I have been going to this location for several years. Each time, it felt like being in a factory, where each person touches only one part of the product. The doctor in the past always seemed rushed. I felt the exams were fine, it was the approach I did not care for. Today, it was much better. I was able to chat with the Doctor, and he spent the needed time with me effectively. I hope this is the start of a new improved way for the medical staff to interact with their patients.

Really appreciate the attention to mask-wearing and social distancing during COVID. Staff and Dr. Edelman’s care is always thorough and they have s lot of patience with questions.

Because of traffic issues my husband and I arrived twenty minutes late for our appointments and the staff was not sure we would be able to conclude all of the necessary tests and we might have to return another day. However, they stepped up and we both had the full services we needed. Dr. Edelman was very proactive with our issues and took time to explain everything we needed to know.

I appreciated the courteous and prompt attention by all of the Coastal staff. The exam by Dr Edelman was the most in-depth and thorough of my 70 years. His analysis and description of my condition left me confident that I am receiving the best treatment available.

I needed to be seen quickly due to infection on my eye. Dr. Edelman arranged for me to come in the same day. He did a complete examination then prescibed antibiotic eye drops. I was very pleased.
