This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every time I come to pick up my prescriptions theres always an issue...either with insurance, or they havent filled it yet, or they tell me I need my ID bc they THINK my script is a controlled substance but its not...the techs here have no idea what they are doing and they are rude. They only have one side of the drive thru for pick up and drop off and the line moves slower than my great grandma.

We are loyal CVS customers over decades of our lives. I just experienced the most horrendous treatment from someone named Rose who became unglued and screamed a me in front of customers both in the pharmacy and in the front of the store. Another worker said she was the manager! She nastily informed me that I couldn’t use my app bar code to pull up my name and birthdate to pick up my script. She was screaming about what a hard day she was having due to renovations. Hard day?? Guess what? I hope this was her last day. I’ve notified corporate and I plan to pursue all the way to Woonsocket.

Very busy, lots of customers fast paced and always feel rushed. The line is constantly out the door. Whether it’s drive though or in store.Update:The worst pharmacy. They are always packed and ever really have enough people at the pharmacy. Never takes 5-10 minutes to pick up medication. Always much longer. I honestly prefer Walgreens over CVS. My insurance says I have to come to CVS. Recently I stayed in drive through in line for 45 minutes for me to finally get to the front of the line for them to tell me that the machine is broken and that I would have to go inside. Once inside I have to wait 15 minutes in line for them to tell me that the medication that I called for yesterday is not ready yet. After the lady says “I can expedite it will be another 15 to 20 minutes” I literally wanted to cry! I hate it here and I am looking to contact my insurance to go to a different company because this is bull.

Getting my prescriptions has always been quick and the pharmacists are helpful. Even went out of their way to help save more with different goodrx options.

I have had several times when the prices were wrong in the computer and I had to correct it for the sales person. Also, tonight I bought hydrogen peroxide and realized just a few minutes ago that it is leaking onto my countertop. I will not use the store again.

I went to pick up a prescription on a Saturday evening. I pulled into the drive-through a couple minutes before they closed. There was a car in front of me that they were helping. When that customer was finished I went to pull up to the window and as soon as I did the employed put a close sign in the window and would not help me. I feel this is extremely rude. It would have only taken her to minutes to process and hand me my prescription. I could understand if I had shown up after 6 oclock. But I was in line before they closed. They should finish serving the customers that were in line before they close.

WORST PRESCRIPTION DRIVEWAY PICK UP IN BRADENTON!!!

Sitting waiting for my Rx and Ive never seen employees so seemingly unhappy in their jobs. Not to me ..but on the phone and the few people behind me. Rude. And the fact that Rabe is still the pharmacy mgr...after the complaints against him. Time to switch pharmacies!

I dont typically leave bad reviews because I feel that there is too much negativity but this pharmacy needs to work on how the treat people. Work on the golden rule, treat others the way you want to be treated. I have never gone to a CVS pharmacy to pick up a prescription and been treated like a complete waste of time. The girl didnt even look up to see if my prescription had been called in, just automatically sent us away. My husband went back in without me because of how rude she was. When he asked her what the deal was she finally looked in her system to see if it had been called in and magically it was. It was very evident she hates her job and dealing with people.

Its always clean And employees seem ok. But I usually shop Walgreens. Because they have all points that you can use. And trust me ; they add up.

No service at the photo desk. Stood there for an hour. No one even asked me whats up. Walgreens on 34th and 53rd was more helpful.

They tell you your prescription will be ready in a hour and 3 hours latter it is still not filled. Go to Walgreens

Ive been coming to this CVS as an out of towner from PA for the last 2 years. I havent always been able to use my PA insurance and they have always gone out of their way to help me with discount plans for those with out insurance. Employees in pharmacy and the front counter have always been courteous and helpful with me. Ive only had positive experiences here. Definately recommend!

Meh. For a store thats open 24 hours, the pharmacy department is open for 13 of them. The entire reason we fill a prescription at a 24-hour pharmacy IS SO THAT WE CAN GET IT WHEN ITS CONVENIENT.

Please freshen up your NYX cosmetic supply. theres a lot new products from this line that your store doesnt have.

