I have never experienced anything quite like it. Appointments dont run on time, even when scheduled for the first appointment of the day. The staff constantly reassures you that your turn is coming right up and it just doesnt happen. From the first moment you walk thru the door, they are looking for dental problems not covered by insurance, providing you with a ridiculous Treatment Plan that appears to have only one thing on the agenda... getting as much of your money as possible. The cleaning I received was the worst Ive ever gotten and the fastest part of my entire experience! Im dumbfounded to understand how a business which operates this way can stay in business. Ill never darken their door again.
