During the last year, I suffered a low back injury that was impacting my ability to enjoy an active/physical lifestyle that was free of pain and without the agony of not being able to get out of bed or walk the following day. Hes friendly, extremely knowledgeable in all areas, and talented where he will find and adjust all points perfectly every single time. I first came to see Dr. Merriman early in my second trimester of pregnancy. I had a previous injury that was causing me intense pain and I was barely able to walk, despite constant chiropractic care (at another provider). I was in severe pain from a fall while playing pickle ball that I didn’t think much of because I landed on my butt, little did I know the fall did damage to my sciatic nerve and weeks later the pain was unbearable. Great chiropractor! He gave me an hour on my first visit because I had multiple neck and back issues. He let me explain and told me how he would proceed. After several adjustments, years of neck pain disappeared and 25 years of low back pain substantially improved! I first met Doctor Merriman a few weeks ago when I walked in his office bent over and my spine in the shape of an “S”. He took the time to explain what was causing my issues and began to explain in detail what I can work on once healed to prevent the problems I was having. After two days of hardly being able to move their necks and backs we made an appointment with Dr. Hunter, not only could he get them in right away he instantly relieved a tremendous amount of pressure on both of there necks and back so they could regain some of there mobility. We are so thankful Dr. Hunter Merriman and his family have decided to come to the Sarasota area. He will be a true asset to our community. Thank you again for all your help with my daughters.

I am not someone who usually takes the time to leave a review online. I could count on one hand; how many times that I have felt strongly enough about a meal or a service provided to me; that I made the time to share that experience with strangers. Having said that; this is one of those times that I felt strongly compelled to share with others; how great of an experience that I had with Dr.He is the third chiropractor that I have seen about my neck and back issues and I honestly entered his office very skeptical. That all changed within 15 minutes of speaking with Dr. Merriman. He explained everything so clearly and thoroughly to me throughout my appointment. Dr.Hunter Merriman is beyond wonderful!! The best chiropractor I have been too. I have been adjusted by him many times, one adjustment that stood out was recently. I had gone to bed with a headache, tightness in my neck. Woke up with a headache. I felt miserable. I explained to Dr.Merriman how I was feeling that morning. I had an adjustment by Dr.Merriman, and WITHIN A HOUR, my headache completely gone. It was honestly life saving. On top of of making me feel so much better, he is super nice and understanding. He actually takes his time with his patients unlike some doctors. He is great!!! Thank you again for always saving me from my headaches.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr Merriman. I went in to see him as my last resort to alíviate chronic neck pain I’ve had for years. I was amazed at the immediate relief that I felt once he completed the treatment. All I can see is don’t be afraid, he is very kind, patient, and he will explain everything he is doing so that you have an understanding of what to expect. I wish his practice would’ve been my first stop because after wasting time with physical therapy and many doctors Dr Merriman was the one to get a grip on my pain.

I highly recommend Dr. Hunter! I have had chronic hip pain for over 10 years. For the last year I have had to take pain relief medicine at least once a day for my hip pain. I’ve been to multiple chiropractors over the past decade, and Dr. Hunter is definitely one of the best adjustors out there! He has freed up my neck to full range of motion on multiple occasions when I woke up with a stuck joint. Even if you’ve been to other chiros, you probably haven’t been adjusted like this before! He has also been able to adjust my fiancée and help her low back pain when other chiropractors weren’t able to get the joints to move at all! If you have any type of neck, back, or hip pain, I would highly recommend you give Dr. Hunter a try. Unfortunately I moved to California recently but I will always stop by Dr. Hunter for a “tune up” when I’m visiting Florida to keep myself mobile and pain-free.

Last week I strained my back Lifting something I shouldnt have. The pain got progressively worse so I found Dr. Hunter Merriman through a very high recommendation from another doctor. What a great experience. Dr. Merriman and his wife are a great team. They are friendly and welcoming yet extremely professional. Dr. Merriman did a very comprehensive review of my current situation as well as my history and then initiated treatment. He knew precisely what to do, identified the trouble spot immediately, and some TENS therapy and spinal manipulation in the right spot gave me almost immediate relief. By the next afternoon the pain was a 1 or 2 at most and when I saw him again a day later it was almost gone. If you are having any sort of neck, shoulder or back trouble I can recommend Next Level wholeheartedly and if I could give 10 stars I would. Ive been to a number of chiropractors over the years but I have never had a better experience.

I’ve been having some lower back/hip pain for quite a while. I’ve never been to a chiropractor before. I went to see Hunter at Next Level Chiropractic.
