Very Very poorly run and very poor Dr.. My wife, is a stroke patient, seeking a Dr, in the area. We were told to fax my wifes files faxed to her. We heard nothing back, so we called, they said they were looking over the files and then still nothing. It took 2 1/2/ weeks of us, calling and waiting to here we arent taking any new patients Then they pass my wife off to another Dr. !!! Really??? Pathetic!!!! YOURE NOT A DR.!!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF, CALLING YOURSELF A DR.!!!

I went to Dr. Faircloth in hopes of discovering a new way to prevent/treat my migraines that I have had since age 12. She was very thorough, caring and listened to all of my concerns. She prescribed a new medication that I had not tried before! It was a real lifesaver in reducing the number of migraines I have per month. This ha greatly improved my quality of life. I could not be more satisfied with Dr. Faircloth and her approach to my problem.

My husband, Ronald goes to Dr. Faircloth and he and I are most happy with her. She is very personable and explains everything in laymen’s terms so we understand. Ron has Parkinson’s and can be stubborn at times and Dr. can put up with it and most times get thru to him as he also has dementia.

I was a patient of Dr Faicloth until recently when I needed a refill of a medication I required due to pain from a collapsed neck. My insurance provider required a phone call verification from Dr Faircloths office even though she had written a new script and forwarded it to my pharmacy. My insurance demanded that Dr Faircloths office call them to go forward in approving a medication I have been on since around the time of my neck collapse. I received a phone call from Dr Faircloths office saying she did not have the time nor the intent to call my insurance company. A call that would have taken about 2 minutes. Then they told me that they would refer me to a pain management firm. On the surface that might seem fine except the wait list would probably be months! So instead of making a single call to ensure I had required pain medication until I could transition to pain management, Dr Faircloth left me in a horrible position of having no pain medication at all. 1 two minute phone call was over and above for them, yet for me it is a standard practice I have witnessed throughout my life. I felt that anyone considering Dr Faircloth should have this experience detailed prior to making your choice. Gary K
