Claudia is very sweet. She does a great job! Highly recommend her.

I called several times within a 2 day period to make an appointment, as I got a voucher from Groupon. My voicemail was not returned. I drove up to the address to walk in to make the appointment and I could not find the place. Even my calls while looking for the place were not answered, during business hours. Groupon refunded, BEWARE.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Claudia is amazingly talented n does exactly what I want which many salons in Sarasota couldnt!! Most wanted to cut my hair n change my color. I moved from ny n love my hair as I been wearing it for years. She does amazing keratin, French hair cutting n head turning color. I went to interview about 6 diff salons . One was worse than next!! You will not find anyone more talented than claudia. If u do Id have to see proof lol. Too many conceited hairdressers Id never let touch me ,I walked out of multiple salons till i found claudia within ten min I knew she was mine ....and shes an amazing person to top

I bought a keratin treatment for Studio 501 off of Groupon. I often use Groupon for these types of things because they allow me to sample salons and get a deal on a treatment that usually costs double or more than what Groupon offers. I work at a monitoring station where we handle delicate information, and there is a strict cell phone policy there in order to protect that delicate information. We arent even allowed to enter the station with a cell phone on our person at all. I work during the day, usually 8am to 4pm, making it difficult to make appointments or get to them because I get off work right after normal business hours. And if you look at this salons hours on their website, they are only open three days a week and have inconvenient hours. I wrote down the Studio 501 phone number and took the piece of paper with me into work, hoping to schedule my appointment after purchasing the Groupon coupon by calling from work on my break. I did this. The first time I called, my call was ignored after about three rings. I thought maybe someone was calling at the same time or something so I tried again. My call was ignored again. I tried a third time. A woman picked up this time demanding to know who I was. Before I could even reply to her, she told me that if I called again she would block my number. She stated aggressively to quit calling her. I was completely taken aback. I know that the caller ID from my work phone rings in as a 1-800 number, and that can be offputting. I understand that. But if youre a business, the top keratin treatment salon on Groupon in the greater 20 mile area, with probably hundreds of people calling from all sorts of numbers a week, would it not pay off to answer calls in a professional, calm manner? To at least see what the call is about before you become so aggravated? The fact that the number called three times consecutively also may have been a clue. The fact that the woman was suspicious about the 1-800 number is really not the issue... I get that. But I dont understand why I was treated so poorly without even being given a chance to say hello. I told her after she threatened to block me that I was calling to make an appointment. I then asked for her name and if my Groupon was refundable. I had to defend myself because she tried to blame me by asking why I didnt just say that from the beginning and why I was calling from such a number. I was furious after this experience and the first thing I did when I got home from work that day was get my refund from Groupon. I am not as angry anymore because I do see why she was suspicious of the phone number. I have brought myself to empathize with her more than I did the first day. Thats why Im not giving the studio a 1-star. But seriously? Customer service needs some improvement. I dont want to mention her name, either. But this is a truly honest review. I am so inconvenienced by this cancellation, too. I am going to have to travel farther, wait longer for an appointment, call again at work to make an appointment... and I had something for which I was trying to get my hair done in time. All of this is what keeps me upset about it. Thanks for reading my novel.
