This place has always been my favorite pedicure place. I miss living in Bradington because this was the only place that I would go to for my toes because no other place even begins to compare. I absolutely love their massage chairs. They’re amazing customer service with wine and frozen treats. What better way to end a pedicure is a 20 minute massage in a full body chair. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I came in town from New York. The place back home messed up my nails. They got me in right away and fixed them. Trina fixed my nails and toes. She did amazing job and made me feel like family. They came out perfect and could not be happier. I was able to enjoy a glass of wine and relax. I will always come here when I am in Florida. They make you feel welcome and know what they are doing.

I used to go here religiously every 2 weeks for about a year. The reason I stopped is because ‘Trina’ the owner, did my nails very poorly. Done Friday evening and popping off by Monday. When I asked for them (gel acrylics) to be corrected but done by my regular nail tech, I was charged the full amount AGAIN because she didn’t do it. That really lost my whole loyalty to this place. Pedicures are always pretty decent here but nail techs will speed through you if you are not a regular. And if you’re not a regular, they really don’t give you equal service. You’ll be rushed to a seat, and rushed out. (Remember I always came here so I understand how good their service can be). The water bottles they give you are filled w tap water most times, they will rarely give you a sealed one and will always “crack” it open for you. Parking lot is tight. The massage chairs are a great plus though!!

I stopped at Aloha because I wanted to find a place that was open on Sunday. Beautiful facility, friendly people. The problem was that when I left I had a manicure that I could have done with my teeth. The manicurist only spoke Spanish and could not understand not too short. Nice people, nice place, but I wont be back.

I got my hair cut and colored by Lynne at Glam Hair. She did an awesome job and my husband also got his hair cut by Lynne too.

Bad mani very bad. Didnt get rid of dead skin or cuticles. Didnt even get polish by my cuticles not even a little bit. Had to go back 1 and half later cause mani had big deep cracks. 3 hrs after had more cracks. I asked to polish with a different white but reused the same and said it was top coat but cracks were to deep to be top coat. She gave me a good deal but real shity mani. Wont go back. Had to re due my own nails

My wife and I went for pedicures. I have ingrown toenails and big feet. The gentleman took care of us, we had some soft serve while we waited, and he took care of my toenails easily. $25 for a pedicure feels cheap to me as well. We tipped big and will go back again.

Definitely do not recommend this place. I’ve had hit or miss experiences here, but this last time was awful. My pedicure was $40, and they did not even trim or clean the toenails or massage my feet/legs. Not worth the money at all! And then I witnessed the woman doing my pedicure, scraping something off one of the utensils she was about to use on me (something from a previous person’s pedicure maybe?) and then she used it anyways. It was disgusting. I witnessed multiple employees reusing equipment on separate people without sanitizing. Not sure what the guidelines are on that, but I don’t think that is acceptable.

It was my honeymoon weekend and I was pretty busy but I needed to get my nails done. I went somewhere else and after waiting for about 40 minutes they told me they couldn’t start on me for 2 more hours. I left and called Aloha nails they said they could for me right in. I told them I was only 5 minutes away. I walked in the door and was instantly put in a pedicure chair. They had it ready for me! They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and at home. They staff is so sweet! There customer service is amazing!

We used to get our nails done here on a regular basis so we went back. This time was not good. The pedicure water was cold! I told them a few times and finally when I was going to walk out they changed it. My daughters nail tech was telling us how horrible the place is to work and a lot of other negative comments. The massage chairs are relaxing but need to be sanitized.

So Nancy did my nails (acrylic fill). She started out ok, but as the session continued just became sloppy. I addressed my biggest peeve which is the nail being straight and even- not slanted. She had fixed MOST of them. Managed to cut every cuticle except my thumbs. The polish isn’t covering all of my acrylic. My nails still look like they need a fill done. A new customer walked in needing a pedicure, (which she had started) and I had asked if she could fix one nail for me, preceded to assess my nail with a wet used glove of which she was using for another stranger’s foot. So disappointed.

Affordable nails, pushy staff. They did a great job, but know what you’re going in for, and don’t get trapped into more treatments you don’t want. Interesting vibe of the place. Their massage chairs are complimentary and quite the experience! 😂

The owner is very solicitous of wants and needs and fills your wine glass or coffee cup which we you like. Great people, entertainment playing up on. Big screen, nice employees who are always thinking of your comfort! Love this place!

I love the people and the facility. Great massage chairs and fun atmosphere. I cant go there regularly though. I have been 3 or 4 times on a Sunday and every single time it takes well over two hours for a simple gel manicure and a pedicure. I went today and I wasnt done for 2.5 hours. Thats way too long in my opinion. I will go again but only when I know I have a lot of time. I get my nails done regularly and it takes about an hour and 15 minutes or 90 minutes tops.

