I would leave a 0 star if I could. The Doctor himself is well knowledgeable in many areas though he could use a bit of bedside manner. He is friendly, knowledgeable and sometimes too brutally honest but I guess that is a good trait to have.Now HIS staff, UGH!!! I cant speak for all his employees but this review is from my encounters with the ones Ive had the unfortunate fate of speaking to.I dont know where he gets his people from but they need to go back to school and be taught professionalism in the medical field. I work retail so I know a thing or two about rude customers. I also have worked in a office setting and I know what proper edicate is on how to run an office and THESE people just dont cut it. Youre going to tell me you cant return a call within 24 hours? Even 12hours? Please!!Anyways, this small town has as multitude of doctors to choose from. Lets get a pickin!

I took my family to Dr Narvaez office for 9 years. The waiting room is small and the waiting time was crazy but Dr Narvaez was awesome! He was very patient with my children and when he found out about my 3rd kidney stone, he cried with me!! Dr Narvaez and I went through hell trying to care for me and my many medical problems and he always managed to get things taken care of. I havent had a doctor since that listened or didnt just push me through since I moved out of state.

Id give Zero stars if possible. First, the building looks abandoned. Second, the receptionist is UNBELIEVABLY rude. My wife asked her a few questions about a form and the receptionist got impatient. It got so bad, I had to intervene and tell the receptionist to calm down.Next, the staff were apparently building something in the back office; as we were entertained by clattering pipes and people yelling about how much they hate this - whatever this was.Filling in the forms, there were several parts a nurse or doctor should have gone over with the patient; height, weight, blood pressure, etc. Especially the part where it asks if a physician had reviewed the form with the patient. No nurse or Dr. saw us, we were told to fill in the form.After 10 minutes of filling in forms and dealing with the receptionist, only then, AFTER we finished, did she tell us the doctor WASNT COMING INTO WORK today! She made us go through all the hoops, all the while knowing full well, the doctor decided to do something else.So, 3 weeks notice for the appointment, 3 (or more) email confirmations, two phone call confirmations, a survey confirmation, 45 minutes there (wife had to take off work), and 10 minutes filling out forms - sorry - you just wasted three hours of your day. No explanation given. Oh - but the good news is we wont have to fill out the forms again.Well - we will, as Ill never go back to that dump. What an absolute joke. Clearly there is no interest in patients health - at all.

Everyone there are very nice and welcoming. The first time we went there they the ladies in the office were so happy to have us there; and the nurse was so caring and helpful.

Had a morning appointment, was told I had to pay cash. I didn’t have cash so they said I would have to reschedule. Told them no, you can bill me and I will pay. They wouldn’t allow that. I wasn’t happy and told them so. They have denied me another appointment. Which is fine, I don’t want to go back. Rude and no notice that I needed cash, terrible customer service. Said they didn’t have time to call me. When I walked in two of them were sitting there BS’ing.

We were actually the first people to arrive to this “Medical Facility.” We checked into this place and some of the people that work here were very rude to begin with. 2 other people walked in and got treated before us! We waited in the lobby for about an hour before we were treated. Once we were finally treated, we were put in a empty room with no windows, and pretty much nothing else. We only came her for a physical . The lady that treaded us like her dogs! The lady kept on looking at my arm for no reason. The blood pressure medicine, was kept on my arm for so long my arm was starting to looks a bit purple. Honestly then they said we couldn’t do the physical because we were “To Sick to do a physical. Also the restroom is a honest mess! There’s a lid where you put your urine cup. While I was using the bathroom someone opened the lid and they almost saw me using the bathroom. Honestly I feel like this place should treat others the way they want to be treated.

He a amazing doctor, sure hes a little different, but that doesnt mean he doesnt care or knows whats going on with you. I really like the doctor and been seeing him for 5yrs and his staff is the BEST and kind, he speaks a few different languages, I dont understand all these bad reviews,they must be coming from otherdoctors offices, because I seen the 5 star so called doctors inBradenton and you never see him orher, its always a assistant andreally do you ever see thedoctor, well you will this DrNarvaez MD. Great Dr and the otherreason why he might have lowreviews, is up front and directwith, but he cares and remembersyou and whats going with youpersonal and otherwise. Otherdoctors wouldnt take the time tolisten or want too. Well if youhave a question just ask me, hopeI can answer it from a patientpoint of view, but no doctor gets5 stars out me, that easy, checkmy other reviews, youll see, Imhard to please. Well if you want agreat doctor you found him and hewill see you when you go in, notjust his assistant and if your mad at staff say so.

Not even a star, went there for the first time, to have a physical and waited two hours! Had to go back to go over my results with dr and I asked the front desk and she assured me the wait wasn’t gonna be long , I waited this long due to being a first time patient. I trusted her and went back, after waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes I just walked out the place, is a joke they get your money first so you have no choice but wait. If you have nothing else to do in your day just go and plan your day to be there. They don’t care you ask and they all say you’re next (yeah right). Never been to a place like that in my life ... horrible experience.

