Terrible experience! All I needed was to re-cement my over-denture to the implants that has been working great.On the phone I was told it would be a free quote but once on the chair, doctor Nadel said I had loose implants and needed x-rays at $75.00 per x-ray. The old Bait and Switch. Also, when I attempted to tell him my situation he cut me off and said that it was late in the day and he didnt need to hear anymore talking. He went on to say he knew was he was doing and I didnt have to talk anymore. He basically told me to shut up. Very rude for a professional and someone who just met me....One last thing, the receptionist or assistant was terrific. He is lucky to have her!.......Doctor Nadel responded and I guess I cannot respond to the response otherwise Google would be a Facebook. His response, you should not expect services for free and then complain about our office when we ask for a reasonable fee. That is almost funny. I should not expect services for free and complain when I am ask to pay. I have a suggestion doctor. Dont offer free quotes and then charge the patient, Free IS free. If you are going to charge, say, its free, maybe.

So of course, it led me to searching for another dentist. I called Comfort Care Dental because the advertisement read implants $1899, (because I was previously told that an implant was my only option to rectify the problem) and spoke with Rhonda, whom answered ALL my questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable regarding my inquiry and she was exceptionally pleasant, patient and professional! So, I booked an appointment.On the day of my appointment, 02/16, I met Rosalie and Dr. Nadel. In my life Ive been to several dental visits and many offices. However, until today Ive NEVER been WOWED!! I was reallyyyy impressed with the hospitality and chairside manner from the doctor and Rosalie.Prior to my visit Id been told by three (3) other dentist/consults the only way to rectify the issue was an implant at the cost/range of $3500 to $6000 for one (1) tooth.Dr. Nadel took one look at my tooth and the xray and gave me an option that lowered the original consults by HALF! In addition to my original inquiry regarding the implant.Its really nice to see that theres still GOOD and HONEST dentist still in the industry.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST/PRACTICE!!I further understand that your personal experience is the best experience...than I say dont pass up this ONE!Thanks Rhonda, Rosalie and Dr. Nadel!!Keep up the good work the world is in need of people like you STILL!!

I had an implant done today .Dr Nadel is Excellent ! I couldnt believe how quickly the procedure was completed. Rosalee , Rhonda & the Dental Hygienist are also outstanding! The office has all state of the art equipment & practices the highest standard of cleanliness. 10Stars ⭐️

Sarah is absolutely amazing!! Shes super professional, down to earth and such a sweetheart! DEFINITELY will be coming back to this location for cleans, work, etc. Extraction was less than 5 minutes and easy. Would also like to thank my surgeon. It was very quick and everyone there made me feel as comfortable as possible.The procedure was about as painless as I could expect a tooth extraction to be.Im feeling a lot of pain now but as for my experience in comfort care, id go back for any other dentist work I need done. Ive already recommended friends to go there.They even let me keep my tooth! :)

I was going to call this place for an appointment and after reading the reviews here I decided not to even call. It was not the bad reviews that turned me away it was the responses on all of them from the business or owner. Not professional at all.

First of all, I would like to thank the receptionists Sarah and Christine on providing me with great customer service. I would also like thank my Dentist also for cleaning my teeth and informing me of my teeth and giving me some comfort while I was at my visit. Long story short, I loved everything about their dental office and they have a loyal customer in me forever now!

I was so impressed with the dental work this dentist did for me, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he cares about his patients and does beautiful work! His office staff was unbelievable, they were the nicest girls I have ever met, I would highly recommend this dental service from cleaning to implants and even dentures, you will have a wonderful experience! Dr. Nadel did an amazing job on my implants and veneer. I have gotten so many compliments from friends who know I had the work done.Since it was my front teeth, l appreciate his extra care to make the work look natural. He made sure that the shape blended in with my other teeth.

I have never been in an office so unorganized. No ones up front. Everyone seems overworked and angry. All the rooms were filled and now understand why I waited 30 mins for a consultation. The girl took and x-ray on me and it looked like it was from the 60s. Very run down and Extremely dirty. By the time I left I needed to go to the beach just to get the negativity away from me. What a waste of my time. I would not recommend this office.

