I have been taking my two children to see Nicole for a year and a half now and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased. I could tell from the very first phone call before the initial consultation that I was speaking to someone with valuable experience and insight. Since then I can tell you that I haven’t been disappointed even once. Nicole has the unique ability to read between the lines of nuance and pinpoint what lays underneath things like fear, shame as well as other feelings that can be confusing and tough to navigate on your own. She has demonstrated that she truly has a heart for my two children and it shows. With that she has done a fantastic job of equipping me with valuable tools to be a better father to my children and this has also caused me to be more intentional in my parenting on a daily basis which is creating a healthier stronger bond between my children and myself. In effect what I am saying is that I believe she has helped me just as much as she has helped my children. I know that everyone must find a therapist that they feel comfortable around that will also help guide you towards victory in what ever matters life can challenge you with. For us Nicole fits that bill and she is consistently there for us as we continue to navigate complicated circumstances in our lives.

Finding a good counselor is tough! And I am glad that I was able to find Nicole Frost. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a family counselor.My children have been working with Nicole for over three years. We started seeing Nicole after a difficult year at school for my eldest. She has worked with my children through with several major life changes, and as a result school and home life has gotten much easier. In addition, Nicole has given me the tools to become a more confident and effective parent.

Nicole Frost has been incredibly influential in helping my family understand one another after significant hardship. After escaping abuse, us survivors were left lost and in desperate need of guidance, yet fearful of every new step. Nicoles office was warm & welcoming, and her kind demeanor quickly set us all at ease. I would not recommend Nicole Frost to anyone. My husband and I have had some big struggles through the pandemic. I opened up to her about it. She dropped my appointment the day before because there was a miscommunication about my address and paperwork. I asked for an explanation and she told me to take responsibility for my own actions and to never contact her again. This set me back emotionally further than I was. She caused my anxiety to come on really bad. She does more harm than good.

I contacted Nicole after going thru a Divorce. My oldest daughter was having a tough time navigating everything as well as myself. She gave me the confidence of how to navigate the divorce with my kids, become a stronger/better parent as well help my oldest find her joy/confidence again. Highly reccomend her.

Nicole is a wonderful, perceptive, and caring councelor. She has helped guide my daughter and I through some very tough things over the last several months, and we are both in a much better place, both mentally and emotionally because of her. I would absolutely recommend her as a councelor.

Im not sure I would ever use Nicole again. She seemed to form opinions by the 2nd appointment and passed them on to my son that will require tons of help to roll back. Then when I questioned her on them, she put my son on the spot to rehash them in front of me as opposed to working through them with the right tools. I was very concerned that the wrong counselor might hurt more than they would help....Thats where I am today.
