Dr. Schwartz has made great progress in saving me and my back from a nasty descent into inactivity and unhappiness...so I am extremely impressed with and grateful for his skills. At 70+ years, Ive had decades of spinal degeneration with treatments by many professionals in different states, countries and continents...but this time to no avail. My excellent physical therapist said, “Youll have to live with it” (for me, unacceptable); my neurosurgeon said, “You dont need a surgeon” (thank goodness); and my traditional chiropractor said, “Try an inversion table” (I get dizzy very easily). Internet research revealed Dr. Schwartz with his strong training in neurology. This includes some new-to-me technologies (read his excellent website and bio) which created a lot of new hope. A month of intensive treatment (mostly covered by Medicare) changed the back pain during even short periods of walking, swimming, and yoga to suddenly pain-free days!! I am rather surprised and extremely pleased. (Beware of but not discouraged by an occasional backslide.) The office is pleasant and his assistants are very efficient and friendly. I shall continue this report as I slowly return to my usual activities.Dr. Schwartz rightly insists on a thorough analysis of the painful areas before starting treatment. He is extremely skilled in using these unique technologies and is very intent on having success. We are all thrilled when we/he do/es!

Dr Schwarz is a very good communicator and a bloody good chiropractor. He does not make false promises, like you enter his office doubled up, then go out dancing the Can-Can! He tells you straight how things are. The fact that he is a chiropractor-neurologist, was just what I was looking for. The office staff; Sandy, Deborah & Shelby try really hard to help you and are a pleasure to deal with. They also insist on masks and take your temperature upon arrival. Over a year and a half ago I injured my lower back. MRI showed herniation and osteophytes at L4 L5. Have had pain and numbness all the way down leg since then. After meeting with Dr Schwartz we decided Vax D was a good option. After completing the 20 treatments the pain down leg is completely gone. Muscles still need to regain strength but pain and numbness are gone. Dr Schwartz and his staff were very courteous and professional and appointments very flexible and always on time. I would recommend this treatment option over surgery with Dr Schwartz to anyone with similar symptoms

Dr.Jay Schwartz and his staff are the best! Great friendly comforting environment. I had injuries that my other doctors did not find. I was a pedestrian Hit n Run, lucky to be alive. I could barely move at my first visit, by my 3rd visit I was 50% less sore, tightness started subsiding. My numbness in hands and feet has subsided, I am in my 3rd week and feel so much better! Don’t be fool be the name “ chiropractic neurology” Dr. Schwartz is not a Neurologist! If you’re having serious neurological problems go see a real neurologist. I went for a consultation and was hoping to get some answers or maybe have some actual test done . I had intense tingling and numbness that was getting worse, he ordered two MRIs ($400) and I had to pay $200 for the visit (no diagnosis) since most chiropractors aren’t covered by insurance unless they’re ordered by the primary care doctor. A week later I went to a Neurologist who did a nerve conduction study who diagnosed me with (GBS) syndrome and went to the hospital right after which very well might’ve saved my life. Dr. Schwartz was more concerned about how I was wearing my mask and scheduling another appointment. Don’t recommend!

After physical therapy didn’t relieve my lower back and neck pain I searched for a reputable Chiropractor that had training and education in nerve pain. When I slept, which was getting more difficult to do, My hands would become numb and tingly. I couldn’t vacuum or mop without terrible lower back pain.I called several Chiropractic Clinics and was not impressed with the lack of professionalism and the fact that they would see me without a MRI. I had seen Chiropractors since a car accident in 1993 and know that the Physician needs to know what’s going on inside before they can treat you.Dr. Schwartz helped to schedule my MRI and saw me immediately after he received the results. The Office Staff scheduled my first appointment the following business day. The results from the MRI were explained and a care plan was developed and agreed to. The rest is history!After 2 weeks, I am feeling so much better after every visit. Dr. Schwartz reminds me that doesn’t mean I can do those things that used to cause me pain yet. But I can see that it will be in my near future.If you can’t do the things that you want to do, you should talk with Dr. Schwartz.

