Dr. Predeep is wonderful, she is kind and makes sure I am well taken care of as a patient. She has made sure that I get what I need, listens to me as well as explains in laymen terms why I have had migraines for such a long time. Shannon NP, is as wonderful. She makes great effort to follow up on my care to insure I am getting the proper care and diagnosis. I do agree the office staff has been less than helpful. It is unfortunate for the doctors to have a poor administrative staff which effects the overall quality of the practice

Dr. Pradeep is wonderful!! She is thorough and knowledgeable, and really listens to your concerns. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant, and the office was clean and efficient. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I dont know who to blame for the screw up, but I called on a Friday because I had to use the emergency Nayzilam for a seizure and didnt want to be without it (because he usually has multiple seizures). The prescription was supposed to be called in in time for me to pick it up so we wouldnt be without it for 5 days, and SOMEBODY DROPPED THE BALL. This is too important for this kind of screw up.

I was referred here by my primary so I called to get a new patient appointment but whoever was on the phone acted like she hated her life. So rude, cut me off every sentence and refused to look up my referral for almost 2 full minutes she argued with me. When she finally saw my referral she said the dr was busy until October and hung up without scheduling me an appointment. After seeing all the bad reviews on here I’m not even going to ask for an appointment I’m calling my primary right now to ask for another referral to a different office.

I was a 5 yr patient with Dr Sinclair who literally saved my life. Once he left I was given the self proclaimed headache doctor who magically knew more about my 20 year ordeal than I did. Within the 1st 3 minutes she rediagnoised my cluster headaches as migraines. 3 minutes! It had taken 3 yrs & alot of pain to be properly diagnosed & this genius knew better than all the other docs. She claimed to have reviewed my records Sinclair had meticulously took over the yrs, an obvious lie due to statements made during visit. She made medical claims about cluster headaches that were out of date an untrue (I was literally educating her, such as when I stated I get headaches on both sides of head, before I could state never at same time meaning when I have a cluster its either100% on right side or left, she interrupted stating Thats migraines! I had to say, even tho rare, I was one of the cases that gets them on both. Being she had already diagnosed me as migraines in 3mins of visit, she wasnt hearing it. Unbelievably unprofessional and dangerous. She did not fill my scripts that were both labeled dangerous to abruptly discontinue. Her appearance was very unprofessional as well. The front staff used to be very good, than one new office person was hired (this was about half a year before they moved to present location, when they were behind Publix) and her bad attitude seemed contagious to rest of staff, I wish I remembered her name, she NEVER smiled and always made u feel as tho u were bothering her. (Brunette gal, about 45-50,55160ish#). The experience was 2 yrs ago and still affects me. I walked out of the appointment. I can remember her accusing me of being agitated and I replied that I was a sever head injury survivor, to wich she looked at me with a puzzled look (irritability is a classic, common symptom that any headache doctor should be well versed in) This combined with the horrid treatment from front staff still causes me suffering and mental strain that even after 2yrs i felt compeled to write this review. Im only doing so because even tho I havent been a patient there sine this incident I recently received a notice mailing about them reassigning patients to new doctors. I hope they are smart enough to get rid of Dr Faircloth and find a better office staff. And for those who lose their jobs if that is the case, I hope they will understand it was their own actions and learn from that mistake but I doubt they will accept any of the blame. The experience with so called Dr Faircloth was so bad, so demeaning and even quit dangerous I had considered seeking legal advise but found it too overwhelming to recant the experience over n over. Beware of Dr Faircloth. Anyone who rediagnoises a long established patient (20 years dealing with my head injury) in 180 seconds should have their license pulled! When I finally received my records, there was a real nasty unprofessional report from Dr Faircloth that I let my other docs see instead of hiding for a look at all of Dr Sinclairs notes clearly showed that she was the issue and not I. I was accussed of phoning early and often for meds, bad attitude, etc, that was all disproven when going thru their own records. Im 52yrs old, suffered a subdural hematoma in the 90s, have had heart surgery and my back is fuzzed, so needless to say Ive dealt with many medical professionals a good portion of my life. I am also 25yrs married to a RN so I always try to be respectful & patient of medical workers, Dr Faircloth deserves no such respect whatsoever and should not have a license to perform if she treats others as she treated me! To rediagnoise in 3mins and discontinue meds that are labeled seriously dangerous to appruptly stop, that right there is enough said. Ill stick with the diagnoses the neurologist/neurosurgeon with 40yrs experience and taught at the Mayo clinic for over a decade over this self proclaimed headache doctor that was the one with a doctret degree as she forcefully interupted and intergected while i was trying to tell her of my issues. Dr Faircloth = dangerous!

