Horrible Rehab experience for my Mom! 16 day stay AUG 21 post hospital. Their idea of PT is having patients sit in wheelchair and push with feet down hall; unable to rebuild any walking, much less standing strength. Left for 5-10 hours/day in wheelchair. Served greasy food, hot dogs, tater tots, and ravioli from a can all with cheap watery punch while other healthy meats, vegetables, and milk or tea printed on tray ticket that one can assume is what is being invoiced. Took over 1 week to get working phone in room and never got correct# to be able to call anytime during 16 days; said NIS when dialed though they kept saying that was the direct#. Left laying in dirty diapers for days; 1 barely bed bath in 2 weeks. Staff says Ill be back with whatever request and never returns. Call button always clipped out of patient reach when I visited daily. Cant reach the 2 Drs on staff who are rarely there to ask about treatments. Notified only moments before taken to hospital for outpatient procedure. Will NEVER choose again and reporting to agencies, hospitals, and insurance. My heart breaks for the permanent residents in the nursing home section. Pitiful. Dogs get more attention and better treatment in a kennel.

The building is nice and clean. The couple nurses Ive dealt with were helpful and quick to respond and friendly. My grandma has been there for 10 months and has had no complaints since she arrived. She says nothing but nice things about the workers there. I would highly recommend this facility.

Ive enjoyed working as a volunteer, teaching the bible, to the residents who are great and give wonderful participation. Appreciate the help of the staff, getting them to the area as well as their friendliness and kindness in welcoming us there, may Jehovah continue to bless ur efforts in taking care of ur residents physical, mental and spiritual needs!! Thanks Debora!

My mothers recent stay at Greenbriar was a great experience. All the nurses and aids were kind and gentle and took great care of her. The PT she received was top notch and allowed her to progress quickly so that she could go home. My dad while visiting mom had an accident all over in the bathroom. They got him clean clothes from somewhere, and readily cleaned up everywhere while being very sympathetic to him. Wonderful

The staff was a delight to get to know. Tanoka, Britney, Marna Annie and Enja to name a few. Rehab was good. Food was improving everyday!Thank you everyone! I don’t have a nurse call button here.

The RNs were great, most of the CNAs were good and friendly. The dietitians would not accommodate my family members diabetic menu. Other than that, it is clean facility.

Greenbriar was neglectful of my husbands cleansing and toilet needs. They gave up on his rehabilitation after three weeks saying he should not walk because he might fall down due to his dementia. They made no effort to get him off the feeding tube. Since he cannot talk or complain, they ignored him till late morning and left him in a dark room with no tv or anything to do. He went to another facility and was up and walking within four weeks. The feeding tube has been removed and he is eating normally.I have nothing good to say about this facility.

I have delivered here plenty of times. and every time I do there are call bells going off and staff is not doing anything about it. Ive even said something once or twice and they said yeah well get to it. I want to add that this was the night shift I dont know anything about day shift. but if my family member was there and I found out that the nurse was ignoring their calls I would be very upset.

Please dont go here: yesterday I couldnt get a hold of my sister all day so I was scared she always calls me in be morning. Around 2pm I decided I would call greenbrier as Im from out of town and see if they could check up on my sister. The lady answering the phone by the name of Desi was the most disrespectful person Ive spoken to on a phone. I had explained to her in the nicest way possible that my sister hasnt answered her phone all day and that I was worried about her. Desi angrily responded annoyed and said the nurses arent going to drop what theyre doing just to help you: I explained to unprofessional Desi that, my intentions were not to have the nurses drop what they were doing, but as I had mentioned I was worried about my sister and when a nurse get a chance I wanted them to check up on her. Once again it was unprofessiona but as I had mentioned I was worried about my sister and when a nurse get a chance I wanted them to check up on her. Once again it was unprofessional Desi to be rude again and have a huge attitude with me, about how the nurses can check up on my sister. GUESS WHAT! Still NO PHONE CALL! And GUESS WHAT ELSE: MY SISTER WAS RUSHED OUT MY AMBULANCE! Do you think Desi called? Do you think the nurse called? Do you think anyone called? I hope the immature brat that had the Addessi to treat your customers terribly poor learned a life lesson