Amazing experience! First time doing a clean up and it was just wonderful😀 I was pretty scared that it was going to hurt but no pain at all. The staff are so sweet and they explain every detail that you what to know about your teeth. Pricing is perfect and the environment is so clean and bright! The stuff who really help me understand the pricing are Sarah & Jeamie (Beautiful girls). Nedal is the one who did the clean up, shes amazing of what she does. Believe me, Ill be coming again for a other clean up😀

Going to Dr. Nadel for my dental care has been an excellent experience! He is very friendly, gentle, and caring. He takes great care of filling in my cavities and keeping my teeth in super condition, while also explaining everything that he does, which I really appreciate. Id certainly recommend seeing him for anything dental.

I love this office! Dr. Nadel is very nice, entire staff is friendly. They make you feel like they are happy to see you. I went to the same dentist for 20 years in New Jersey. Moved to Florida and was afraid I wouldnt be able to find a dentist I liked as much as my previous. But, I was wrong. Love, Love, Love this dentist! I have sent all my friends to Dr. Nadel and they are all very satisfied. I highly recommend this pain free dentist. He did my implants and they are Gorgeous!!!!

This place is so dirty. I brought my mother in for a broken tooth. She waited over 1 hr in waiting room 2 hrs in the chair for a small filling. The lady Sarah up front was great and told me I should told me i should only part about $40 for a filling. After he finally did get filling (which he had to re get her numb bc he took so long to get back in the room he told me we had to pay $375 because she was not on his hmo roster. When we got home i called the insurance because i thought i paid way to much for her filling and i did. The insurance said i should of paid at most $55 and he charged $375. What a rip off. They also said my mother is on his roster and has been for 5 years. When I called the nice young lady is no longer with him and none can help me... This has been a battle with me and this office for a refund for over 3 weeks. Run his prices seem good but just his office is gross! 0 stars if i could.

Dr. Nadel and his staff are awesome! I broke a tooth and they got me right in. Im scared of the dentist and Dr. Nadel made sure the entire time I was comfortable. It was one of my front teeth that I broke so you can imagine I was freaking out but Dr. Nadel did an amazing job I think my front teeth look better than before!!!! :) Thank you again to the Staff for being so amazing!

Brought a complex implant procedure to Dr Nadel and with his expertise and skills he accomplished what 3 other Dentists could not- and he did it at a fair price. I am encouraged by his professionalism and as a 40 year resident of the county he brings to those of us who are retired a breath of fresh air and memories of when caretakers of our health put us before themselves. Dr Steve nadel and his office staff were amazing. I went to his office with 4 of my children after school. They took us in right away and were very professional. Within a few minutes I had one child doing X-rays, one child having a cleaning, one child having a cavity filled. No pain during or after. I travel over 1.5 hours to see Dr Steve nadel because it’s the best dental care that myself and our children receive. Thank you again.

Long time patient of this office and it keeps getting worse and worse. I will not be be back. I am still waiting on my dental claim to get filled. How hard is it to bill the insurance company for a single crown? I always have a problem with this office but I kept going back just because it was close to my home and he himself told me he takes Delta dental insurance now. Well when I called Delta after my appointment he is not in network so I lost about $450 by going to him. When I called to ask for an explanation why I was told the wrong thing I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and then was told no the doctor said we work with your insurance company. Ring around the Rosie AGAIN. Plus my time is just as important as him. I waited over 2 hours just to get seen for 1 tooth. I had an appointment and even called before hand to see if he was on time. The doctor gave me a shot and then sat with his consultant for 40 mins. By the time he did my tooth he had to give me another painful shot. He then did my tooth but answered his phone during my appointment, got up about 4 times to get things, plus never changed his gloves after he would come back into the room after he left to get the things he needed. I have never seen a place fall apart liked this and still stay in business. Prices seem good but like my mother always says you get what you pay for!!! To Dr. Nadel thanks for the headache and best of luck. I think you may need it!!

I went in for a dental implant, and the process went smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Im really happy I chose this place!

Dr Nadels office was such a great experience to have my work done. The upfront staff was more then knowledgeable going over my treatment plans and handling my insurance. The hygienist eased my nerves with needles and perfecting my gum treatment making sure I was comfortable the whole time. With Dr Nadels expertise in dental and implants he explained everything to the root with me before I had my implant procedure done. It was all done in such a professional and timely manner I was so impressed. I recommend Dr Nadels office to anyone in need of dental work to have a dentist you can trust and who cares.

