Very unreliable!! I had my consultation in June of 21 and still waiting for my procedure to get done. If they didn’t want to do the procedure, that’s all they had to say. Instead of wasting my time and energy! They don’t ever call back! The office manager Would never return my phone calls! I had to literally go in one day just to get a paper. Total waste of time! I could’ve been went somewhere else! I’m extremely upset about how they handled it all

I have two broken teeth that I was supposed to have removed. Went in for a consultation was told the insurance would take 7-10 days to approve it. It’s been over two months and every time I call they have another excuse. They don’t even have the consistency to call and explain what’s holding up the process. I call and leave multiple messages before even getting a call back. Will definitely not be going forward with them! I see other people complaining about the same thing and their response is “it’s due to the pandemic”, shouldn’t accept patients if that’s the problem and at least be courteous enough to call and inform the patients.

I have been trying to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth out for years (all of them were impacted) . And thanks to this office I finally was able to the pricing was very reasonable and I was sedated when I woke up I actually thought that they didn’t take them out because everything went so smoothly. The staff is very nice and understanding, the office is very clean ( they take great precautions due to COVID &it shows) so I will forever be recommending this office to anyone who ask. Thank you guys so much and keep up the great work.

Been waiting almost 6 months after six extractions.. In October.. For my partial and bridge.. Excuse after excuse after excuse.Driving back and forth no one answer s phone. Causing severe biting onto my tongue. Nothing is helping I am losing weight and cannot eat. I thought this would be the place for me and others but obviously not.

I went in Thursday about a wisdom tooth removal. They told me it would take 24-72 hours to get back with me. I waited till the next Friday and still no answer.I had called back multiple times to figure out why it was taking so long, I was told they were in a meeting (which is understandable) so I gave it well over a hour for a phone call back, and no one ever did call back.So I decided I was going to call them back, I called like 10 times and nothing. This is just cruel and inhumane to do to a person who is in a lot of pain, on top of giving people false hope of helping them is truly terrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone else,especially if youre in a lot of pain.

Absolutely the wost. I had an appointment with them to get my wisdom teeth removed and they made me wait 3 hours in the waiting room before I was even brought to a room. They are impossible to get a hold of on the phone, you will have to call at least 20-30 times before they answer. I was in the worst pain in my entire life after the surgery and they didnt even mention that I could use a medicated mouth rinse to help with the pain and clean out my wounds. To make it even worse I called them on a friday to renew my prescription and they said they would call my pharmacist. I went to the pharmacy and they never called an I cant get a hold of them until Monday so I have to go all weekend without my inflimation and pain medication. Dont waste your time. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there.

Why was my review removed?This place is unprofessional and unreliable. They encouraged my uncle to change health insurance to cover a procedure and the new insurance does not covers it. He now has another $2,600 out of pocket expense.Don’t waste your time going here.There are a lot of other well qualified surgeons with well trained staff in the area.

Very hard to get in contact with, also voicemail is full so there’s no way to leave a message for them to call back also surgeon is very rude

I had my wisdom teeth removed here today. The front office staff is A+. The procedure reviewed with me in detail by the doctor. All of my questions were answered. Im 37 and never had them removed due to it being complicated. He must of done a great clean job at removing them because I dont have nearly as much swelling and pain as friends of mine have complained of.The wait time for them to prep did a seem a bit long. Watching the staff and the Dr. they seem to double and triple things. Some people are like that. The fact they were putting my under and performing surgury makes me happy they are like that. I hope to never again need oral surgury. If I do, this is where Ill go.

The staff is short and overloaded with cases, but do their best to meet everyones needs and schedules while offering the best price they can. The office manager goes above and beyond to help each and every patient, while the oral surgeon puts all his energy into helping his clients. The dental assistant even speaks Spanish, creole, and English to leave no language barrier in clients care. Very reputable practice, I wish more people would review and show just how fantastic they are.

Smaller practice, but very personable and professional. Yvonne at front desk is very charismatic & Dr Smith is super intelligent. I send all my oral surgery referrals for down south patients to him with no regrets & no complications. He is a wonderful, experienced oral surgeon.

I have had a few procedures done there and Dr. Smith and his staff are the most encouraging and professional people Ive ever met. I would only suggest Dr. Smith to friends and family whom need oral work done.

Outdated office, extremely small staff, long wait times.
