Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and very nice

Dr Friedberg has removed cataracts from both of my eyes and I’ve had cornea transplants in both eyes. He is the best of the best as far as I’m concerned and I don’t trust my eyesight with anyone else but him. He is very thorough and very personable. He even sacrificed his Thanksgiving Day to do one of my surgeries.

The Doctor and Staff were all friendly, pleasant and professional. The office was neat & clean however they were running a little behind. Fifteen minutes behind I didnt feel was too bad for a late afternoon appointment.

Eye tech had no bedside manner.Wait time for a scheduled appointment was completely unreasonable. 10:30 appt and at 11:50, we are still in the second waiting room to be seen. Yeah...that’s right! 2 waiting rooms! After waiting 40 minutes to be seen by a rude tech, she checked my sister’s eyes quickly and ushered us to another room! When we asked why the wait, she just said she had to wait to put us in the room. Why was our appointment scheduled for so early if they can’t accommodate patients. I understand that doctors sometimes run behind—but this is ridiculous! My sister informed me that on 3 separate occasions at this office she has waited over an hour from her scheduled time. Either they need better schedulers here, or more efficient staff and doctors.

Great professional service .

Dr. Friedberg was awesome. He did cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I was terrified of this surgery, but he assured me that he had done this surgery so many times and he, in his gentle way, calmed me down.His surgical team is excellent and has great concern for his patients.