I went to this cvs right before Hurricane Irma. I dropped off a written prescription with 3 medicines on it and was very clear that I needed all three refilled. When I returned to pick them up, Sandra only gave me 2/3 and, without checking the computer, lied to me and told me the third one was too soon to refill. I explained they were all on one prescription paper so she checked her computer and found that yes, it would be covered, they just didnt prepare it. Low on scarce gas and irritated that I had to waste more of it, as well as precious time, to come back due to their error, I told her that an apology for their messup would go a long way. She refused and gave me a bs non apology. Luckily, I dont use this cvs regularly, but if I did, I would move my prescriptions elsewhere. Dont lie to your customers and dont screw up during stressful times! If you do screw up (it happens), apologize for it!

I am having back surgery in less than two months and when I went into this cvs the male pharmacist was extremely disrespectful and condescending in front of my mother and said, I am not going to fill this because you already went to Walmart I then explained how I went to Walmart first because thats where I usually go but they were out of my medication. He then told me, well they should have it and either way I already told you Im not filling it. He then threw the prescription on the counter in front of me and walked away. I have NEVER been treated with this level of disrespect. Even the pharmacy techs were all just looking at him because it was so awkward.

They said Tuesday my prescription would be ready for pickup. I just checked and its ready for pickup. This isnt the first time. The website will say its ready for pickup and then when you go there its some stupid excuse.Also I was going to the CVS in Target, where I have a history of filling with this pharmacy. Well one day I went there after my doctor appointment. And they said it would be ready at 4, well I show up and the bald guy at CVS Target says I dont meet the criteria and handed me my prescriptions and said I should go to another retailer. These pharmacies in Bradenton are sketchy. The worse one is Walgreens, CVS is 2nd worse.

Sat in ER have prescriptions I turned in after leaving and said I will pick them up in morning. Got to the pharmacy at 8:50. Pharmacy is supposed to open at 9. 9:30 the pharmacy was still not open.

I was at the pharmacy on last November 4th and I was very happy woth the service provided by a male employee, in the receipt hos name is Fadiy, I think that is his name. That is a great amd the best service I ever had. I hope next time I need to be there, he will be the one. Thank you so much. Great job, very helpfull with my order and made sure about the best price and took care of my insurance, and it was almost time to close the pharmacy. Thanks again Fadiy.

Horrible. I stopped going here at the end of 2015. There was an employee (a young lady) at the front of the store that was EXTREMELY disrespectful to all customers. She had a terrible disposition and a sour look on her Face. She made it very obvious she had better things to do and didnt want to be bothered ringing up customers! After a few weeks i decided to stop attending cvs all together and stick to Walgreens

Went thru drive-thru pick up sons meds. The girl with glasses I believe (Adrianna) had an angry puffy face when looking at me. I gave her my Wells Fargo card, she said your card doesnt go thru without further explanationI asked her if I should go inside and she shrugged her shoulders (like it didnt matter to her)She was obviously upset at being there and showed it to customers! I drove around and another asst at pharmacy said Wells Fargo would not allow them to have customers input debit passwords thru window service. NOW why did the girl at window not know this instead of repeating your card doesnt go thru ?? My first time at CVS and I will not shop there. The attitude of the girl at drive-in is unbelievable! We just moved to Palma Sola and this was quite an experience

I didnt realize you can save a spot in line with 3 12-packs of soda until tonight. I also didnt know that the first priority when walking through the door was to remove the reduced prices stickers instead of trying to clear the line. I swear I waited 20 minutes because some lady was going through the CVS ads to figure out which things she can get on a discount. While on the other register, the cashier let a woman cut me because she had put down a bunch of groceries at that persons register. Meanwhile, said cashier [once she returned to her register from only God knows where] proceeded to explain the differences between some reward program and a credit card then did not know how to ring up some of the common items. Of course, all I had was a single Infant Tylenol for my son who was sick at home that cost a total of $7.49 to which I had cash. The total time it took for me to walk up to the cashier and checkout was a whopping 15 seconds. The total time it took for me to wait in line while these two cashiers [and one cashier not at a register] were ringing up two other people was 20 minutes. Great Job CVS Pharmacy #5780

Store has sign posted in front of store saying 24 hour pharmacy - went to pick up a prescription I had dropped off approximately 2 hours earlier and it was closed- no one bothered to mention that the pharmacy was closing- or alert me to be sure I could get medication for a child before they closed- Very disturbing and unprofessional!

Once upon a time they used to fill m y rx 3 days early.now i struggle to get it filled by the date on the bottle.if there is 31 days in a month and you run out on time they wont fill it early.if there is 28 days in a month however they wont fill ON TIME.blame the government first.
