This was my second visit to Sirius day spa. The first massage I had here was not very good but I decided to give it a second chance and so happy I did. My massage therapist Shelly was absolutely amazing! Hands down best massage I have ever had! Can not say enough good things about how satisfying my massage was. Loved sitting in the relaxing massage chairs beforehand as well.

I booked Brian for a massage and after we spoke for a few moments about my spinal issues, nerve pain and inflammation, he suggested a Neurological massage. I felt so much better the next day and it was exactly what I needed!!! He even gave some great health tips for my inflammation. I highly suggest trying Brian for a massage.

I got my hair done by their master stylist/head of the salon. I received balayage, which is supposed to be a feathered, not to the root technique. There were several bleed spots with bleach, the sides were not blended nicely, and the front of my face was chunked with highlights. I went back in for the problem areas to be addressed, and honestly I’m still disappointed with it the bleed spots are still there, it’s brassy all over and the front is still to chunky. If you’re charging $175 for a service and you claim to be a “master stylist/colorist” and “balayage” is your specialty, there should be no complaints. I have had my hair done at other salons and have never had an issue. I would never go here again for any hair service, wasted my money, and time.

Alyssa is amazing and wonderful! She got me so excited about how amazing the spa is! 🥰 She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Outgoing and so friendly this is exactly what more people should be like. I would recommend talking with her about packages and other options at this Spa! Thank you again Alyssa!

My favorite place for agood massage !

A friend got me a massage at Sirius (Feb 2020) while I was in town to visit. I was booked with a very kind gentleman (?) Brian (?) and he gave me the absolute most therapeutic massage I’ve ever experienced. He said he also works for a chiropractor, and has other specialized training as well. All I know is that I have had a pinched nerve in my neck /shoulder for years due to work related repetitive motion and he did something which released it and it lasted for four days! If I were local, I’d be back weekly. Thanks and I hope during my next visit to FL I get the chance to make an appt for a massage again (hopefully also with the same masseuse!).

I enjoy going to get my hair down. Pro tip- show up early to sit in the lounge.

I really wanted to like this spa. Unfortunately the first time I went, I was overcharged along with another friend of mine, despite telling the staff the price of this first time visit was X dollars, the refund never showed up on my credit card. Fine, I thought they had just opened. I didn’t fight an extra $10 for my service. So months later, I called the manager to arrange a group party for 6 women. I called and emailed over a month in advance and was reassured multiple times that they would accommodate my party. Less than a week before, the manager emailed me stating that they would not be able to do the party as they never staffed for it. They never even put my party on the schedule because I had called two weeks before the event and they had an empty schedule. When the manager who was absolutely unapologetic told me he didn’t have enough people a week before the date of the spa party, he stated I should move the party to a different time and he might be able to provide one or two people?!? This is how you run a business. After a very upset email to him, I got no response and that will be the last time i ever go there. Very unorganized and definitely untrustworthy service. Do not recommend.

I highly recommend Sirius Day Spa in Lakewood Ranch. I spoke with Andres, the manager and told him what I was looking for. He booked me with the right person . Mikel did an incredible job. I had a 1 hour long deep tissue massage. I will definitely be back. The spa is very clean and modern.

Ive been a member for about a month now. I had an amazing massage and body wrap. But the real treat is the Serenity Lounge with massage chairs and guided meditation which members can use whenever. Beknf able to grab a coffee and sit in there and release for 15 minutes a few times a week is a genuine pleasure. And the staff is so kind! Mary Beth in particular is great, but everyone is so helpful and friendly. Wish I could give ten stars!

I just had keratin treatment done on my hair at your LWR location. It was a new stylist and she was phenomenal. She made sure not to rush through the procedure so it came out looking wonderful. I previously have had a facial done, as well. Your esthetician did a great job studying my skin and helping determine what type of treatment I would need. Serenity lounge and wine. Glad I became a member!

Sirius Day Spa has gone above and beyond after having a bad experience at this location. I was not going to say anything and decided to pay and still tip my service provider, even after it not being what was expected. However, I did leave a review stating what happened and was personally called by the spa owner and another service provider. The customer service and thoughtful calls I have gotten are unheard of for most businesses. I am so happy to say I can not wait to return and will continue to support this business.

I am beyond impressed with my luxury spa experience at Sirius day spa! As soon as my relaxing massage was over, I made sure to join their membership program. This program gives you many perks (serenity lounge) and special members only discounts! It was amazing, and I cant wait for my next visit!

I’ve never met a more friendly and helpful staff anywhere. My massage was outstanding and their 360 massage chairs in the serenity lounge was a perfect way to relax before my massage. My gf got a blowout and looked HOT when she came out. Love this place and I’m a guy.

I had a wonderful experience at Sirius Day Spa. The facial I received was amazing. I left with such a beautiful glow and immediately could see a reduction in my fine lines. I highly recommend their products.

My wife dragged me with her for a couples massage and now I am the one calling and setting our appointments! The staff is great and the massages are excellent, also helps that the price is very affordable!

After a relaxing couples massage we had some troubles with the manager. However the owner Richard did reach out to us and we are happy to be confident in scheduling another massage and to being a long time customer.

I had a massage and mani/pedi for my birthday. Everyone there was super nice and attentive. The Asian gentleman that gave me the massage asked me if I had any pain- I told him no. I woke up today with neck pain and back pain and a bruise from his fingers. Definitely will not be getting a massage there again. My mani and pedi were great but the polish only lasted me one day- it’s already chipping off. My sister and friend got their eyelash done and had to ask for a refund because the product they used didn’t work. They definitely need to up their products for the price they are charging

I want to address the malicious competitor reviews that were left by Bhavesh Patel, Devin Thakkar, Jimmy Hawk. They left 1 star ratings, yet never visited the location .I am the previous owner of Essentials Massage and Facials of South Sarasota . I sold my business July 2018 to Bhavesh ( KK) Patel and Devin Thakkar. Jimmy Hawk is a relative of one of the owners.Several of my staff that worked for me over 5 years went to work for Sirius Day Spa and are excellent Therapists. They worked for several months during the transition and gave notices.As a fellow franchisee , the two gentleman that are referenced above did everything to make it impossible for me to run my business. They write their own reviews as well as the manager Hilda of their spa.. so it didnt surprise me that they are trying to sabotage their new competitors.Their business practices such as writing bogus reviews is totally unprofessional . We have contacted Sirius Day Spa to have these reviews removed.I have heard nothing but good things about this business and I support my staff for seeking employment with a professional company. I highly recommend them.

My husband gave me a gift card to Sirius Day Spa and I was really excited to try this spa. I scheduled a mani/pedi and massage. I was very happy with my massage and the customer service upon arriving....where it fell short was the mani/pedi. I was extremely disappointed with the service. The person who did both seem uninterested and distracted while doing both my nails and toe nails she was on her phone and watch while working with me. Unfortunately I will now never go back to this spa because of this experience.

Eyebrows looked much worse leaving. Brought in picture of my eyebrows from last month showing how I always get them (from different place). She made them completely uneven - chopped the right one in half. The other not clean. Took an hour. Its never taken more than 10 minutes for perfect eyebrows at my other location.

This is my new favorite spa!! Everyone is so nice and I had the best facial by Zink!!!!
