Dr. Roman Rozin, M.D. performed imaging on my spine. He was very pleasant and throughly explained the process. I experienced no pain. Office staff was detailed & accommodating. Highly recommended this medical facility. I will be coming here again for my imaging needs.

Update based on below response from provider: response is inaccurate. There was no phone call or message left for me re: insurance authorization. Believe me, I would not have driven across Bradenton for the pleasure of it. I find it curious that for the lower ratings your company receives, there is never a mention of accepting any responsibility. Are all of us dissatisfied people delusional or is there a consistent theme to address?Horrible experience! First time using this company. I have an implant and despite faxing and emailing my implant card, two people called me to ask if I had one (huh?). They called me a separate time to confirm my appointment time and office address. I arrived at the office 10 minutes ahead of time. Lots of looking around for my chart, etc. Finally I am told insurance never provided authorization. Wouldn’t you think someone in those 5 calls to me would have checked to see if payment was approved before driving halfway across Bradenton? When asked what remedy they suggest, it was met with a suggestion that I self-pay. What a scam! A real accommodation would have looked far different. Serious training is needed at this location. Consider an alternative.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The front desk is rude and make you feel as unwelcome as possible. I wish my doctor would give me a different choice for imaging .P.S. I will not be removing my review, as an owner you should really address the way your staff talkes to patients. This is a THIRD time I am in your office. Here is a picture of a waiting room ( where only patients are allowed)

I highly suggest finding another MRI facility. My husband needed to have his finger looked at and our doctor needed an MRI asap. Partners had a cancellation and we were grateful. My husband has a severe vasovagal response which means he will sometimes black out with medical procedures. We have been married 19 years and I have seen it time and time again. He is not scared. It is a physical response. He takes a medication beforehand to help with the condition and so I need to help him fill out forms and help him communicate clearly when he is on the medication.This first thing isnt a big deal but since Im writing a review, Ill mention it. We were sitting in the office (me in a mask, him without) and they told us to put on our masks. We have had the vaccine and was told on the phone that we wouldnt need a mask if we had had the vaccine. No big deal.They take back my husband and understand Im walking along with him. The MRI tech, a gentleman, has him lay down and I explain the vasovagal condition as it is severe at times. He understands (?) and starts poking him. It took three shots to get a bit of blood from him. Understandable. He then proceeds to blame it on my husband not having drank anything this morning. I explained my husband absolutely had drank this morning plus he was up until 4am and had been hydrating throughout.My husband needs to lay on his stomach for them to look at his finger. He is laying like superman but is quite wide from having lifted his whole life. Plus he is 66 and 250lb. My husband states that it is not comfortable and the tech says it will only be a few minutes. My husband has some pretty major back issues and this was not comfortable. I made sure the tech knew this.This is making me furious to even type this. A few minutes he said. We leave my husband and I sit. And sit. About 20 minutes goes by and I hear my husband say how much longer? Im in pain. The guy then goes 3 minutes. I walk in and tell him that we need to allow my husband to move NOW. He starts unstrapping my husband and I tell the tech to lower the table. My husband doesnt realize he is so far off the floor. I tell the tech a second time to lower the table. He doesnt and my husband falls. He fell off the table.The tech then goes oh, hes okay (which he was). Who does that?!? He didnt ask if he was okay, he stated it.My husband is laying on his back on the floor. I help him up, verify he is okay and told the tech he should have lowered the table. I was not mean. I was fuming inside but nice as nice can be on the outside.I ask the tech what is taking so long as he told us it would be a few minutes. He said he just needed a few more photos. My poor husband is hurting and needs a few minutes break. The tech tells him to get back on the table, which he does after taking a pain medication I brought along. The tech says it will be THREE MINUTES. Can you tell where Im going with this? It was absolutely not three minutes.Contrast then needs done. Fine. I ask how long the last set of MRI images will be. Six minutes. I say a real six minutes or more than that? Six minutes he says. I ask him to tell my husband when he is half way through. He said that that machine starts to make a different noise and he would not need to tell him. UMMMMM>>>>WHAT?!? I then say Make sure you audibly tell him when there are three minutes. What is wrong with this guy? My poor husband is in a lot of pain; the least you can do is call out when there are three minutes left.Im furious. Please investigate the video/audio for my husbands tech. May 18, 2021. The appointment was 12:15 with table time at 12:45. We left at 2:15pm. This tech needs to learn how to deal with humans.

