I was so apprehensive about my pet scan but Vanessa was incredible from the reminder call to the whole procedure. So nice and kept me calm. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this place.

My husband was sent there for an MRI by our doctor. It was very hard to communicate with them via phone.We arrived, the grass around the building is a foot high and looks like a very shady place. We went in and were told they took a patient late so we would have to wait. We did!Almost an hour and half later they came and got my husband.He was in there for almost 2 hrs. I went in and asked if everything was okay. She said yes should be a bit longer. My husband came out about 40 minutes later and was frantic. Face beet red panicked. No one spoke with him entire time he was in MRI tube, no one answered when he was yelling.Then we ordered discs. Showed up not ready. Took discs to our specialist and he said they were horrible like reading threw coke bottle.An Awful experience for my husband, a horrible time getting discs.We were told someone was going to call us from this agency we have heard not one word. We paid 300 dollars that our insurance didn’t cover for one of the worst experiences of our lives. Stay clear of this place! Your loved ones deserve better care.

There was one young man who cared for me all the while I was there and he was excellent. Very helpful to my every need and very, very helpful.

Very professional & prompt. They keep it pretty cold, so I recommend bringing a sweater.

My husband came for a Pet Scan and was quite anxious because of having COPD and problems he has experienced other places getting CAT Scans and MRIs. Vanessa treated him in the most caring and professional manner ever experienced. She put him at ease, gave him oxygen to breathe during the test, and made the visit a pleasant experience. Vanessa, you are the best!

I have not been a patient of SimonMed, but I have had terrible experiences dealing with them as a referral coordinator/Medical Assistant. The most recent struggle has been trying to obtain a PET scan report for a patient for the past 2 weeks. I have called and left several messages for medical records, they NEVER pick up the phone and still have not received the record. I called again and explained to the receptionist who answered the phone (after placing me on an 11 minute hold) that I have been asking for this report for weeks and she told me she would fax it right away. NOTHING. I am currently on hold once again as I type this Ive currently been waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to come on the line. Needless to say, I will not be sending anymore orders to this facility.

The staff is wonderful and friendly. Every step of the process is explained as you go along. If you must have a pet scan, this is a comforting place to have it done.

I am very happy with SimonMed. I have had two PETCT exams there and they are very professional. Venessa was great. She is very good at her job.

The nurses were very curious and they could not do enough for me. They we’re attentive and polite. I would recommend them to anybody.

Customer service was horrible. I was put on hold and transferred to others over and over again only for my calls to be dropped several times. I spent 2 and a half hours on hold trying to schedule an appointment and get copay information for a PET SCAN. I was quoted a price for 50% copay ($1,572.00) when in fact I only owed 25% ($786) copay. Customer service argued percentage with me and told me to call my insurance provider which I did. I DID only owe 25% which was still way too pricey. My last PET Scan copay was $257.00 for same Scan. Inflation? Yes indeed!!! My primary Doctors staff was kind enough to find another imaging center for $250.00 copay.People, Please shop around before you settle for an incompetent imaging Center! I wouldnt trust them to scan me now if it were free knowing how incompetent they really are. Good help is hard to find.

Simon Ed is the most incompetent place I have ever been to. 4 appointments were canceled because they didn’t know how to get the correct insurance approval. After making numerous phone calls myself and telling them what they had to do. (Which was ignored at first) I got an appointment. When I got there they had the wrong test ordered. I had to go to my car in my hospital gown to get the order again. After figuring out the correct test they put the wrong size needle in my arm and we had start again, which caused considerable pain. Do no go to this facility!

The technician, Vanessa, treated me and my wife who had to accompany me for medical reasons extremely courteously and efficiently. She fully explained the process and completed the testing in a timely manner. We were both very pleased with the entire visit.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Took the time to inform me what to expect and was sensitive to my needs. Even when I became claustrophobic and had to reschedule my appointment, the young lady in the office made me feel totally at ease and I was comfortable speaking with her. And even though I usually forget how to talk or say dumb things when speaking to a beautiful woman, she was so nice to me, Made me feel good and I was happy when I left. and for that I am very grateful. I couldn’t wait to go back for my next appointment. Very good place to get scanned.

Simon Med scheduled my appointment one week in advance for 8am. I arrived 5 minutes early. Desk person was 10 minutes late to work. After she arrived and took my insurance info she gave me a bottle of chalky fluid to consume which I did. After waiting a half hour @ 8:40am she advised me they had no tech to do the Catscan. She called another lady who requested I drive 28 miles to Sun City (we were in West Bradenton). I refused and left.I contacted my Dr for another referral. During this conversation I was told nothing in the request was for me to drink the chalky substance that Simon Med had me consume.I was sent to BIC Imaging who completed the Catscan. They also were amazed that Simon Med had incorrectly read the referral from the Doctors office and had me drink the chalk for no reason.Hopefully this review will encourage anyone crazy enough to go to this place to discuss in detail with their doctor what Simon Med is to do so they will have the correct test and procedures done when they arrive.I also hope this firm will do something about the employees who cant seem to arrive on time, or at all, to do procedures.I also intend to contact Medicare and my supplement provider and advise of the incorrect prep I was given.I gave one star because apparently you cant post with ZERO STARS.

The front desk people were pleasant, knowledgeable & helpful. The person who did the test was quite good. I especially appreciated the way she explained what she would be doing & what I would be doing.

The employee’s were lovely. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It was a really easy experience to have to have.

Do not trust with insurance billing. They will lie to you. Tried to call office and find out why I was billed $700 for xrays. No one was willing to help. Do not trust please.

The experience was better than I imagined.... From The front door to the last, have a nice day, I was pretty much relaxed.... Greeted and treated well. I have been getting Cancer Scanning done here and other places in the area since 2012 and much prefer Park Imaging.They treat you like a person rather than a commodity, found so often in the Medical Industry these days.

They were very professional and courteous and took me on time. Would recommend them to anyone !!

The staff was friendly when I arrived. Prior to this, my appt was cancelled 2 times. There was a disgruntled customer before me that was rude to the receptionist. The area where I was taken to have the port put in seemed disorganized and could be a bit more private.
