Be very careful signing up for this sham software. Was at a sleep class and of course they try to make you sign up by giving you “while you are at this course only” specials. They say try it out and if you don’t like it cancel anytime then proceed to put you into a two year contract with penalty if terminated early. Obviously they know there software isn’t any good or they would let people stop using it if they wanted and didn’t find it worth it as we did.

Very similar experience as the review mentions above. There seems to be much confusion and lack of ability on how to perform tasks. Dental Sleep Solutions initially told our office that we would be charged only the monthly fee and a percentage of WHAT WAS COLLECTED for billing. Now, we are being told there has been a change and we have to pay for each patient input into the software. Weve since hired an outside consultant, now receiving 46% higher claim reimbursement, faster claim turn-around and no fee for billing, etc. Dental Sleep Solutions has been a complete waste of time and energy for our office. Their threats to send our office to collection if we terminate our contract is just more reason we have had it with this organization.