This facility consistently gets five stars from me. Everything runs like a well oiled machine but not rushed. I have never waited more than 10 min to be called in from the waiting room, and any tests I have had were explained as to what will happen and how long it will take. The staff is always professional and warm. (Special thanks to “DJ“ for laughing with me, and not at me, when I couldn’t figure out my left from my right a few times.)

After 25 years in the medical field, this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I had an appointment scheduled over a month ago for an arthroram on my wrist. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that they did not have my authorization and that I would have to reschedule. I purposely scheduled the appointment for before the start of school because I am now a school teacher and I knew how difficult it would be to take a day off once school started. However, I made my appointment for Friday September 18th which was more than a month after my original appointment because of the difficulty of scheduling and the fact that they only do the test that I need on Tuesday and Friday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.This time when I arrived for my appointment they told me that they did not have the script for me to have the test. This did not surprise me because my doctors office faxed the authorization to them 3 times and they still said they didnt have it. Anyway, the lady at the desk called my doctors office and they faxed the script to them again. The lady then tells me that they cant do this particular tests on me today and told me she would have to reschedule me. I then find out that the imaging center was the one that was in charge of getting the authorization in the first place and they messed it up. I have never seen such an unprofessional organization and I highly recommend that you seek your services elsewhere. I have now lost 2 days of my PTO time because of the incapable staff at this facility.

My husband and I have been patients of Partners Imaging over the last five years. Their office has been very accommodating, competent, and professional. I have my mammograms annually and the technician is great. Our MRI’s have been performed by Gennadiy Gorinshteyn. He is the best MRI technician we have ever experienced. He is professional, compassionate, and competent. If you have anxiety or claustrophobia, he is the person you want taking care of you. He called personally to confirm your appointment and asked again all the questions his staff already asked. He is extremely cautious for the patients benefit. He puts you at ease, offers you a warm blanket, plays music in your headphones, explains everything going on and covers your eyes with a soft cloth. If it wasn’t for the noise, you could imagine you were at a fancy spa. We highly recommend this center.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The only down side is the company is under staffed. The women working up front have far too much work to get done in a short amount of time. They handle getting everyone in and out well though. Good experience.

This office is efficiently run by Tracy. The staff is very polite and helpful. I will definitely return for my imaging needs in the future. Ive used other imaging centers in the area and they do not have the advanced technology and expertise of this imaging center

I had a MRI at Partners, and from the time I checked in with Tracy ( who is amazing to my MRI with Eddie ( who performed MRI) made me feel at ease and even though I am claustrophobic, made me MRI experience very comfortable! DJ helped me on table and she is also very comforting !! I highly recommend Partners at Bradenton !!!!!!!

Slow and rude. Sat for an hour and a half just to see the tech. I was told it takes as long as it takes. 2 other people came in and complained about mistakes they had made. Don’t waste your time or money. Awful service and no social distancing.

Services met expectations with one exception and that was the front desk work of Center Supervisor Tracy Mays which I thought was exceptional. As I waited I saw how Tracey kept her cool and pleasant demeanor even thought the phone was ringing off the hook and several patients were being checked-in. The center is clearly understaffed up front but management might not know it because Tracey is doing the work of about 3 people.

I am self pay and this facility has by far the best pricing on diagnostic imaging services. Juana did an amazing job making me feel comfortable with a first time procedure. Her bed side manner was top notch. I will go to Partners Imaging for all of my diagnostic needs going forward.

Let me first say, my ablation and appointments leading up to it were great.But once completed, the customer service has been dismal. We have asked several times for copies of the scan results, only to be told someone already talked to us (she did not) and that they didnt have any of the scan results to give us. How is that possible, when Dr. Perrin did the actual procedure? We are having to do all sorts of legwork that is totally unnecessary. My wife got a rather snippy response when asking about all this. Almost seems like once they got paid, we didnt matter anymore. Disappointed...

