I cannot recommend Meredith enough! She gives the space and tools necessary for working through things on my own, as well as the constructive advice and incisive questions that add perspective and direction. Meredith really provides a safe place to externalize - whether it’s a tough relationship or life transition or smaller, daily insecurities. There’s a real sense of trust that she cultivates, and I’ve come out of our sessions feeling motivated and clearer!

I have been seeing Meredith regularly for most of the year. I think she is a terrific therapist; the best I’ve worked with. Meredith has great range, from helping me explore my emotions to supporting my efforts to set boundaries to helping me assess whether I had a diagnosable disorder. She listens hard, makes me feel understood, and offers helpful insights and practical suggestions. Meredith has helped me to improve all of the important relationships in my life, including with my husband, children, and mother. Every session is productive.

Meredith Ries at Aspire Counseling has been an invaluable resource for me as I have navigated through difficult and pivotal moments in the last few years. From the calming and tastefully done lobby area to the inviting counseling spaces, Aspire Counseling does everything with intention. In my very first session I felt that no matter what emotional state or background I was coming from, I would be heard. I truly cant express how grateful I am for the resources and guidance that I have received from Meredith and Aspire.

I was not impressed with Meredith ability to mediate conversation. It was disempowering. I also received charged at 12:00 am on a Saturday night for a appointment we never had. It had been six months since I had seen her last. I was refunded after showing proof. Cannot recommend her. Two stars for availability and flexibility scheduling.