This office is a tale of 2 opposites. Shannon Hall is caring, thoughtful and very thorough. Her persistence lead to many tests until we discovered I had Parkinson’s. I appreciate that she never gave up till we found the answer. The front desk staff are HORRIBLE. There is hardly any parking due to several businesses using the same small area. For my last appointment I came 10 minutes early but ended driving in circles for 15 minutes waiting for a parking spot. Finally at the farthest corner away from the office one opened up. I parked and having a broken foot, I hobbled into the office. The front desk girl looks at me without saying hello or anything and tells me I’m late so they have to reschedule me to another day. Meanwhile there is no one waiting in the waiting room but me. I tried explaining there was no place to park. Her response, they don’t care!! If I’m not happy about it then I should complain to the building superintendent!! Yep, that was their advice. I asked to speak to the office manager. She said the same thing and that they reschedule people all the time due to no parking and they don’t care. I saw Dr Gonzalez in the hospital in October 2018 and started going to his practice for a follow up but up until yesterday’s fiasco have never seen a neurologist only Shannon Hall. After being treated so rudely I demanded a waiver and signed for my records to be transferred to another practice and already have an appointment with a Neurologist elsewhere. I only gave one full star because of Shannon. She should get out before this rude staff completely ruins her credibility.

The office staff is one of the worst Ive ever encountered!! For 3 years Ive gone with the lady I take care of, not only does the front desk girl need to have her desk in the closet, but the medical assistant who comes to the room and asks all the questions is so hateful, I cant believe she has this job!! If the doctor wasnt so great, Id never step foot in there again! Dr.Pradeep is amazing!!

Two referrals from another Dr. Been seeing Dr. Gonzalez for for several years and he and staff were great. Now after over a month still waiting for office visit with Referrals. Hand delivered the second referral because they said they didnt get the first one. Other office has fax receipt that it was received. Very disappointing went from a 5 star to really below a 1.

They used to be great. Then they sold the practice to some corporation and it changed overnight. The doctors all bailed except Gonzalez, but he works ONE DAY a month so you wont be seeing him. They now have a new doctor, but I think thats the only one they have....they used to have 4, now they have one! I have never seen a worse office staff. You wont get a call back, you wont get a prescription, you wont get to see a doctor, you wont get paperwork.....all you will get is lies, the runaround and usually they hang up on you. They say the office staff is overworked, but if you are there in person there are 4-6 of them sitting around giggling, and gabbing about their fun at the bar last night. You had better avoid these people. Actually, they will see to it that you do !!!! They want nothing to do with you. Why cant I give them zero stars? Thats what they are.

Dr. Pradeep, I like very much. Her staff is not good, and not helpful. In particular, her nurse has failed to complete a standard request for information from my pharmacy which she has received six times. In each instance, I was on the phone with or standing in front of the person sending the request. I verified that each company who sent the request (3 in total) had the correct fax number. After the third request, I talked to the nurse, and she said she checked the incoming faxes, and that there was nothing there. I confirmed that it wasnt true. I had the pharmacy send a FOURTH request for pre-authorization of the medication I was supposed to get, after which I called I called Bradenton Neurology to confirm that they had gotten it. The woman in the front office that I spoke with confirmed that it was in the system (they receive faxes electronically), and so were the previous 3 requests which had not been acted upon. So, the woman I spoke with said shed print it out and personally hand it to the nurse. Days later, nothing had been done. Two more requests have since been sent by my pharmacy, and time has passed. They have never received the completed information. Meanwhile, I have not gotten my medication since September, and am not doing at all well without it. I called to make an appointment with the doctor, saying that I urgently needed to see her, and explained why. They said that the very soonest she could see me was in six weeks. This is their idea of proper care for an existing patient with an urgent need? Overall, I think that the doctor doesnt know that these things are going on, but thats no excuse. The staff doesnt seem to take me seriously, and the nurse, who never sent the requested information to my pharmacy, which is part of the job she is paid to do, actively lied to me when she said they never received it. I will not tolerate any of this. I came to the doctor on a recommendation from another doctor, with whom I will speak about how Ive been treated; I will recommend that they refer no more patients to Bradenton Neurology. I have had months wasted without getting the medication that the doctor felt might help me, and no one in the office will do anything about it. I cant get access to the doctor, because they will not give me an appointment in the near future. This is an extremely poor way to treat a patient, and I recommend that you avoid them, lest you should get the same inadequate level of service. Find another neurologist. I have given up on this practice.

