My Mom was admitted on Friday and I must say so far I am extremely pleased with everything. The Owner Ursula, her niece Samantha and the staff have all been extremely helpful. My Mom is raving about the food and is pleased with the Staff as well. She is saying every meal is delicious. Every person I have spoken to thus far has been caring and sweetI am very happy with how careful they are being with screening visitors for covid. It’s hard not being able to see your loved ones as frequently, but, it feels better to know they are safe!!They are doing their best to get my Dad admitted, for, he needs the care as well. I look forward to continuing to write positive reviews and will keep everyone abreast of our experiences moving forward🙏Bonnie

My mother isnt receiving any physical therapy at all been there 8 days out of the 14 day stay. Meanwhile billing the insurance company at my mothers expense cause she isnt getting stronger to get back on her own not to mention the rude reception and I cant even get anyone to answer at the nurse station to ask why no one is doing what their payed to do. Terrible!!

So I’m reading the reviews on this place and I could say that my mother has been here twice and yes this place is a little outdated but it isn’t that bad. Theirs Over 200 patients and maybe 20 nurses at any given time so it’s hard for them to give a lot of one on one care. But everyone is very friendly and they do help their patients.

This place is full of roaches. Not fit for any human being or animal. I couldnt get out quick enough. They need to have it debug and more. Board of health should get involved.

Staff truly love patients. Good therapy services and great at keeping all safe!
