This place is wonderful! From the warm welcome to the technicians who are experienced and know what to do with nails, it was an amazing experience! My bridal party, my mom and I were there on 4/20/18 to get our nails done the day prior to my wedding and we could not have asked for a better experience. The mimosas and snacks were an excellent touch! Thank you very much!

I really enjoyed my pedicure. The spa is very clean and comfortable. My feet feel so smooth and my nails look fantastic. Id come here again if we vacation here again.

Love this place! Best girls day experience ever! Greeted immediately at the door, the ambience is relaxing and welcoming, hibiscus mimosa, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, best mani/pedi. Perfect place to escape from work stress, feels like old friends. Does fancy designs and offers many other amenities and services. Wont ever go anywhere else.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could.My son is getting married and I found Serenely from an on line search for Nail Services. They have a very nice website with few but high reviews so I used their online scheduling service and made two on line appointments, one for manicure one for pedicure (back to back). I received email CONFIRMATION of appointments being scheduled so assumed I was good to go. Unfortunately that was an incorrect assumption!I arrived at Serenely at 10:55 am for my 11 am appointment only to find the Salon CLOSED! So I asked a neighboring business if she was running late opening and was told that the owner, Ms. de La Rosa had only been seen open once in the last two weeks. Need less to say I wasnt happy!So hear is my recommendation to Ms. De La Rosa, if you plan to be closed TURN OFF your scheduling program! Do not take online appointments and UPDATE your phone message, as right now it refers to dates back in May that you were closed for several days! So again PLEASE do potential clients the courtesy of turning off your online appointment schedulerOn a good note while heading home I saw Leles Nail Salon, I stopped in they took me right away. The salon may not be exceptionally fancy but it was clean and they did a fabulous job and I saved more than 20%! So I guess in the end, though you will not have my business, Lele is happy because they will.

Made an appointment, looked forward to it. And they’re not even open. Disconnect notice on the door. Disappointed.
