I recently went in for a rapid CoVid test. I was in and out in 15 minutes or less. Super easy and super friendly. Got my results before I even made it back home.

I made an appointment online, which was very convenient. I arrived early, and was seen immediately. I was treated very courteously and professionally throughout the visit. Billing options were explained clearly and thoroughly, and were also posted at the front desk (no “bait and switch” as others have mentioned). It’s probably better in general to pay immediately and submit it to insurance later, but that’s a personal decision. I won’t hesitate to go back.

Professional, friendly, expert care. The nurse practitioner listened well and knew her stuff! Took a few clicks the morning of my appointment and I was seen right away. Highly recommend if you’re in need of urgent care!

Learned from reviews that there is a cash option. No one mentioned this nor discussed payment options. Was charged $317 for a urinalysis. Very unimpressed with care. Doctor was rude. No follow up with test results.

This place is like walking into the future of health care. You can make an appointment online or walk in and check in at the kiosk. The NP and tech were also fantastic. Overall a great experience, even when I was feeling under the weather.

This company should be ashamed. I have never felt so scammed. BE CAUTIOUS. If you say you have insurance, they will not tell you to pay cash. PAY CASH. Now, I have a $300 bill, and not their flashy cheap advertisement bill. A 10 minute visit equals go home and drink honey water. I still have the same chest cough. I have never felt so scammed in my life. This place gives me such a lack of trust for the medical field.

This place is ridiculous. I literally had someone look at my neck and prescribe me a muscle relaxer. I paid on the way out... Month and a half later I got a bill for $300... For a 5 minute appointment where the Dr didnt have to do anything besides tell me I strained my neck. Not cool and super shady

The front staff was friendly, but informed me that they would be closing early so they would have to triage me to the larger urgent care. I declined and still continued to get text messages in regards to my “upcoming” appointment. I had to cancel the appointment time digitally to make them stop. Also bothered that their website still had me book an appointment when they clearly knew that they were closing early. Wish they would’ve had better communication.

Buyer Beware!These people arent interested in you just your money. Unfortunately I didnt read the other reviews. Its all true, they conveniently omit to mention difference in charges between cash and insurance.You walk in, they ask for your insurance card and then out of luck.Its a shameful way to do business. It doesnt matter to them because they now have your money.

The nurse and doctor I saw were so nice but this bad review is about what I feel was a bait and switch situation. They asked if I wanted the $65 visit and i said yes. She explained the only way I would pay more than that was if there was a steep test or something along those lines. All I ended up needing was one ear cleaned. At the end she took my card and I payed..I thought.. I was not told I would still be billed for more. Well, the $65 came out og my account but they still sent me a bill for $65 + $130 for cleaning 1 ear! I can understand if i would owe a little extra for an ear cleaning since she cannot list every single thing that would cost extra before we started. But what I do not understand is why she did not tell me and why she did not take the whole payment then! it was so sneaky! then I get this bill and the phone number on it is one of those where you cannot talk to anyone and b2 has no phone number!

I love this model for quick convenient heath care! Need a sports physical for your kid? Pick your time slot and be done in less than 30 min. Sore throat, ear ache, barfing, flu shot ? Youre in and out. No calling your md and rearranging your day to fit their slots, (or waiting days to get in) you make the appointment fit your schedule. Up front pricing, and takes insurance. Caring, competent staff.

Great model IF YOU DONT HAVE INSURANCE. Dont use your medical insurance or you will be charged $300+! Even if you do use insurance, Bridger Ortho Urgent Care (and others) are more than half that cost for same service. This is extremely misleading and what makes me the most furious.B2 Micro did not give me the option to pay the cash price of $65 for a visit/strep test in lieu of using my insurance. Two kids with strep cost us $550 THROUGH INSURANCE. Would one assume they would charge the about the same to insurance, probably 20% more. Not 400% more!I am a medical practice owner myself and would be ashamed if this was my billing practice. Unethical.

** BEWARE OF B2s UNDERHANDED Cash Only BILLING PRACTICES **I visited the clinic for a skin irritation issue. When I walked in they took my insurance information and asked me to wait. On their web site they advertise a $65 visit fee. What they dont tell you, and after a call to Bozeman Healths Customer Service I found out that if show them an insurance card the cost is much higher.In my case I was charged $301 for a 1/2 hour visit. When I called to verify the charge thats when I learned that my mistake was involving my insurance. Paying cash is cheaper but that is not noted anywhere in the office.Its just a sad, deceitful way to do business.

Always pay the $65! No one told me they bill insurance $300 for an appointment. I had $65 in my pocket and would have paid cash but instead opted to use my health insurance. I had no idea they would bill my insurance for $300. What a racket! Bozeman Health billing department doesn’t care. I was told I didn’t understand my insurance coverage. I am spreading the word to everyone, B2B is a rip-off.