For it being a new nail salon it is a very nice place. I came here to get a set of nail and it was pretty nice. The ladies here are all very welcoming and especially for new comers they help you out in what to do when you get there. The lady that did my nails was pretty nice, she did a pretty good job with my nails as well. However, she did keep drifting off to look at the TV for a while, which was kind of annoying. But overall I got a pretty good set of nails for a reasonable price.

Went with my friend for a moms day out, we had a terrific time! I have NEVER been so pampered! The new place is amazing! This is my new hair and nails place. GLAM BY LYNN in the upstairs hair salon is a must!

The first time we used this place we thought we had discovered a great place. When I went back they charged my card 65.00 for a 20.00 service and refused to fix the card. The crook behind the counter said she would reduce the total by 5.00 ...and then explained she would put that on for a tip! Why would I tip more when Im paying 65.00 for what is listed as a 20.00 service. It is in my nature to give the benefit of the doubt...but it was obvious, no matter how much I showed them from their own brochure the inaccuracy? Or Blatant false advertisement?...they are not interested in repeat visits...just getting as much as they can. Be warned...they will leave you no recourse but to walk out...awkward! Pay cash! Do not trust with debit or credit card!

I love Aloha for the atmosphere, beverages, and massage chairs. Unfortunately the pedicures are hit or miss, but I am willing to overlook that just to spend 30 minutes in the zero gravity massage chairs after the pedicure is done. If they hired better nail technicians it would get 5 stars from me.

I took my niece this afternoon to get her nails and toes and my nails toes and eyebrows done. I had to go back inside to get my nails fixed because the man that did my nails told me they were dry and they werent. They did a great job on my pedicure and the lady that did my eyebrows did phenomenal. But when doing my nailshe did not pay attention to the picture I provided for my nails, he did not shape them well, he made them too long and it just wasnt that great of an experience for the price. I wont be going back and I also dont recommend going here.

Horrible. My first time ever walking out on a pedicure. The water was intensely hot I couldnt put my feet in the water which is the whole point to soak your feet. Multiple times I asked for them to add cold water. They did not. My friends water was the same way. We had to leave.

Place was a amazing my daughter and I went to get our nails done very clean and relaxing people who worked their was Soo nice . And the frozen yogurt was so yummy and a great surprise. I plan on this bring my only nail spa and going to recommend to Everyone.

Not a good place just don’t even test it out. My little niece who is 8 didn’t even like her nails. Mine were done horrible and the lady excuse was that my nails were to short. So because my nails were short I couldn’t get a decent job done 🤦🏼‍♀️. And then blames it on my 20month old because she was crying here and there. But my sis had her most of the time. My sister called first to make sure they take walk in and the lady said yes. We were there for maybe two hours and my sister was only able to get her feet done. Then I complained and they lady complained because we were a walk in even though over the phone told us to come in as if they did walk ins

I have been going here for years and so have my daughters. My daughters wanted to take me for a pedicure for Mothers Day and they were going to get their nails done. A beautiful day turned out to be a disaster at the nail salon. I was very shocked at the service that we got this time. I understand they were closing at 5pm. We got there at 4. I asked them if they were willing to take all of us at this time because if not we can come back another day. We were told we can take you. I got a pedicure from a young girl that whipped right through to get me done and my feet still looked as bad as they did when I came in . She just put them in water and polished them. I said something to them and the one gentleman was amazing and fixed everything right away. Even though it was a fast pedicure they did look better after. Only one of my daughters was happy with her nails. My other daughter asked for a certain shape of nails and they are all different shapes but painted nicely. My other daughter asked for a certain length and they cut them to short to take them back off put the right length on and said she would have to come back tomorrow to finish the rest because they had another customer that they had to take care of. I asked them why they would not finish what they started and we were simply told they didnt have enough time. We ended up paying full price for everything including the drinks for which my daughter had a bug in her coffee and she wasnt offered another one. We were not offered any kind of discount and still gave a tip in the end. Needless to say I am very disappointed and they just lost a few customers. I have never been treated so poorly from them in all the years I have been going there except for the amazing man who fixed my pedicure. If they didnt want to take as all in at 4pm when they closed at 5pm when I asked they should have said something. And the only one that offered any kind of apology was the man. Very disappointed.

WORST experience ever!!!! Do NOT get waxed here. You will be butchered. Do not trust them. Went for an eyebrow wax and the old Asian lady who doesnt speak much English literally removed half of my eyebrows. After explaining to her and another employee (who spoke fluent English) that Ive spent the last two years growing my eyebrows out and I only wanted them cleaned up underneath. She did the opposite. She removed wayyyy to much hair between my eyebrows and removed literally half of my eyebrows. They are now uneven, and pencil thin. Worst experience and horrible customer service. Unless you want your eyebrows fully removed do not go there!!!

