My name is Julie and I have been a Price Rite customer for 20 years and recently bought another power chair from Price Rite. Randy and Denise, the physical therapist that he works with, are very good at what they do and they really went the extra mile to make sure the chair was just right and that I was comfortable in it. They spend hours making sure the fit is good and that every scenario that could be a possible problem is addressed so it isn’t one! There is lots of laughter throughout the process and it’s such a friendly atmosphere!The chair I just got from them last week is the best one yet and I can’t thank Randy enough for all he did to get it for me and for the time he and Denise put in to making it fit me perfect!Thank you Price Rite!!!!! ❤️

Ive never posted a review about anything anywhere, but I have to post one about our experience with Randy and Price Rite. My wife and I have had to face some tough challenges this past year and have met with many doctors and specialist. However, Randy has been by far the most helpful. He will do ABSOLUTELY everything he can for you and has for us. He has so much knowledge and will give you all the time you need to answer any questions. He will fight on your behalf with insurance companies and did everything to set us up with a power chair for my wife. The only thing we had to do was pick the color. Randy really does go above and beyond to help in every way he can.

Getting fitted for and ordering a new wheelchair has been a hassle for me in the past but the folks at Price Rite made it such a smooth process. The owner Randy and his staff know what they are doing and always have the customers best interest in mind. Oh, and they have a great beer and wine selection downstairs too.These guys are the best, I highly recommend them

I would give Randy and the staff of Price Rite 10 stars if I could. Randy is a wealth of knowledge, has a ton of experience, and is extremely personable. Upon meeting him for the first time you feel as though you are working with someone that you have known your whole life that is really looking out for you. He has made an extremely difficult situation so much easier for my husband and me. He arranged for us to borrow a wheelchair for our recent trip to Mayo Clinic in Minnesota...and let me tell you we couldnt have gotten by without it! He fought tooth and nail with our insurance company to get approval for the medical equipment that I desperately needed. We had an appointment with him last week and my husband and I left feeling much better than when we went in and felt extremely supported. I would highly recommend Price Rite and Randy for all of your prescription and medical equipment needs!

I have always had good experiences here, they have been my pharmacy for 10 years now. I was recently in a car accident and they delivered my electric bed yesterday. The young lady who delivered and set up the bed was most helpful and went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was comfortable and happy with the bed. I wish I could remember her name! Thank you for the wonderful experience

Great customer service, no line, and super easy to pick up supplies for a CPAP! They had everything in stock. Highly recommend!

Called the pharmacy to see if they took my insurance. The technician wouldnt let me get an entire sentence out of my mouth before interrupting me. Every question I ask was interrupted before I had the chance to ask. Refused to check to see if they could take my insurance. Here is a recommendation for your next staff training, pause and listen. We could have gotten through our phone call much faster if she would have stopped cutting me off every time I started to speak. Oh, I went somewhere else to fill my prescription, as I would recommend to everyone else.

I had flu shot here today. Had great experience, simple and convenient and very friendly staffs.

Michelle was wonderful and so gracious and understanding when my family was in need. All of the staff were wonderful! I would highly recommend Price Right. A family member needed to use an expensive continuous oxygen tank for 24 hrs before she left for the airport because of trouble breathing. Michelle was so kind and understanding and opened up a brand new unit and gave it to us to use free of charge !!! My family and I have been blown away by the level of customer service Michele offered us. She even offered to run extra tubing to our house if we needed it. She is a truly a special person and such an incredible representative for Price Rite. I will be a customer for life because of this experience and her generosity will pay off in dividends for Price Rite because I will be sure to spread the word around town. It made me so proud of our town and type of people like Michelle, who live here. Thank you Michelle and PriceRite!

Mandy did me a real solid. She listened to my story and got right on it. Immediately scheduled my dad a bed to be delivered, IN A FEW DAYS, the day he arrives home. She said she would personally call the nursing facility and get the missing paperwork. I was given 4 business days by the facility to get him home. My family and I were really stressed by this situation. Mandy helped relieve so much stress that words simply aren’t enough.

Always have been good to my family, setting up wheelchairs for my brother for as long as he needed them! Nicole is great, showing me pictures of her pets and geeking out about comics and TV shows while I waited for my meds to get filled! Super sweet people!

We were visiting and needed a specific type of wheelchair. We just happened to be driving by, and saw the sign for Medical Equipment, so we walked in to check it out. They had exactly what we needed, at a fantastic price for a weeks rental! And, the ladies were so nice and very helpful! Thank you, ladies!

I am always greeted personally by the sweetest young lady up front, and treated with care and respect by everyone else! Tanner is by far one of the greatest people to have help you. He and his staff really went the extra mile when my insurance coverage changed, they made all the calls for me, and had everything resolved quickly. These guys are amazing!

I am an Architect who does lots of projects involving barrier free equipment. The tub grab bar did not have information on the outside of the package about how far it expands to fit on the tub so I had to buy it to find out. Later I measured it and I found out it would not work, but Price Rite would not refund me because I opened it. I will not be buying any barrier free equipment from them in the future. I would not recommend them for buying equipment. Buy it on Amazon. Use American Express. AE at least will refund me now when I complain.

Dont listen to customer or evaluation. Waited April to August to see wrong wheelchair not what was told ordered. Weighed more than my acceptable lifting limit. When refused took back my loaner wheelchair leaving me stranded. Had to cancel my appointments until I can figure out what to do to get around. Do not use what so ever.