Worst experience of my life, His head nurse was the fault of a 3 month wait for my card and then they cut me off in only 3 months now ive been with out my meds for 4 weeks. The woman under her begged me to report them to the state as i suggest to all the people with similar issues with this office due go to Manatee County code enforcement and follow the instructions it takes only a few minutes and will save so many other good people from the wrath of their unprofessionalism .

Well I can’t rate the doctor because I didn’t make it that far everybody was fine until it got to the nurse she started getting mad at the others because they let me pass with my child I was waiting in the lobby for an hour with my son and no body told me anything they took my payment and my information and call me in and that’s when the nurse told me they weren’t gonna see me because I was with my one year old son that was quiet and not making any noise she said to me and I quote “if your child was 6 months and sleeping it wouldn’t be a problem” seriously petty argument.

I told him I could breathe, 2 years ago. He wouldnt help me. He turned it into something else. He wont listen to you. 2 years wasted, if I had the $ id sue him! You cant understand him. I finally got an inhailer. Im so productive now! Im finally out and working now, and very happy. Please dont waste your time.

Very Good Doctor, He Speaks Spanish and English too, the staff try to do they best.

To bad gave 1 star office staff is dumb as hell tried for 30 days to get insulin and other scripts after my dr died...biggest mistake ever made going to this dr wouldn’t take my fur babies here I love them to much. I have never written a review but had to do this. Do not go to this Drs office, I was told I could have permanent spinal nerve damage but he never gave me a request for testing. Had an eye infection he said would call in a prescription, its 3 weeks later, Ive called the office numerous times, no prescription. I dont know how they are still in practice. AWFUL!!

This is one of the worse doctor visits I have ever had. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I was overcharged for my copay and fraudulent claims were submitted to my insurance company. Save the time and the headache. The ladies in the front were just a nightmare. Paola, please find another line of work because medical assistant is not your calling.

The WORST place Ive ever been with concerns about my health. Had two visits of chronic back and chest pain and NOTHING was done about it. I dont even know how this place is still standing.. oh wait.. ITS BECAUSE THEY ARE CONNIVING! Money stealing. Utter waste of time.

This office is terrible!!! They would not make an apt for my 1yr old daughter with a 102 degree temp and sent me to the er. They do not have ANY of the shots required for her but yet keeps making apts to giver her the shots. Why make the apt if you dont have them available? .... because theyre getting paid for it. My last visit i spent 2hrs in the office and there was only 1 other patient. I used to see this dr when my 7yr old was small but they have changed names and all the girls are new..... i would not recomend this to my biggest enemy.

I have been seeing doctor Narvaez together with my family for over 30 years and you will not fine a better doctor, willing to sit with you for 45 minutes or more and look over every detail and records. He has been amazing and also gives you suggestions on how to improve your quality of life. Eating, sleeping habits. He is an example to follow, specially to all doctors.PF

Doctor truly extends his best to his patients. He is compassionate and has a great amount of empathy. As a person he is extremely cultured and humble, he gives great professional medical advice and always focuses on health benefits of diet and exercise. He will sit down with you time and time again to explain in detail anything you need, always willing to listen and answer questions. Me and my family have been seeing him for so many years I lost count, with COVID he started doing telemedicine, and recently came back to in-office visits. The whole office is fantastic!!! I would not recommend any other doctor in the bradenton-sarasota area.

I was in a consultation with the Doctor, who is an excellent person, but his personal assistant does not know the rules of education, he does not let the patient speak, he is rude and in addition to that he ended my consultation with the doctor, having more problems with him. health to discuss with the doctor

What a pity that I did not see the 1.8 score you have on Google before, if I had seen it I would never have chosen you as a doctor.I had an appointment a few days ago, after an hour and thirty minutes waiting, it had not yet been attended, so I left and made an appointment for another day.Today I had another appointment in this office at 8:45 a.m., it was supposed to be the first since it corresponded to me, I arrived at 8:40 a.m., at the same time a lady arrived who explained to the receptionist that she had an appointment for 9 : 30 am but she needed to be passed before because she started work at 10:00 am. Of course so that I would not realize it they passed me first around 9:05 am and after the usual routine of questions etc. they put me waiting in a room.What was my surprise that I heard in the next room the doctor attending to the lady who asked to be treated before. I left the room and told the receptionist that I had been there for more than an hour, that it should have been the first and that what they had done seemed disrespectful to me, her response was that she understood me.At 10:05 am the doctor entered the room where I was waiting. After giving me a not very flattering test result since it could be something serious and referring me to the specialist, he told me that since I got nervous because of the waiting time, the best thing I could do is change my doctor to one that would treat me earlier. .Instead of apologizing for what they did, he treated me with arrogance and absolute contempt, without any empathy since he had just given me an alarming analysis result, but it is more than clear what the health of his patients matters to him, NOTHING, the only important thing is to check in and follow their rules.If you call yourself a “doctor” you have to be there until 5:00 PM, your patients dont, since in addition to going to your office they have a life with more things to do than being in a room waiting for you to appear. . So apart from trying to be a doctor, which I even doubt, start respecting your patients time, which is perhaps worth more than yours.See you never!