Excellent service! My entire experience at Partners Bradenton was superb. I had an immediate need to cat scan. Everyone was friendly and professional. Heather especially is a rockstar! Cant thank them enough for getting me in quickly in time of urgent need. This is how all medical facilities should be ran. Efficient and on top of things. Great as a scan experience can go. On top of that price wasnt inflated 10x what it should be.

My husband and I have had the opportunity to utilize Partners Imaging in Bradenton a couple times in the last week and a half. Long story short, the doctors office sent to the imaging center the order for the wrong CT scan. Tracy Mays, Center Supervisor, was immediately on top of the situation and was able to straighten the whole thing out. She is very competent and astute, and we would highly recommend this facility.

We normally visit a different location for imaging since we live in another town, but my daughter needed imaging as soon as possible, and our local Partners Imaging was booked through the following week. I called the Bradenton office to see about their availability and they were very accommodating in getting my daughter on their schedule for the following morning. There were a couple of concerns that surfaced during that visit, so I reached out to the office manager, Tracy to express my concerns before we left that morning. She was attentive while listening and made me feel like I was heard. She assured me my concerns would be addressed and she went above and beyond to make sure they were! She was concerned about my daughter’s care and wanted to ensure my daughter received only the best care from Partners Imaging! It’s a bit further to drive to this Bradenton location, but I’ll definitely bring my family back for any future imaging needs!

Went to the Sarasota partners imaging in 2015, for an MRI. It is now 2018 and I had to get a knee MRI, and I get a phone call telling me that I cant be scheduled until I pay a 400 balance. No one EVER contacted us about a balance, with a statement or a phone call. The billing women couldn’t answer any of my questions. All she could tell me was that it was sent to collection when NO one notified us! Everyone we talked to were RUDE and clearly have no knowledge of billing! I work In a doctors office and have never seen such a poor job in billing. I will be getting my MRI done else where, since no one could even send a proper itemized bill stating why I owed $400 dollars and no one could answer why I was never notified properly!

Today I arrived at this location for a scheduled mammogram. The staff was neither friendly nor very helpful. Among other patients a couple was waiting to be seen accompanied by their small dog. If pink ribbons in the fur are any indication, this dog was by no means a service dog. If I have to visit a medical facility for an exam I expect a clean and hygenical facility. If I want to be surrounded by dogs, I either visit the local vet or Petsmart. I decided to take my business elsewhere,I cancelled the appointment and chose a different provider.

The Sarasota location lacks basic customer service skills. They over book appointments, cancel appointments and rescheduled to meet their needs.The staff would not return calls to the referring Doctor. When I asked to speak to the office manager Brittany denied my request.If you are looking to be treated poorly this is the office for you.

My doctor sent me for a chest x-ray. Im not a fan of doctors or x-rays. Partners imaging made things very easy, they were quick,, The office was spotless and the staff was phenomenal. I recommend this place to anyone needing x-rays or any type of imaging

I have already left one review shedding light on the owner of this company leaving fake reviews in an attempt to raise their ratings, only for the COO to respond by telling me I do not know what I am talking about and my comment was reported and removed. Professional. If what I was saying was incorrect and had no merit, you wouldnt mind leaving it where it stands.It does not take much for anyone to look at the name of the reviewers and cross reference it to the NAME OF YOUR RADIOLOGISTS. But youre right, I do not know what I am talking about - Nigel.

Terrible experience. Poorly run, unprofessional, dirty, and insensitive staff. Couldnt get my Drs order correct either. The CT scan table kept crackling as if it was broken. There was vomit on hallway wall and drops of contrast on floor by CT scan. Absolutely unbelievable! No gowns or lockers for personal items either.

