ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYONE AT THIS PRACTICE. DOCTORS DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH, OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND YOU GET NOWHERE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I took my sister to see Dr. Ahmadi yesterday. She was in Doctors Hospital and they recommended him to us. I looked up reviews and read a few negative reviews I was a little apprehensive. We decided to make an appointment anyway......BEST DECISION..From the time we went walked in everybody was so kind, respectful and professional.The gal at the front desk I wish I knew her name she made us feel so comfortable and was so patient with us doing the paperwork.We waited a little while is there is so many patients. He was so worth the wait. When he walked into the room we felt instant comfort and security, you could see he truly cared. He took much time with my sister he’s very thorough. You feel like you’re the only patient. Immediately put a plan of action together to get my sister better. I’m so glad we went. If I could give 1 million stars I would.

Stay away from this office. You are better off waiting for the right gastro. We needed to see a gastro over the holidays and we call around and the only doctors office taking new patients was this one. Big mistake! We know understand why. They dont care about the patients. They only care about booking the appointment and charging the insurance company.

Thus place is a joke.nkbody seems to know what there job is..was prescribed a prescription. And had to call 4 times and still no prescription..Thanx for the help yall get a bad review from me

I am very happy with Dr Ahmadi he is definitely on the ball he wants to get things done I am so so happy I have my mom seeing him thank you thank you!! He does not mess around and he lets you know what needs to be done.

Looking at previous reviews I was positively surprised at how friendly and courteous the staff were. Clearly, things have changed.Follow up: After the initial visit the office staff proved to be unprofessional, disorganized, and rude after all. Follow up calls were not made, nor were appointments scheduled as promised. After three calls over two weeks to try and find out what happened the office staff simply asked me to hold and hung up on me. Do not go there.

I honestly had the worst experience with this office. During my first appointment they were extremely rude at the front desk and they ran behind schedule, Dr.Ahmadi guaranteed me we would figure my issues out. And not to worry. I was sent for testing and was sent to have an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy, the surgery center they choose to use ran 4 hours behind schedule only to find out they didn’t have the necessary equipment clean and ready. The results came back and you could clearly tell when I was in the room with Dr.Ahmadi it was the first time we had even looked them over. And then gave me little to no help to fix my problems, I was then told to do another test that was on nationwide back order. Which they didn’t bother to mention. A few more appointments followed this and again, no attention to detail or care. I received no help at all and actually felt worse like maybe something in my intestines was irritated by the procedure. I was fully payed up on my insurance co pay before seeing the doctor and his facility. Now 2 years later they are still trying to pry money from me for something my insurance covered. This place is a total sham. From the rude women at the front desk, to the doctor and the billing. Use extreme caution..... find a doctor who cares and get real results. If you care about your health you will avoid this place like the plague. And if the office is reading this, stop sending me a bill I don’t owe and I officially sent in a claim to Cigna about your incompetence. I hope this helps people. Honestly.

I would like to say I was able to see doctor Ahmadi but his office staff were so rude on the phone I couldn’t even stand to have a conversation to get booked. I have never been talked to so disrespectfully by a complete stranger. I hope this doctor gets new staff because you are losing business.

I’ve never felt worse or more ignored than being a patient at this office.I regret the day I became a patient and will never go back.You get zero advice and get regular hour plus waits to see anybody.You will be ignored. Horrible absolutely horrible office and experience. Horrible. I’ve never felt worse.I hope a new Gastroentrologist can help me.Take heed friends.

Went through lots of tests and then he couldnt even be bothered to deliver the results. Sent a PA and a Dr. that had not even read my chart - asked if I had ever considered a test I had JUST had. Dr. Ahmadi clearly doesnt care about his patients, just getting the insurance. Even after I left without getting my results and complained to his office I didnt get a call from the Dr. Ahmadi - wow - real patient care/concern

The staff is very nice. The doctor asks alot of questions like he is supposed to do.

Wonderful experience. Explained all procedures in depth, answered my questions. The Doctor and staff are great. I would recommend this office 100% and that rarely happens.

After spending years vomiting almost daily with awful stomach pain and unable to eat, i was finally referred to a gastroenterologist. The first appointment went alright, i had to miss several hours of work after waiting in the overfull waiting room for an hour and a half but beyond that the doctor seemed fine. He ordered several thousand dollars worth of tests which I completed the next week on an outpatient basis in hospital. When the results came back however, the issues with this office really began.The doctor advised that though my tests came back showing i had several issues, that the only possible cause he could discern is that i must be an ALCOHOLIC or take too many excedrin for my chronic migraines.I was then foisted off onto his PA who prescribed me a stronger medication for acid reflux than the one i was already taking. After trying to explain to HER that i DONT drink and RARELY take excedrin, i was rushed out of the office.The medication they gave me actually made my acid reflux and vomiting worse and much more painful so I ended up stopping it and didnt go back.Fast forward a year and i ended up in a clinic for a last shot at finding out why im unable to eat. I’ve lost weight and can barely function on a daily basis. This clinic FINALLY told me what was wrong. I have so many food allergies that everything i was trying to eat for YEARS has been damaging my stomach, intestines and liver.I cannot emphasize enough how much i do not recommend this office or this doctor. Dr Ahmadi does not think outside of the box and refuses to accept alternate causes of painful and debilitating symptoms or patient input. If you are a patient considering this practice, i urge you to seek care elsewhere.

Dr. Ahmadi has such a comforting personality. He certainly gives you reassurance for the upcoming colonoscopy, that most of us are not particularly looking forward to. I feel 100% confident with Dr. Ahmadis impressive track record and experience!

I highly recommend Dr. Ahmadi for any GI issues! He is caring, thorough, and up to date in the medicine world. He has taken great care of me and when I needed to been seen by other doctors/surgeons he has recommended highly qualified ones!!! Thank you Dr. Ahmadi!

Dr. Ahmadi was very pushy. He was in conflict with my primary care doc. As it turned out, my primary care Doc was correct and saved me many more potential problems.

The office staff is rude, and disrespectful. They threatend my health care and distribution of my medication, causing me to necessitate a lawyer to take legal action. The doctor is more interested in turning and burning patients for money, rather than quality care. Both Kristi and Kelly need retraining in how to be professional in handling the needs of their patients. I would strongly suggest more people make complaints to the State Medical Board regarding the disgraceful practices of this office.

I highly recommend Dr. Ahmadi he is a great specialist. I have seen a few other docs and no one was able to resolve my problem till I went to Dr Ahmadi. He is so nice and caring. He really takes the time to listen and is a great professional. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy done. He is so gentle you don’t need a recovery time. I have been under his care for a couple of years and no longer have any problems. I have sent a few of my friends there and they are so thankful. The guy does a great job does the right tests and diagnosis. Thank you Dr Ahmadi you really care for your patients!

Wait times are long, usually 20 to 30 minutes behind beyond appt time but it is worth it to me because i really like Dr. Ahmadi and his staff!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Ahmadi listened attentively to my questions and concerns and treated me Well.

Great doctor, horrible staff. No one answers the phones, left on hold 5-10 plus minutes.
