The staff was terrific. He acted like I was contiguous. Never asked about the test I had at my cardiologist or neurologist. Didnt seem to care. Found another doctor. Dont recomnend.

Dont recommend. He is polite, staff is nice, but you get no results or guidance, does not ask questions, just a standard doctor that takes test & come back next week. Thumbs down

Dr. Grubb is fast and efficient and always sees me on a need to need basis. I recommend him to all of my family and friends and trust him with myself as well as my children. All of the office staff is incredible and is always there to take care of my needs. I highly recommend!!

Office is clean. Wait time is minimal unlike other doctors offices. The nurses go above and beyond their duties. Dr Grubb was kind and quick to diagnose and treat my issues.

I was referred to Dr. Grubb‘s office. I decided to establish my whole family with him. My daughter is 7 and my son is 11. The kids were completely at ease. Glad I found a Doctor Who can take care of our entire family.

I would advise ANYONE to stay away from this doctors office.A simple refill turned into a debacle.A medication that is taken on a regular basis they refused to refill because the patient hasnt been seen regularly.This is how lawsuits are brought upon doctors offices.Protocol, I understand.They wouldnt even refill 1 inhaler.

Since moving to Bradenton in August of 2018, I needed a primary care physician. I prefer an osteopath for my medical needs. I wanted someone close by and that of course accepted my health insurance. I chose Dr. Grubb because of his experience. I’m so glad I did! He has a polite and caring front office and staff. My wait time was only 5 minutes to see him after being in the exam room. He took the time to listen to me, review my medical records, and give me a my initial exam. He has a very polite and caring bedside manner. Since, I don’t get sick that often I’m very happy with my care. When I did get sick with my bronchitis, he knew exactly what I needed. I can’t say enough about this doctor.

I Have seen him several times and he has looked in my ears and listened to my heart but bills for much more Review of Systems - E/M coding than he performs. I had Stage II thyroid cancer and he has NEVER checked my neck or offered a screening test I feel I need. He is most likely happy for the monthly HMO fee he gets. He never suggests preventative screening it is cheaper for me to go to urgent care and same level of caring. I wish an audit on you Doc if you have multiple health issues, do not go here. He spends zip time with you.

I fired him. I will never go back. I wish I could give zero stars. I didnt have a lot of interaction with staff, but the little I had with the doc...terrible. So sick, and he was more interested in what time it was. Looked In my ears..only..for a sinus infection. Walked out and didnt say a word. I didnt even know if a nurse was coming back in. This was over a year ago, and Im still so upset about the way he treated me. Im 52 and have never been treated like how he treated me. Its a disgrace.

The only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of one is Dr. Michaels is extremely nice. Other than that the front office people like Lacey and Crystal.. wow - I had to find another primary care.. No way I could put up with the rude staff.

This review is truly for the front desk staff at the office. Being new to the area I was referred to Dr Grubb by a friend. Upon calling the first time, I was told by the person on the phone (Thursday) they didnt have enough staff to enter my info and schedule an appointment and they would call me the next day. I called on Friday at 445 to schedule the appointment since no one had called and they already forwarded their end of day message. So I left one with the answering service. Monday came and no phone call. Tuesday I call and she says can we call you back. I said no, Ive left numerous messages ans want to schedule an appointment.Now Ive come back a month later to pick up a prescription I had called to have refilled (left a message) and she looks through the messages and sees mine... Then says its not filled yet amd she can call me when they have it ready. I drove from st pete... Not coming back 30 miles because they arent listening to messages. So once again, Im waiting. Frustrated with the lack of communication and service. Definitely thinking about changing Doctors.

Dr Grubb if you see this, I have now been waiting a month to get a new sleep study as your staff have been throwing me under the bus. Crystal keeps telling me the residence doctor notes are confusing and needed time to read them, that was weeks ago. Its been three years since my last sleep study and I need an updated one asap. You are my doctor and did anyone mentioned your patient to you? Very upset over the quality of service the front office is giving me!

I am saddened by this place. Received an allergy shot in April and was never told of any risks associated with it. 3 weeks later, I have a huge dent in my arm, like a piece of my arm is gone. The people there didnt care, didnt get any apologies for not being warned of possible side effects and told to just work out and it should go back to normal in a few months. Learned from an urgent care doctor that this might NEVER go back to normal. I plan to get married soon and one of my arms is now deformed. The front office is rude, and do not have their stuff together. When I called to ask what injection I got, the first girl, Joanna, didnt even see it in my chart. She said Dr Grubb said it WOULD HAVE BEEN a kenalog shot WOULD HAVE BEEN!? Shouldnt you know this?! Anyway, I know the injection was administered wrong and no one will take responsibility. If I was treated like an actual human who has been deformed by NO FAULT OF MY OWN, maybe I would feel better about this, but they basically told me to get over it and it is what it is. I would not return, and I hope this helps anyone who is trying to decide on a good doctor. This place just wants your co-pay and to bill your insurance.

Dr is nice. Back office is Chaos. Referral to specialist was not sent to insurance for 2 weeks. Appointment with specialist consequently cancelled. So some more weeks with pain. Thank you dr grubb team. This is negligence.

Horrible!Brought my 80 yr old mother to see him for toe yesterday. He wrote orders.Home health care cane today - called ambulance, toes is ready to fall off. Home health worker was so mad at Dr. Grubb. Words cannot explain how upset I am.

Could not be more disgusted by this “doctor”. Dr. Grubb brushed me off and literally shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know it could be a lot of things” when I shared my symptoms, he offered no diagnosis or recommendations and suggested maybe it would pass. Lazy.

Paid Bill in Full and on time ? but still get a collection agency after me? His system did not request or even send any notice of any over due payment? ??

Will be looking for a different dr.during a exam he looked into my ears a shoved the instrument too far into my both ears which caused me severe pain
