TJ was great, so friendly and did an awesome job on my eyebrows.Zaras was clean and very reasonably priced. Big plus is she is only 5 minutes from me!!Finally found my new place after the one I had been going to closed down and I had tried 3 others, 1 was good but far away and the others not so good.I will definitely recommend to anyone and will be back.

TJ is a top notch professional, the wait can be a bit if you come after work. Everyone knows she is absolutely the best in town, and it shows in the waiting time. Totally worth the wait, she is absolutely good at what she does. You will not be disappointed, and the is very economical.

Love the lady’s that run the shop and do the Eyebrow Threading. I have very sensitive skin & they take their time so it doesn’t irritate my skin. Always love my brows when I leave. New location is great! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!!!

I go here every couple of weeks to get my entire face threaded due to PCOS. I have noticed suck a big difference In my skin. One lady there constantly does such a good job threading my chin, face, brows, side burns! I love her and this place.

TJ was excellent! I’ve been struggling to find a faithful brow specialist for years. I finally feel like I found the one! She took her time, listened to my concerns and did exactly what I requested.

I hadn’t done my eyebrows in MONTHS, so needless to say it was time for them to get threaded. I had Tj and she was amazing!!!! I have very sensitive skin and also i happen to have a scar right on my left eyebrow (had since a kid) and she took that into consideration while she threaded my brows. The end result? PERFECTION!!! I was very surprised and happy to see my eyebrows in perfect shape. In the past I’ve had bad experiences with other estheticians (not at this establishment) due to my scar but Tj did a wonderful job! Definitely going back!

I recently moved from New York to Florida . I had only trusted one person to do my eye brows. Now I found another person I can trust , tj . Will only be going to her. She took her time , gave me advice on my eye brows , very professional. She did exactly what I asked her to do. Definitely worth the time and money. It’s Not expensive either. I’m happy. A+ I took my daughter yesterday to get her eyebrows threaded! Her brows were past due since SEVA closed down in Manatee Co. “They looked like caterpillars” but I didnt say anything! lol!TJ shaped them perfectly! It is amazing how threading the eyebrows changes her face so beautifully! From sleepy-face to “bright-eyed and bushy-tailed!”No more waxing! This is the only place we will be going every month! Her prices are very reasonable and dont forget to tip her!We Googled a few other places last month and went to the UTC mall and my daughter’s eyebrows looked terrible with being to thin and the ends of the eyebrows looked like she took a razor and swiped straight down on both ends! 😬 The service cost more too! I should have listened to all the bad Google reviews!Next month when we go Im getting my eyebrows colored and threaded! I have natural beautiful thick eyebrows and the woman working on 1/2/21 in the morning completely butchered them. She left stray hairs everywhere, thinned them out to nothing and completely changed the natural shape I have. One eyebrow looks completely different then the other one. I have photo comparisons and they’re absolutely awful. I’ve never had such a terrible experience eyebrow threading and I’m embarrassed to even look like this. So disappointed. She didn’t clean the chair between people and my first red flag was that she used the same thread as the previous customer.I have reached out to the owner who responded to my review over a week ago at this point and still have not received a response so clearly her reply was just to make it look like she cared. Who runs a business like this ?

I am so happy with the steps Zaras is taking to keep their clients and staff safe. Brow specialists are wearing face shields, masks, gloves, and full body capes when they work on you and are taking great care to sanitize frequently. I got my eyebrows threaded today. I grew them out just to go a professional place to get them done. TJ was awesome. She knew what she was doing and what I asked for is exactly what I got. Perfect!

The eyebrow threading itself was fine. The mall its in however is a complete mess. There are maybe 10 stores (and I feel like Im being generous here) in the entire mall. One restaurant in the food court. Just not a place I would ever revisit.

TJ was amazing and sooo sweet! I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and she is the most gentle I have ever had. For the first time ever my eyes did not water haha. My friend and I went together and it was my friend’s first time getting her eyebrows done. TJ cleaned up her eyebrows a little bit and stopped to let my friend look to see if my friend wanted her to keep going. It was great that she stopped to allow my friend to decide how much more she wanted done. I will be returning!!

The pregnant women is out and the other women with the glasses is not that good. One time she did really good but the other 2 times not so much, and yesterday she did terrible. Now i have to buy an eyebrow pencil and i dont even wear make up!

I never wait more than 10 to 15 minutes for service. They are reasonably priced ($12) and they are very skilled at threading so the entire transaction takes 30 mins from walk in to cashing out. No appointments needed.

They are not as good as they use to be. I came back from Tallahassee after 4 years. I use to go here before moving to Tallahassee. Came here cause I trusted them and my mistake was ignoring the recent reviews. Beware! I’ve been growing my eyebrows out for two months. For someone to just snatch them off unevenly and one eyebrow is shorter than the other.

Very rude woman working there! I come in and there is only 1 person ahead of me that is finished and paying. The ONLY woman working there just sits down to eat. Doesnt say anything... Not give me a minute while I take a break... Just leaves me sitting there with her back towards us and eating. I walked out. How rude are you!?!!
