Dr. Narasimin is professional & knowledgeable. Shes one of the best Drs I have ever had. I have had many issues. Her staff is very good & patient. She is a teaching Dr. & she will train good drs. for the future. Shes the best!🙋🏻‍♀️

Dr. Narasimman is the best physician I have had in my 79 years. She is an excellent diagnostician. She focuses on my health both as an individual and as part of a caring team for and with my husband. She asks relevant questions, LISTENS, and is caring and compassionate. I just hope she doesnt retire before I die!

Having an actual live person, the clinical assistant, talk with me first and get me scheduled for an appointment was wonderful. I was seen promptly and did not feel rushed at all. I have seen this physician for many, many years and recommend her all the time. If you are not able to be seen by her, her physicians assistant, Sharon Rudolph, is absolutely top notch!

ALL the answers here are regarding a visit for lab work - the staff here is wonderful, courteous, friendly and prompt.

Dr. Minter did an excellent job explaining treatment for my right foot, which had a fractured toe. She was thorough and very knowledgeable about my problem.

I have been extremely disappointed in the handling of my case. After seeing Dr.Narasimman I was waiting for the referral to the orthopedic surgeon. Request was wrongly sent to the spine specialist not knee surgeon. After the correct referral was received, I saw Dr.Schaefer, who send the request for a brace to Dr.Narasimmans office. The authorization was sent then to Dr.Schaefer, who is not approved by Freedom, so back it went and a rerequest was done through Dr .Narasimmans office to Freedom Health. Now I found out they used the wrong code since I need a fitted brace not one of the shelves. I’m waiting again. If that is how patients are handled, I either have to change the Physions group or my insurance company.

Lab and reception staff are respectful, kind, courteous and professional.

Referrels were called or got a text from Dr Narasimman and they responded that day!

It is neat to see and work with medical students as I get to witness as the doctor okays and suggest improvements from their observations.

Most of question 3 didnt apply to my visit. I am very pleased to have Dr. Narasimman as my counsel.

Dont go to Dr Aruna Narasimman unless you wanted to be treated like a number, then they will drop you. They dropped my mom then me. Horrible care! My biggest problem is the lack of communication this office has.1. They would call to reschedule my appointments all the time and say I would not show up, I have saved voice mails from them saying the doctor wasnt going to be available.2. They never confirmed if it was with my Dr. or their Nurse Practitioner and I would get to find out when I arrived even thou I requested to specifically see the doctor.3. The have so many student interns who have no idea who you are, constantly changing, no idea about your medical history except from a computer, so after an MA sees you, the student comes in, then, you get if lucky 5 minutes with the the doctor or nurse.4. If you go to a Bradenton urgent care and they drop you even if youre extremely ill they wont see you because of this office dropping you. They have such poor communication and their Nurse Sharon IS THE WORST! So rude! I was so depressed from being ill constantly, she yelled at me, and the Intern had no idea what to do and just stood there. Never checked my ears, nose, or mouth when I told them I was sick. Trust me you are better off at a walk in clinic.HORRIBLE SERVICE - They actually did me a favor, now I found a new doctor without students, who actually asked me questions to get to know me.

I feel I have a real connection with Dr. Aruna Narasimman.

I was called two weeks prior to my appointment and was told them had an opening a week earlier, which I took. I arrived for a dermatologist appointment and was scheduled for a regular physician who could not help me with the sole reason I made an appointment to see a doctor. The appointment lasted over an hour long. My original appointment was never canceled so I still received a reminder call about that appointment, which I cancelled. The office was supposed to follow up and help be schedule a dermatologist appointment, but I still have not heard about scheduling that. I also felt very belittled by Dr. Narasimmons based on my honest responses to her questions. I dont think a physician should speak to a patient in that manner and it does not make me want to return to her. Between her attitude with me, and the disorganization of this office, I am hesitant to return

Dr NaraSimman is the most caring knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever met. Best doctor ever!!! I highly recommend her.

I have been happy to have her as my physician and so have my family members. There is never a time that I need help-health or other- that she does not make herself readily available. She is compassionate, and caring, and that is what makes her real.

Dr. Aruna is by far the best Primary Care Physician I have had. She is a doctor who will NOT just write a prescription to see if she can solve your issue through trial and error . . . she will run labs to see what is causing the issue, and then determine a treatment from there. I highly recommend her.

From check-in to checkout everyone is friendly and professional. Dr Nairsimmon and Sharon take time to ask and answer questions that make me feel that my health is important to them.

I always feel like I have a partnership with my doctor, this is very important to me. To be able to have my concerns listen to and respected is an important part of healthcare. Dr Narasimman makes this possible. I appreciate her and her care. I also see the way she interacts and teaches her medical students. It is nice to see the next generation of healthcare learning the importance of listening to the patients.

Called on Friday, left message for return call.This is Monday and was on hold for 20 minutes trying to get appointment day change have left message again and its 4:20 pm and still no return call from office. Will try again on Tuesday...this will be day 3 trying to change .appointment.

I am very satisfied with the treatment and the professionalism of doctor narasimman. Im having trouble however getting referral to a urologist. Ive called twice and I still have not gotten a referral and Im having pain and really need to get it. Dr. Narasimman in her support people are marvelous. My insurance is lousy and needs referrals. It always takes a long time to get one. Im very happy otherwise.

By far the worst doctor I have ever been to! She over bills and under treats. Her nurses and office staff are completely unless! Getting an appointment, the people working at the front desk, the nurses, EVERY person that works there are dumb and incompetent. It takes days to get a med refilled. She got mad at me because I dont want to have children. She physically caused me pain during a pap exam because I said I dont want kids. If you end up in the emergency and she comes to see you it will cost you. I was billed $1,000 for her to come in and talk to me for 5 min. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I felt rushed in and out. Like they were in a hurry and did not care. They scheduled several tests and never went over with me what my insurance would cover or not. They also did not discuss why I was getting these tests.

Love the doctor, but this is the second time Ive called for days without anyone answering the phone. Staff is a pitful excuse for office workers. Cant make a appointment and was told i was late after 4 days of calling. Came striaght from my house to doctor offive. Ended up going to the emergency room.