I wish I had read reviews before going here. My primary care doctor referred me and I had my hopes up that I could get answers. Instead, I left the office feeling belittled and frustrated. Dr. Malik was incredibly rude to me. She made fun of me for checking off too many symptoms on the sheet they ask you to fill out. She made me feel stupid for being there even though I am having issues that are affecting my daily life. I still cannot believe she would treat a patient like that.

I went to Bradenton Neurology due to an issue with terrible nerve pain on the right side of my face that was so bad that I could hardly get out of bed! After seeing two other neurologist, with no luck on a diagnosis of what was causing my pain I almost gave up. Then I decided to keep trying and went to Bradenton Neurology and seen Dr Malik and within twenty minutes she said it sounded like a nerve issue that was so rare that none of the doctors I mentioned it to had never heard of it . Within two weeks the pain was gone! Staff prevented a five star rating!

This office is a joke. I tried to get in as a new patient and for 3 days I called, left voice messages and never got a call back, had my family Dr send a referral to another neurologist and got a call back with an appointment that same day. I think they need to get better help or else they dont care if they lose new clients.

I was hesitant after reading the negative postings. My phone calls and call backs were prompt & professional. I was in and out just under an hour. Happy, & at ease with the 3 ladies monitoring the front desk. Maybe the previous post spoke about the gals had not been together long - this Wednesday was a Positive day.

BAD communication with this office I had a mini seizure on 7-19-18 away from my hometown and taking to Brandon Regional Hospital. The next day when I arrive in Bradenton on 7/20/18 I called this place to make a new patient appointment as directed by the ER Dr and the person that answered the phone (Diane or Dana ) had no emotion was rude she acted like I was bothering her by calling there kept cutting me off without letting me explain my call.. Here it is 7/27/18 and I’ve yet received a call from this office. I did what this girl told me to do which was fax her my records so she can call me and nothing yet. Don’t tell me you haven’t received them because I faxed them from my job where I work and it never came back as it didn’t go through.. I work for a Doctor and I will never treat a Patient like that on the phone or in person . One day we will all be sick and old God doesn’t like ugly.. Thank GOD I FOUND ANOTHER NEUROLOGIST in Bradenton and already have an appointment set....

Dr. Sinclair has left the practice and now lives in South Carolina. Dr. Faircloth has replaced him. She is horrible to put it nicely. If you like getting told how you feel today, tomorrow and yesterday, just ask her. If you want to know how well your meds work, just ask her. Dont waste your time if you used Dr. Superior. I mean Sinclair. Move on to a new practice. Shes the pits. Just look at her! I dont know WHO in that practice decided to hire that but bad decision for sure. After a 12 year relationship with Dr. Sinclair and the practice I say farewell. Taking my business elsewhere. I suspect an exodus considering when I arrived a girl was in tears in the waiting room because she didnt like the new dr.. She made someone cry? Now I understand.

When Dr. Sinclair left the practice, we were assigned Dr. Faircloth. We went for our first appointment with her and was told to come early for paperwork, even though we were established at the office. Our appointment was for 3:00. At 3:20 we were put in a room and told the dr would be in shortly. We waited until 4::00 no one came back to tell us if the dr was late. I went out and ask and they said she’d be right on in. At 4:15 we left without being seen.If you’ve had a stroke and don’t feel like sitting for an hour, don’t go to this office! I worked for doctors for 35+ years and if a physician was later than 20-25 minutes, I always kept the patient informed and would even offer to reschedule if necessary.

I went to see a neurologist, Ralph Gonzalez, M.D., and he preformed some blood tests. I called and asked the results of the blood test(normal) and about possibly getting an MRI done. His nurse called me back and told me that I was not listening to his advice and he could not do that. I asked what his advice was and she hung up on me. I only had one appointment and did not get to speak to Dr Gonzalez, except for my initial visit. .