Dr. Schwartz and staff are great. Imaging was required prior to treatment. He uses Cox distraction adjustment method for my condition (you can Google that, I did) which requires me to have additional therapies, STEM on lower back and ultrasound on my neck. I was in bad shape due to chronic issues being neglected so I have been in intensive treatment for several months now which means I have to go three times a week then taper down over many months as my spine and muscles learn to hold the adjustments. I did intensive treatment with another chiropractor 20 years ago, so its not my first rodeo. My pain has decreased from daily avg of 7-8 to daily 1-3(started with multiple trigger points as well as disc issues, lack of mobility, scoliosis, everything that comes with back/neck problems). I still have a ways to go for increased mobility but there is much more hope when there is much less pain. I recommend.

Dr. Schwartz and his staff at the SunCoast Spin Care are extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I first called Dr. Schwartz three months ago with tremendous pain in my neck, back and down my arm. He got me in right away and after an MRI the same day we began a treatment course that has worked without surgery, medication or needles. I could not be happier with the process and am now pain free. I continue to see Dr. Schwartz for continued adjustments and will do so in the future.

I have had chronic neck pain for more than a decade and had a 2 level discectomy and fusion in 2013. Since the surgery my neck mobility has slowly degraded and the pain and tension had increased to the point where trouble sleeping and nighttime pain meds became routine. In just a few sessions with Dr. Schwartz, Im now pain-free for the first time in a decade and have been able to sleep on my side for the first time in at least 5 years. The treatment has literally been life changing! I highly recommend him.

I have been receiving treatment over the past two weeks, he has brought my lower back pain down from a level of 8 out of ten to 2 out of ten. I feel that I am on my way to total recovery. Im 53 and have pretty severe lumbar (L1-L3) bone deterioration with one ruptured disk and others bulging, all into the spinal cord. All of this was discovered just a short time back on an MRI that I was prescribed due to severe, debilitating lumbar pain that put me out of work for over a week. There are few options for treatment and I am not interested in surgery if it can be avoided or delayed.I went to see Dr. Schwartz who has special training in neurology that no other chiropractors in our area seem to have, along with about 30 years of experience. He was very professional and gentle in his treatment manor, and put me through a comprehensive neuro evaluation on my first visit. My regular doctor was pleased when he heard this news and encouraged me to continue to see Dr. Schwartz to see how my body responds.My treatment is going great with better than expected results considering I have not been in treatment all that long yet. He is also beginning to work with me regarding weight loss which should help in mediating pain in the future and of course be good for my overall health.His office assistant is also very nice and professional. For several years I had to get injections in my back to relieve the pain in my lower back every 4-6 months. My longstanding chiropractor relocated and she recommended Dr. Schwartz. After getting the required MRI which allowed him to pinpoint my problem I have not had to get another injection for almost 2 years now. My only regret is I didnt go to him 10 years earlier. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a back problem as I feel he could help others as hes help with mine.

After going to the hospital emergency room for the third time and being misdiagnosed and prescribed an antibiotic for heart attack symptoms and rib pain, I decided to diagnose myself online and discovered something called costochondritis oh, it seems to fit my profile perfectly, down to the heart attack scare visits. I started calling around looking for a chiropractor thats familiar with this condition. So I started calling chiropractors close to me in Google. The doctor that answered the phone was extremely rude and had an uncalled for attitude and immediately made me feel uncomfortable. I explained my situation and ask him if he was a chiropractor. He replied, spine specialist and neurologist. I told him what I was looking for and that I was looking for somebody thats familiar with costochondritis and he promptly told me that he wont accept me as a patient, in the most condescending way. After this experience I wouldnt touch these guys with a thousand foot pole and a broken back. Its obviously this office only knows how to chase ambulances and act as a supposed pain management specialist, getting people hooked on opiates.

Dr. Schwartz and Sheri are both great professionals. I’ve visited two other chiropractors in my journey to relieve my chronic neck and shoulder pain. Unlike other chiropractors, the Dr. sent me to get an MRI and CAT scan. I learned I had a degenerated disc in my neck and my hips were rotated. Over the past 3 months, I’ve gone from daily pain, to occasional pain, to daily discomfort, to the present, where I only deal with discomfort in 10 minute episodes every couple of days.They’ve been sensitive to my financial and time constraints, and Dr. Schwartz has always answered my questions regarding the treatment and my condition, which unfortunately is not regenerative. I’d highly recccomend stopping by their office for a visit.

The treatment I received for my carpal tunnel was great!!! I was able to avoid surgery and continue to go for maintenance treat when my carpal tunnel flairs up. Im also currently going for weight management and the program is fantastic!!! Ive already lost 10lbs!!!! Doctor and staff are great!!!