I definitely recommend this place to anyone I scheduled an appointment and came into see Dr. Thomas. He took his time with me, and was very patient. Normally I am really antsy when it comes to this, but the customer service that I had from the moment that I walked into the door with the receptionist till the moment I was in the seat was amazing.

OMG the worst. I scheduled the appointment with him and gave all my Medicare info. He told me that the consultant was free. I drove from Jupiter waited 50 mins and had to listen to the hygienist and assistant have a huge fight for about 20 mins. When I got up to leave they told me the Dr had court and is running late. I jokingly asked if it was from an upset patient and the blond told me he was working on the wrong tooth of this hick patient!!!!! I was speechless. I over heard them talking and lets just say this place is a joke. The blond lady was a joke. She was more worried about going away in May and booking theater tickets then asking if I want to reschedule. Dont waste your time. From other reviews I should have know.

I have seen Dr. Nadel several times, either for crowns or filling in cavities, and have always had a great experience! Dr. Nadel and staff are very friendly, and the procedures pain-free. Dr. Nadel does very careful and precise work, so my teeth look and feel excellent. He is also very attentive to any needs or concerns that you have. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a dentist.

First I want to preface by saying I get major anxiety from going to the dentist since age 10. Because of that, it has prevented me from getting my teeth fixed. Dr. Nadal has helped me so much! He makes me feel calmer and constantly keeps asking me if Im ok during a procedure. For that, I am so grateful. His office may not be up to date on the newest equipment, but I have been to other dentist office before I found Dr. Nadal who did have all the newest bells and whistles, and I received really bad dental care. In fact, I found Dr. Nadal because another dentist practice (Sage Dental) really messed up and I was looking for a second opinion. For me, I would rather go to a dentist who is a perfectionist and knows what they are doing. Dr. Nadal reassured me that he could help me, and he did! I had to get a tooth pulled, bone graft, and an implant. My anxiety was through the roof! Dr. Nadal and his staff were so understanding to me needs. His staff are wonderful! There was a mix up with my implant, and his assistant (Rosalie) went out of her way to make sure the correct shade came in. She constantly kept me updated, and I appreciated all her effort. After reading other reviews, Im not sure what is going on there, but no medical practice is perfect. Sure sometimes you have to wait, but emergencies happen! If I had an emergency, I would want the respect to fit me in the schedule. Isnt that what we all want? Dr. Nadals office is in an older shopping plaza, but just because its an older building doesnt mean your getting bad dental care. There have been a lot of changes in his office lately, and it seems to me that Dr. Nadal is making an effort to continually improving his office. If you have a phobia or get anxiety from just the thought of going to the dentist, give Dr. Nadal a chance. He really helped me!

I had the best experience at Dr. Nadels office. He communicated everything to do with my peocedure and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. He is also very reasonably priced, especially considering the high quality work. Really glad I was recommended to Dr. Nadel by a friend!

Horrible experience!! I called in the morning and made an appt I had an emergency I was in bad pain in a top and bottom tooth, I waited over 2 hours in the waiting room which was nearly empty and when I finally saw Dr. Nadel he was very rude and said unless I am on his health insurance roster that comes out once a month he wont see me only as a cash paying client (I wish this was told to me when I made the appt), he also told me I dont do emergencies for your insurance and proceeded to insult me on my teeth. I left 2 1/2 hours later upset and still in a lot of pain he would not do anything. Dont walk run from this place.

I went to Comfort Care Dental to see Dr Steven Nadel for a FREE consultation for an implant. My crown broke off, the root canal failed, cracked root and tooth was getting infected. I meet with the front staff, very friendly, professional and nice. Then meet Dr. Nadel, very professional and friendly, he examined the bad tooth, took xrays, and gave me my choices. We decided to extract the tooth and replace with implant.Very professsional and friendly place.

Went there for a consult for my husbsnd and the staff was super friendly.I really do not understand the reviews that say the staff was rude unless they were reacting to a rude patient.Anyway my husband felt super at ease with Dr Nadel.

I would like to thank Dr. Nadel for taking such good care of my smile! Since moving to Florida, Dr. Nadel has cared for my teeth - both now with three dental implants, and regular care. So much so, that I travel from Coral Springs (a 45 minute drive)!Ive been so pleased with Dr. Nadel and his great staff that my daughter is now traveling from Maryland to have her implant placed.I would recommend Dr. Nadel to anyone needing dental care.
