On a vacation in Bradenton and needed a place to train for the week.Me and my Father visited after calling, and it they’re great.Super friendly and family oriented, loved it so much we came all week.Recommend for anyone needling somewhere to train and learn from quality instructors.

I was vacationing in Bradenton for about two weeks and I needed a place to train. The Olivera team welcomed me with open arms and taught me a ton of great techniques. Professor Olivera’s passion for the sport and martial arts shows in his instruction. Would highly recommend training with the Olivera team!

Love this place. My daughter loves training here. Krissy and Zach are so patient and so good with the kids! On top of that the other kids training are so great with each other and really are interested in helping each other get better. Such a great family place for Jiu Jitsu training! We hope to be here for years to come!

I walked in a year ago brand new to any martial art. Mr. Olivera immediately made eye contact, smiled, shook my hand, and welcomed me into his class. His attention to detail, patience, and making a newbie relax is second to none. A very kind vibe emanates from this dojo, plenty of smiles, joking, and helpful students who take the time to help.

Owners are great people! My son has sensory issues and dyslexia and they were very sensitive to his needs and even during group activities made sure he was comfortable. My husband has even done classes and his training has been excellent! They are able to provide training to all levels of ability and meet the needs of all! Highly recommend ; )

I had been wanting to try some martial arts for quite some time, a buddy of mine told me where he does jiu jitsu and brought me with him. I wasnt sure what to expect but I have now been having a blast for 2 weeks straight. I immediately felt welcomed by all who attend and the owner is incredibly personable. I feel great because its an incredible work out and I am learning some very useful skills! I would highly recommend giving this place a go!

The best around! A great place to start or continue your Jiu Jitsu journey. I got in shape, learned self defense, and gained a new family. I have been to schools around the country and the technique and style of class at this school is far better than most I have been to. Friendly atmosphere, clean mats, and great instruction!

Our son has been attending this academy since they opened and we couldnt be happier. The Oliveras have dedicated their lives to teaching these kids respect and discipline. I am constantly amazed by the amount of confidence my son has gained in the past year. Mr O is a great teacher whose enthusiasm for the art got me to join shortly after my son did. If you are new to jiu jitsu or experienced, this school offers a curriculum that will help you excel. They integrate self defense techniques and sport jiu jitsu into their classes. The instructor is detail oriented and the students are very supportive of each other. The school has a positive atmosphere and everyone is very respectful.

Oliveras is the BEST jiu jitsu/fitness academy in Manatee County!! Actually the best in Florida!! They are an amazing couple that definitely love what they do. My daughter gained self esteem, self respect and some awesome self defense by attending their academy! The after school program and summer camp is structural and fun for the kids. My daughter absolutely loved it! We would still be there if we hadnt moved out of state. I would recommend to everyone!!

Well, let me just start by saying that I felt very welcomed from the start. Both owners exude warmth and hospitality. Mr. Zach Olivera’s class was structured, informative, and full of solid details that are very helpful. I’m currently a Capoeira student, but wanted to try a BJJ class out and I really enjoyed it. I met some great people and got to train and play hard. This is a style I’ll definitely want to try again. And if you’re looking for someone who loves what he does and is very open to teaching, then you should run to this class! I highly recommend it. You won’t be sorry you trained at this dojo.