I have mixed emotions. The lady who did my eye brows was amazing but the dude who did my feet was so rough that he made me BLEED!!!! I told home twice he was being too rough and he didn’t even care. He didn’t massage my feet or anything. Only ran hot stones over my legs but that hurt from how bad he cut me on the top of my foot and ankle. He also stopped and answered his phone three different times. Completely unprofessional

We went with a group after work to get pedicures and it was so much fun. From the massages in the chair, to the drinks, to the atmosphere, everything was terrific! I cannot wait to go back.

I called ahead for a time that was less busy usually thats better than just walking in. They told me 1:00 was best. I walked in told them I called ahead and my name. They told me to pick my color. I was taking to the pedicure chair with water already in it. I put my feet in the water it was cold. I sat there and a guy told me he was going to do my pedicure that he had to wash his tools first. He got done sat down and they had him go to another 3 girls who walked in after me. Than, a lady know as momma came over to do my pedicure. She changed the water to warm water and apologized for the cold water. She put the lotion and hot rocks on my legs. Then, she smoothed my toe nails and then asked if she could even put my toe nails. I said sure you can file them. She took out clippers, I thought she was cutting dry skin. She started cutting my toe nails. I had already cut mine before coming because I dont like people cutting my nails. She cut my right toe way to short. To the point where it hurts. Then, when I said something to her she tried to tell me she didnt cut my toenails. REALLY?!? So, then they sent another lady over and she asked what I wanted to do? I told I want to leave. I walked out. I was so pissed and still am. How do you cut someones nails when they tell you not to?!? I told her to file them to make them even. I will never go back or refer any of my friends. I hope I dont get an ingrown toenail because of this.

Worst nail experience.. was cut multiple times.. got my nails done 4 days ago and just broke my 5th nail.. doing very simple things.. for example picking up a towel. Spending 80 dollars for a full set and pedi this is not the quality I expected. Have a friend with a similar experience.. Will not be going back.

So I came with a large group of girls for a wedding party and as I’m typing this I’m sitting in one of their chairs with messed up nails because apparently “my nails are too short to be able to do an adequate job of painting and filing them.Frankly my nails are not the shortest among my group of girls but they can’t get a clean tip on my nails because they are too short. I should also mention that I have a small claw hanging off my left middle finger nail that they apparently are incapable of filing down.Currently annoyed and livid at this DIY manicure experience and being singled out for having nails that are “too short” despite having white space at their tips.

I got a pedicure on Saturday. Today is the following Thursday. My nails have already chipped and lost polish. I got a “deluxe” pedicure. She didn’t even use the “cheese grater thing”’on my HELLA rough feet. Didn’t clip the nails or push my cuticles. Didn’t dig out any ingrown nails, no re-shaping. Nothing. Basically got a mediocre leg massage and some polish that my 2 year old could apply because it didn’t even cover my whole nail. This is my second pedicure I’ve had there. The first one I had was so rough I literally had bruises down my legs when I walked out. Figured I’d give it a second chance but it totally wasn’t worth it.

I recommended my mother visit Aloha for a pedicure. After hearing her experience, I will not recommend it again. She got scolded for coming in the back door (unknown to her it was the back door), denied the length she desired on her toes (no, we have to go short), snapped at to put her phone away and stick her hands in some hand massage gadget and finally thrown in a torture device disguised as a massage chair (while her toes dried) and left there in agony for 15 minutes before she flagged someone down to release her. Terrible service, terrible results.

Well.... all these bad reviews are not right. I have been here numerous times, with my family even. The STAFF is AMAZING, the salon itself is very clean and well kept. I have never felt uncomfortable being there. As soon as you walk in the door the one of the owners greats you with a big smile. The last 3 times i have been here for over an hour and they do AN OUTSTANDING job. My feet get all tore you from being in work boots all the time and i leave there feeling great. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. We will be back to see you guys and your smiling face.

I have been to many many nail salons all over the US and I have never had an experience as great as the one I had at Aloha. From the time I was greeted at the door until I left I was treated like family.The customer service is 11/10!! Aside from the experience, the quality of work is outstanding. Aloha was horrible. Very cheap products!! They charged me 40$ for gel on my real nails bc I got a glitter color !!! 40$ glitter ARE YOU SERIOUS?Also my friends nails were terrible. The lady didn’t even file them evenly and. The French tip looked horrible. Would 100% not record this place !