On 2/24/16, I went to Partners Imaging Center on SR 64 E, for a multilevel Spinal CAT Scan. I will always return here now for all my imaging needs.Their professional manners, compassion and anatomical knowledge were way above what I have experienced in nearly every other imaging service in Manatee and Sarasota Counties.My special Thank You to Melinda, whose kindness, patience and especially her knowledge of anatomical disorders for making this scan so fast and comfortable. Below, I have listed some of my experiences at other facilities over the past 10 yrs.I have Degenerative Adolescent Scoliosis, and am now almost 70, so my spine is twisted and contorted in almost every direction, except the normal alignment.My 1st experience was being shoved in a small closed MRI, with no mic, told to wiggle my toes if panicked. I was ignored for 12 minutes. When I couldnt breathe, with Techs behind the glass window laughing until they saw me extricate myself, grab my clothes and leave half dressed.A specialized Shoulder MRI, where first inside a CT scanner, the Humerus head was artificially separated from the socket w/o anesthesia (said it wouldnt work on the shoulder) that took the Dr. 5, yes five damn tries to get the needle in correctly, before making me get up and run into the next room to the MRI table, too small for my ample and twisted spine, while they tried to force my shoulder into a small square corner (claimed it was only size they had)while it was still dislocated to image it. They finally realized my body could not bend how they wanted it to, and took a regular image.Once again forced onto 13 year old CAT Scan table meant for small frame for full spinal scan. Jamming pillows under my butt to try and lower my head and avoid shearing off my nose. My spine is so curved forward, it can not lie flat. For 1 hr and 22 mins the hammering of this antiquity and being forced into an unbearable position, told me never to come here again.When I was leaving, the Tech said I dont know why they sent you here when we have a brand new large, open machine at out Pointe West facility.That was just. 3 of about 20.Thank Heaven for Partners Imaging

I had a TVUS in January, my 6th one in probably 8 years. The quality was so poor, my doctor said I needed it repeated by a clinician.She spent maybe 2 to 3 minutes, doing the procedure with little care. I was shocked because it usually takes at least 10 minutes. And on top of it all, I was charged $92 when my copay should have been zero per my Insurance.

Called to schedule a mammo. I was told by the woman who answered the phone that I had to get my priors before they could schedule me. She did put me on hold to verify that she could not give me an appointment without my prior films. When she came back on the line she advised me that before an appointment could be scheduled I needed to get my prior films and to walk in to make the appointment with the films in my hand so my films could be attached to the appt. I asked if this was the norm here and she told me it was for mammos. I did tell her I thought it was a bit far fetched and while I understand the need for the prior films Ive never gone to any Provider that did not make the appointment and contact my prior Provider for any info they might need. I hung up and called Manatee Diagnostics.. My appointment is booked with them and my prior films are on the way to them as they contacted the Hospital where my previous mammos were done and asked for the priors. The radiology dept at the hospital called me to let me know know they were mailing them to Manatee Diagnostics and they would not have been able to mail them to me anyway as they must go to a medical provider. Thanks Manatee Diagnostics for all your hard work!!

Partners is antiquated. They dont provide reports or discs unless requested, and charges patient for copy of discs. No other imaging facility operates this way anymore. MRI tech said he couldnt hear me when I tried to yell to let him know blankets made me too hot. Ive never been in MRI when they couldnt hear you. Staff told me he was probably managing dictation, but whose??? Frightening. Mammography went fine, and they told me about their new equipment. When I received my report, was told I would have to go thru next series of tests on their new equipment. Told them to RE-check mammo against prior mammos provided, just to be sure. I told them I didnt want to go through the stress and cost of another test if it wasnt confirmed that I needed to. The RE-Comparison showed no changes. Dakota, the manager, at Partners Bradenton is sharp and they only reason this posting has 2 stars, but youre tools are only as sharp as your dullest tools in the drawer. Manatee Diagnostic in Bradenton and University Diagnostic in Tampa are MUCH better imaging centers to work with.

Made appointment at certain time and scheduled myself to get off work. They called the day before to confirm and moved time two hours without any notice. Girl tech said someone moved it then another rude office lady tried to argue it was never at that time. Dont need that BS. So Ill go elsewhere. Extremely arrogant front office including office manager.
