Dr DiVita is a wonderful and caring physician! He has been both of my teenage sons’ doctor for several years. He is patient and kind. What we like best about him is how he speaks directly to both of my sons, asking them many important questions and truly listening to them, all the while including me in the conversation. I’ve never encountered an issue with his office staff. They’ve always been friendly and helpful.

Dubious and bloody-minded administration. Not a safe place for accurate bookkeeping and reliability. You may be liable to receive inaccurate information, Thus delaying much needed appointments. They are not subject to reason, Nor willing to compromise despite good evidence to do so. The practice is run like kangaroo Court. You take a serious risk working with them.I say all of this with careful consideration and scrutiny.

Although I do my best to stay well and exercise good health practices, when my blood pressure recently and unexpectedly reached critical levels, I quickly began searching for a general physician for guidance. It is of great importance to me that medical guidance come from a trusted source with certain values. Dr DiVita, as a rumored Christian and caring person, seemed to fit my needs. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. On the date of this review, in attempt to attend this appointment, I failed to get past the wicked nurses and was ultimately dismissed as a patient by DiVita before we met. One might think I did something outrageous or had a temperature exceeding the means of even the local fire department, but it isn’t so. What then? I dared to ask a question. This question was nothing depraved, nor was it deranged, rude, or merely unreasonable. I politely inquired about the policy for sharing my medical history with third parties, including “contractors” and other ostensibly unnecessary strangers as specified in their agreement. The nurses reply was a cold “I don’t know. Read it!”. I already had, but obligingly did so again, yet found no answers to what she implied should be obvious to any literate person. I’m literate. I found no answers. Office service, being of significant importance, inspired me to quote her on the paperwork. I did so, never paraphrasing or editorializing, just simply quoting exactly what she said. I thought Dr DiVita might appreciate knowing how client questions were handled. I was mistaken. The quote, of precisely what the nurse said (and nothing more), was taken as an affront and I was rejected as a patient based on my “treatment of the nurses”. There being no point in arguing in this bedlam, I politely left without a word. I was thoroughly polite during the entire visit. For those considering a good physician, perhaps consider this: Dr DiVita is neither a Christian or a true physician. He took a Hippocratic Oath, which generally discourages doing harm or neglecting those in need of medical assistance. This I know. My knowledge of his creed is speculative, based only on rumors. I can, however, imagine no Christian or honorable doctor turning a patient away because of a personal concern regarding his/her medical records, which, by the way, are taken quite seriously by most hospitals and regulated strictly – at least once upon a time. For a nurse to wax indignant from such a practical question signifies an ignorance and pettiness unfit for the field of health. Dr DiVita’s decision to turn me away indicates much of what is wrong with modern healthcare; it’s become more bureaucratic than salubrious, with profit before all; and while I didn’t take note while there, don’t be surprised if you a see a caduceus rather than Rod of Asclepius hanging about. I personally recommend hanging an abridged version of Michelangelo’s Last Judgment, only the bottom half, prominently on the office wall. There are better doctors, who won’t make you sit in purgatory before seeing them. Be patient if you can... and find them.

Waited 5 months to see D. Unbelievable experience. Ive never encountered such a degrading jerk in my life. Obviously, he didnt want my 83 yr old mother as a patient. But, rather explaining anything responsibly, he jerked her around and declared he isnt her doctor. Really, Ive never experienced anything as low and slimy as this jerk. Maybe hes not a doctor at all. Scum is the best I can conjur to describe this dispicable creature.
