I am immensely grateful and happy that I was recommended to see Dr. Susan Weinkle. She is highly professional, with a warm, reassuring manner. Dr. Weinkle listened to me and examined my problem and quickly designed a plan for treatment, explaining what a realistic expectation would be for a very difficult problem that I had under my eyes. After the treatment, she handed me the mirror and I was so happy, I burst into tears of joy. I felt I once again looked like myself. I will be returning for more treatments, both cosmetic and general annual follow up. Dr. Weinkle is the best and most experienced dermatologist I have found and her office staff is wonderful as well.

In late August, I was diagnosed with a Squamish cell. Dr. Weinkle to the rescue! I am a baby about this, but she and her staff were AWESOME! I now travel 90 minutes each way to see her every 3 months and would gladly drive farther to receive the same exceptional care she and her friendly staff provides. She is thorough, listens to my questions and concerns and takes the time to explain the treatments. I never feel rushed or pressured. I was diagnosed with skin cancer on my nose and sent to Dr. Weinkle to take care of it. Another doctor had done a shave biopsy but didnt get it all. With the MOHs procedure, the surgeon tries to remove the problem and then checks the removed tissue, right then and there, to make sure all cancer has been removed, and if not, she can go back to the surgical site and remove more problematic tissue and check it again, then when you are all clear, she sews you up. Dr.Weinkle got it all the first time and Im 3 weeks post-op and healing fine. I wanted to say that this is a first rate practice-efficient, caring, well trained and smooth, and Im talking about the entire staff. Thank you very much for your wonderful care!

Dr. Weinkle is absolutely wonderful. She does beautiful work. She removed melanoma off of my forehead almost two years ago and you can’t even see a scar. I highly recommend going to see her.

I went to Dr. Weinkle a couple of days ago as a new patient for my 6-month full body check. (I had squamous cell cancer several years ago so dermatologists check me every 6 months.) The best thing I can say about the visit was that my time in the waiting room was fairly short.Dr. Weinkle sucked candies the entire time she was with me. She started her exam with me fully clothed but, luckily, eventually asked me to remove my top and pants. She gave me what I feel was a cursory exam by sight but not much in the way of hands on to find rough patches. She did not examine my scalp or between my toes. At the end of the exam she received a call from another doctor and left the exam room to take the the call. I was left alone in the exam room, waiting for her to return, for about 15 - 20 minutes. I finally stuck my head out the door and asked one of the nurses if she was coming back. The nurse said yes and a couple of minutes later Dr. Weinkle returned, still sucking candy. She wrapped up the visit and told me a nurse would give me instructions for caring about the two spots she had treated, but no one did. I feel I didnt get a good exam and was disrespected, to boot. I will not return.

I have been going to Dr Weinkle for 20 years. I have fair skin and red hair and spent a lot of time in the sun when I was younger. The result is ongoing skin cancer including melanoma. The result is surgery and Dr Weinkle is very caring and professional and an excellent surgeon. It is almost impossible to find the surgery sites ( five over the years) on my face after they heal. I return 3 times a year for checkups and she finds potential problems early and has taken wonderful care of me over the years.

Inasmuch as I have never been to a dermatologist in my life , I felt that, at my advancing age, it was time. I am very pleased to report that my experience could not have been more positive!Upon entry, the office exudes a very positive vibe , and it continued throughout my time there. It became quickly apparent that somebody is doing something right as it relates to creating a positive work environment here .Starting with a cheerful greeting from Abigail , upon entry into the office , and commencing with my check out it was a very upbeat and positive experience.After having put things off for a number of years , in spite of concerns, Lin Performed a thorough examination of my skin , and set my mind at ease . She advised that I continue to monitor my sun exposure, etc. , but there was no cause for concern at this time.Many thanks to all of the personnel at this office who put my sense of uneasiness to rest in short order … See you all next year . :-)

In 2007 I went to a dermatologist who botched the surgery. He then sent me to DR. SUSAN WEINKLE. She is a MIRACLE WORKER. I have been served by her for 10 years and she is the FINEST medical doctor I have ever known in my 86 years on planet earth. GOD BLESS HER! I give her 10 STARS!

Everyone has been timely and efficient. I was fit in last second for a severe reaction to poison ivy and given follow up care personally on a Sunday since I was traveling the next day and they were booked. I can’t say enough about my experience.

This experience happened a few years ago and it popped into my head today and Im still bothered by it. I have gone to this office before and had seen the other dermatologist there, and she was always nice and treated me with respect. Also, this means I was in no way a new client. I was living in Colorado and came home for Christmas and had made an appointment to take care of warts on my thumb and also speak with her about recent hair loss after a car accident. My doctor in Colorado recommended I consult with a dermatologist about this, so I figured I would go somewhere I had been before because I was coming home. Dr Winkle took one look at the wart and without telling me what it was or how she was going to treat it, she came at me with the liquid nitrogen and said this might hurt a bit. I stopped her and asked what she was doing and she explained it to me, but her immediacy in the situation appeared very rushed and uncaring. I then spoke with her about my hair loss. She told me this happens to everyone and offered me no suggestions or advice beyond this and asked me no questions about it, which made me feel very dismissed and that she clearly didnt take me seriously or have the time. The whole appointment took at most 20 minutes.The procedure for the warts didnt work and they came back even worse. The hair loss was quite bad and I got help and advice from doctors in Colorado, but its been 2.5 years and it is finally getting back to normal. I understand it was the holiday time and she was likely busy and stressed, but I cannot accept the way I was treated, as it still bothers me. It was a waste of $85.

Dr. Weinkle is the most knowledgeable and skilled dermatologist Ive met. Ive had many procedures performed by Dr. W and Im absolutely thrilled with the results.

I went to Dr Weinkle for my first skin cancer screening and I had a few spots I wanted her to check. People I have talked to about such screenings told me that the skin on the whole body should be looked at including scalp and in between the toes. I was never asked to undress and she basically only looked at my face and she saw one spot with pre-cancerous cells that needed to be frozen. Then I pointed out another area on my face and she agreed that one also needed treatment. Not only did she not look at my scalp and feet, she glanced at me and said I was fine when I still had a teeshirt and capris on.This is an update to my Aug. 19, 2016 review. Dr. Weinkle contacted me about my being dissatisfied and graciously offered another visit free of charge. She asked me if I wanted to disrobe, which I did and she checked my whole body and I feel that now I had complete checkup.

So grateful that I was referred to Dr Weinkle!