The medical equipment staff were very helpful as I limped in their with my sprained ankle. They recommended ice and compression along with crutches. The prices were great as well and they had everything I needed. Definitely recommend them!

On the medical equipment side of things: Randy is always very pleasant and knowledgeable but it is his hired help who always come across as uninformed on the very things they sell. They definitely behave like theyd rather be doing something else. The people who work here should at the very least be knowledgeable on the products they sell and be up to date on types of equipment that can be ordered if they dont carry it.

I give them five stars and would give them a ten star review if I could. They are the best pharmacy I have ever been to. They never complain about a early refill or an late refill. They are kind,respectful and never ever treat new or anyone I have been around less then amazing.... They deserve a ten star review.

The staff have consistently treated me with kindness and compassion. They seem to know all of their customers by name. The new store is beautiful. The prices are as low as big chain stores. Im really thankful that this is my pharmacy!

HORRIBLE! Price Rite has consistently messed up in ordering a new wheelchair for my husband! This has been a six month evolution just trying to get Price Rite to get the appropriate things ordered for a functional wheelchair! This wheelchair is my husbands way of getting around and Price Rite has done absolutely NOTHING to show that they are capable of getting this ordered correctly to fulfill my husbands needs that are vital to his life!!! The fact that this place is the only medical supply company in this area is a HUGE disservice to this community. They should not even be in business after this awful experience.

Price rite is the best! They are the only pharmacy in town that is fast friendly and knowledgeable! I have medical issues so you can take my word for it! Highly recommended!

JoAnn did a wonderful job getting all my prescriptions from an out of state pharmacy transferred and set up. Even called back same day to confirm!

I have had to visit Price Rite 3 times for medical equipment. Every visit has been met with rude employees who act like I am inconveniencing them. I have spent the last 2 months trying to get a new nebulizer. They first charged me for something insurance covers. When I spoke to Medicaid, they agreed to refund me. They did. And took the Neb. They said they would call my doctor and get a new script so I could have my Neb. That was a month ago. I spoke to my doctor this morning. They have no record of ever receiving a call. I now have to go out of town so that I can have a vital piece of medical equipment before fire season hits. It is a real shame that we have no alternatives in this city. Ill be reporting them to Medicaid again though I doubt it will do any good.

This place is horrible. The help on the phone, in person or any way is no help at all. Please read all of the Horrible reviews this place has already to prevent your self from having to go through what I did. I tried ordering a new Wheelchair that was paid for in full. The Chair showed up 4 months later with the Wrong Wheels, Tires, Cushion, Back Height, Side guards & all around the wrong stuff. I had to return the Chair and go else where out of town for the products Correct Products & equipment I needed. This made it horribly difficult for myself being that I am paralyzed.Now on another Product they say they provide is Hand Controls for Vehicles. They would only install one kind because they would not take the steps to be able to install another brand that I had used for the previous 8 years and never had any problems with. The Kind they install with in the first month Started to Squeak, Fall Apart and the worst part stick. Which in the state of Montana when your gas pedal sticks on Ice you most Likely are going to have a car Wreck.Please for your own safety and well being please reach out to other places. Even being a couple hours away it will save you all the stress & Headaches of working with this HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

I am only disappointed because I have called over 10 times to the medical equipment part of the store and always only get voice mail. It would be nice if you could get a person on the phone and not have to wait for someone to hopefully call you back.

This place is wonderful! On a road trip with my family, and forgot to pack some necessary components of my CPAP. Not only did they have what I needed at a reasonable price, they were friendly and open on a SATURDAY!!! I get really grumpy without my CPAP and these folks saved our trip. THANK YOU for taking care of me, so my kids and wife dont have to deal with my lack of sleep induced gruppy attitude.

I was so disappointed in the service. It took a week to get a local prescription straightened out, they didnt have time to either pick up the phone at actually talk to my nurse or even call me when the prescription was in. Yet they send me automated happy birthday greetings that are down right creepy. Its a shame.

Been here twice, both times the staff was very rude. Treating me as if helping me get what I needed was a nuisance to them. If you dont like your job then quit, dont take it out on the customer.

Yah.they need to learn to smile and talk nicely. All tree ladies rude. We met all three cuz we had to go three times to get a prescription that doctor sent day one.finally had to fax them. Stood up for 3 appts, well see if they can manage to make the fourth. Its not easy being a single mom with two special needs kids, showing up to appts and being told the person you are there to see is gone is frustrating beyond belief. If there were ANY other place I could go, I would.

Horrible experience with Tanner, I had surgery on March 15 very painful to say the least.I had a follow up a week later in Billings,I was prescribed more pain meds at a higher dose. When I tried to fill my script Medicaid would not pay.tanner told me I could pay cash for them,but said if I was on Medicaid I should not be able to pay for them out of pocket.mind you this was in front of all the costumers. This guy is so unprofessional and he is the manger!! I will be changing pharmacys.

Randy and his crew are always so very helpful and kind. Its obvious that they really care.

We needed a walker and they never got it for my dad one star they never called back after 2 months and when we called they never answered and never called back bad store never recommended

Dont go here. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff and we were charged nearly $200 extra, without advanced notice, for medical equipment rental.

The ladies who answer the phone can be impatient and rude sometimes. And if you are expecting a prescription delivery, you are basically held hostage at home all day, not knowing when they will show up. Not good service.

Im giving them a 3 star because they had what we needed as far as the staff they werent very friendly and had an attitude .
