations. Nothing felt rushed, it seemed that I had my stylists full attention. This is the quality and peace that I long for in a hair treatment. I did not wait for my appointment, they are really on time yall. I had gone 9 months without a salon visit, visiting a barber only twice for trims. I wanted to work on getting rid of badly damaged hair from overprocessing. VERDE SALON seems invested in helping to maintain the integrity of hair which caught my eye. I had an appt. with Nefris for a partial foil and blow dry. I felt like she would give me honest opinions and not just agree with me. I need that! Yes, the head massage is so very wonderful, extra and yet essential at this point. She brought evenness and shine back to my hair color, and did an absolutely amazing blowout. I was so wowed by it. Wish I had a before picture of the frizz ball I went in as. She recommended some products when I asked. I so look forward to my next appointment with her for all of that plus a haircut. Thank you Verde Salon and Nefris who has an artists eye and touch.

My platinum blonde hair has never felt so healthy and grown so much, best head massage too! I see Deanna the owner and Lindsay Cosgrove for the past 3 years. I moved and still drive over 3hrs round trip to have my hair taken care of here. They always have yummy treats and refreshments and a welcoming at home ambiance. The text reminders for your appointment a few days before are also super helpful.

This is not your average hair salon by an means. I decided to give Verde a try not only because they were an eco-friendly salon but I followed the designer who designed their logo on Instagram as a matter of fact! In the past I always struggled with my scalp burning when I got my hair colored, Verde uses Kemon products which both contain European certified organic ingredients and are free from PPD, parabens, and ammonia. And Sophia was such a love, we hit it off from the get-go. She helped me pick a new base color and then worked her magic on Balayage-ing my hair! She made me look like a super model when I walked out I had a new attitude! And as a 40th birthday gift to MYSELF she is going to be adding hair extensions! And let me just say the owners of this salon have really put some design thought into the salon, using recycled wood and shabby sheik antiques to decorate as well as incorporating live plants as wall art. It made me feel like I just stepped into a salon in California but its right in Braintree, MA! I cant say enough good things about this salon and I highly urge you to get on the phone and make your appointment today!
