Dr. Tom Rubino and his staff were outstanding when I had a dental implant that was completed last week. Extraordinary experience throughout and every person who worked with Dr. Tom Rubino - especially Agnes - was first class.Today I had my teeth cleaned by Jesse, the hygienist, and it was by far the best dental cleaning experience I’ve ever had. My teeth are clean and it was done professionally and with care. I have referred everyone I know to Jesse. To be this excited about getting my teeth cleaned is a testimonial to Jesse’s expertise. I’ve been seeing Dr Thomas Rubino for periodontal dentistry since I moved to the area 7 years ago. When it came time for implants, there wasn’t any other choice but to stay with this family group. Dr Ryan Rubino has been professional, caring and just amazing throughout the process. He went out of his way to help me time and again. I couldn’t ask for more personal care. Very happy!😃

This was a normal, scheduled visit. Shane cleaned my teeth. I liked that he explained what he was doing in easy-to-understand language. Very thorough cleaning and no pain. I liked the music selections and the big window to look outside. Comfortable waiting room (CDC spacing) and procedure room. Friendly receptionist/assistant. No wait for my appointment.

DO NOT GO HERE! Their service is amazing and Doctor Rubino was extremely friendly and helpful but their prices are ABSURDLY high.They charge $1,900 for a deep cleaning, Florida Dental Centers on Manatee is less than $700, they are just as friendly and the work is the same.I dont know how these guys sleep at night, but I suspect its on a pile of money.edit: the owners response insinuates that my teeth need saving. Because Dr Rubino insisted that I needed root lengthening on two teeth, I specifically asked Florida Dental Centers about them. They took 6 additional X-rays and had two different dentists (at no additional cost) confirm that those two teeth were fine and the lesions were just a x-ray shadows. I have a few cavities, but nothing major. Dr Rubino himself even said that my teeth were in great shape for having not seen a dentist for so long.Dr. Rubino wanted to charge me $4,300 for work I didnt need, after telling me that my insurance was worthless. People like him are the reason I havent seen a dentist for so long.

AMAZING!! Dr Rubino and the entire staff made sure I had a really great experience. I needed a gum graft and naturally I was freaking out about it after reading wayyy to much into it online. But they were very patient and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. After the procedure I was at home and noticed some abnormal bleeding and they got me right back in the same day to take a look and make sure I was taken care of. 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone I know 😄

I have been a patient of Dr Rubino since 2018. The staff is kind, efficient and knowledgeable. There is a great sense of teamwork from the reception desk to the hygienist. Every visit is a pleasure. I highly recommend this practice

Rinino dentist is the best dentist that i have ever been to. Im 60 years old and it took all this time to find him. The experience was painless. He explained everything that i should expect for the appointment i hd in detail. Thts fter he listened to ll my fears and experiences. If i had found him sooner my terth would be in a lot better shape. Better late then never i suppose. Shane is a good communicator, very gentle, and an excellent hygienist.

Dr. Rubino and his staff are amazing. During my visit Erin and Jordan went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. All of my questions were answered and overall I had a great experience. Everyone in this office is so kind and truly care about the health of your teeth!

Very nice staff. Dr. Rubino is great. Questions were answered. Staff made me feel very comfortable. Very reasonable with working on payments. Would recommend over and over again. Won’t go to anyone else. The nurse Angelina went above and beyond taking care of me, she was very nice and pleasant. It also doesn’t hurt that his sons are very good looking.

I Visited the Bradenton office as a new patient yesterday....from the time I entered the door I was greeted with smiles, professional, knowledgeable staff....**Excellent Dentist who took his time explaining my concerns very thorough...I did not feel rushed at all.Customer service was outstanding...highly recommend !!!

While Dr. Rubino is excellent at what he does and took great care of a family member whom I was waiting for while surgery was being done it’s disheartening and unprofessional for his staff to be on a personal call at the front desk where everyone in the waiting room can hear the conversation and it was not the very kind receptionist it was another staff member using her phone: in addition, when I went to desk to inquire about my family member after waiting two and a half hours there were approximately five or six staff members just standing around the desk talking and when I asked for a status I was rudely told that they were on schedule on the procedure. That wasn’t what I asked I asked how my family member was doing.

Dr Rubio and staff were very kind and informative during all phases of the dental surgery and follow ups. Highly recommend this practice if you have to have this kind of surgery. Hope you dont but if you do,this is the practice to go to.

Ive had nothing but a pleasant experience each time Ive met with Dr. Rubino and/or his staff. Last week I had to have extensive surgery and I was very apprehensive about it, but Doctor and everyone quickly put me at ease. And...much to my surprise the next afternoon a lovely plant with Get Well wishes was delivered to me. Now, how many times have you received flowers from your doctor?!?

Care was exceptional and results more than satisfactory. Dr. Rubino explains procedures in depth and makes experience very comfortable. The staff is all very caring.

Could not have asked for a better experience for something Ive been putting off for years. I honestly believe the people in this office care about the health of my mouth and arent trying to sell, sell, sell as Ive heard so many people say about perio offices theyve visited. It doesnt hurt that Dr. Rubino is such a handsome, warm person. Im not quite done with initial care but do plan to stick with a maintenance program alternating this office and my regular dentist. I have 39 years til 100 and hope to eat birthday cake with my own teeth!

I have never had a bad appointment with either of the offices! The entire staff is friendly and helpful at both locations I visited. I had a tissue graph done about 4 years ago and the new Alloderm procedure done in February. I never felt an once of discomfort during either procedure and the follow-up appointments were always quick and easy. I originally saw Dr Rubino several years ago for a front tooth implant. Was extremely pleased and comfortable with the procedures he performed.......very thorough and professional. More recently Ive experienced discomfort with a rear tooth so immediately thought of Dr Rubino for his opinion and/or treatment. I contacted his office for an appointment around the holidays and over the next several days Tiana was able to work me into his schedule. Great staff and doctor whom clearly explains things.

What a wonderful experience, very professional, on-time, very thorough, and most importantly Dr. Rubino took the time to actually listen to me explain my concerns. Called. to get appintment for. tooth extraction. was told. 2 weeks out waited a week then. was seen. was told. to wait 2 more weeks to get a treatment plan meanwhile. 4 teeth inflamed no antibiotics. just wait.

For a Brandenton Fl periodontist he is great. Does a good job. And has had an office for awhile. Good staff and office.

I went to Dr. Rubino office for receding gums, I was scared of the entire process....not a big fan of dentist and surgery.However after meeting with Dr. Rubino and his staff I was at complete ease. His staff is PHENOMENAL from the front desk to everyone you have contact with.I had the pleasure of being a patient with the best care and professionalism by Jorda, Erin, Angelina and Dr. Rubino. Dr. Rubino and his staff, Shane especially, are fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, respectful and approachable. Both Shane and Dr. Rubino provided tremendous information to me, explained everything clearly and were completely non-alarmists. It was a very pleasant appointment, the time they spent with me was un-interuppted and there was no wait. The time put aside for me was just that, for me. Dr. Rubino also saw another member of family and performed a gum repair procedure that was 100% successful. Highly recommend!
