Great service every time! Was such a pleasant breath of fresh air coming from CVS.

I am a recovering addict and my regimen of medications, clearly reveals that. With that said, there is one older, female tech working there. Her contempt for me is palpable. She is passive aggressive and seems, truly upset, that I ask her for information about my meds. I am not imagining this. I have switched pharmacies to CVS and couldnt be happier. I never do this (write reviews - negative or positive) but I feel compelled to write this one. DO NOT trade with Western Drug of Bozeman, especially if you have the disease of addiction.

Great service, friendly people, very helpful when answering questions. Used them for many years - no desire to change. Still feels like small-town Bozeman from earlier years. Thank goodness.

Brian, Kim, and Julie are always helpful and friendly. They take the time to make sure questions and concerns are addressed. So glad to have one of the last locally owned and operated drugstores right downtown.

Fast, friendly and reliable service. Theyre less expensive than most, if not all of the other pharmacies in town. Id highly recommend, plus theyre a local business and I always prefer to support local.

Jovial staff and convenient downtown location. They dont accept my Allegiance MSA card which is a bit annoying and will prevent me from getting expensive drugs here. Perhaps Allegiance would charge them too much.

Rude staff, consistantly poor customer service. Changed pharmacies after they didnt answer the phone for 2 days.
