This company never calls for your appointment on time. Continuous makes me run out of my medications because of it. I try to call and stay on hold for over 2 hours without any answer. I dont recommend them to anyone looking for stable care. Beware! Zero stars if it was possible

New patient, and not once but twice was stood up for my appointment. I reached out 2 hrs before my second appointment to make sure I’d be getting a call because I didn’t last time and she told me the reason is because I didn’t do my screening. THEY are supposed to call you. So I did my screening with her (sweet girl) and told her I will reach out to them personally for now on to do my screening. I reiterated that I am completely out of medication and that I need to be seen. She understood, said they will call at 3. 3:45 comes, I call them, they tell me they usually run an hour behind? Whatever I guess, they already have my copay so I wait. She reaches out to the supervisor to get ahold of the doctor, and tells me the doctor will reach out within another hour. We got off the phone at 4:15 and I was told to call back if I received no call in an hour. Guess who received no call. It’s now 6:08, 3 hrs from my original appointment, I called again and am told they will call me as soon as they can. That won’t happen and I’m sure they know that. I literally told them I don’t even wanna talk at this point I just need my medication. They’re not controlled substances, I’m not seeking medication to abuse. I’m out of medication that helps me function. The girls are sweet but the whole place is just out of control. Not something I wanna be involved with, I’d rather shell out the $200 for my old psych.I’m a nurse and this is such a dangerous way to be treating your patients. Leaving them without medication that they need, God forbid somebody killed themselves or had a seizure from withdrawals. The reviews are true, I’m shocked anyone has received proper care here. I’m literally begging anyone reading this to please not use compass health. This isn’t normal and you deserve proper treatment for your mental illness.I also strongly encourage you to file a formal complaint to the Florida agency for health care administration if you feel you have been harmed by this facility’s neglect.

So far not so good. I made an appointment and hadn’t heard anything at all from the company 30 minutes before my appointment so I called to check. I was told that my insurance hadn’t been verified. I have insurance and there shouldn’t be any problem; they just hadn’t bothered to verify it. I was kept on hold for nearly 20 minutes and then hung up on. At that point my appointment should have already started so they rescheduled me. So much work already and no visit yet. There are too many therapists to choose from for me to have to work this hard just to stick with this company.

This is a poorly run medical office. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone. There isn’t any follow up via email until you create a portal account (automated through the portal), however there is no support for new patients to make sure they have the links and tools to set up the portal. Ther was a lot of inquiry/ follow ups on my end because the office was unusually silent. They do not use text messaging to confirm appointments. I am used to doctor offices over communicating and holding patients accountable for required forms. In the end, therapist was a no-show and in the 25 minutes into the scheduled appointment no one answered the phone and even after no one called to explain or reschedule. I will let my referring PCP know my experience as well because they look just as bad referring this office.

I was suppose to have an appointment for my therapy over 2 weeks ago and have got no phone call stating a reschedule or anything, I got off work early for my therapy session and was told “you’re on the list to call” and I never got called back, seems to be a common trend with these guys. I’m never going back to these guys cause clearly they don’t care about my mental health

I made my first appointment with Dr. Raines earlier this week. The appointment was scheduled for today. I showed up to the address provided and the door was locked. Upon calling the “800” number, I was told it’s all telehealth and I should have been told that. Well, I wasn’t. THEN, they told me they saw I had an appointment and asked if I had received my screen call. No I did not and no one told me to expect one. Is this how a mental health company operates?! Absurd!

So today at 315pm with Dr Phillips. Funny never called. Called them at 445pm. On hold 1 hour saying another Dr would take care of me. Knowing since July 1st been out of a 3 medications. So 1 full week of being treated like nothing abd how do u skip ppl who have appts. They got favorites i guess. Well corporate got a nice email earlier. And this is a place for mental issues but dont care about your patients is beyond wrong. Dr Stein was the worst Dr i had the 1st 2 xs and his NP doesnt soeak English.

Please avoid this place at all costs. Do not make the same mistake I did. I just saw this practice accepted my health insurance so I went ahead and booked without reading the reviews FIRST. A mistake I will never, ever make again. My therapist is super cool and super nice. The psychiatrists however... could honestly do a much better job with following through, sending in erx’s in a timely manner, calling you in in a timely fashion, and not rushing the appointments. The list goes on. I made the decision to leave. It does not feel like a personalized approach to medicine here. I keep getting ignored when I check in about a prior authorization for a medication prescribed over 3 weeks ago.

This place is a mess. As everyone states the doctors are good but to get through to one and the follow up is just mediocre at best. No way to get througj to someone on the phone. No follow up. For 3 months in a row my pharmacy never got my refils. Took weeks to get through and started going through withdrawl. It was hell on earth. They would without notice change your pharmacy to their own mail out pharmacy and they would get your address wrong and send your medications elsewhere. Looking for a new place now.

One star because the doctor I did actually manage to speak to was amazing, thoughtful, and attentive. Unfortunately I do not believe he is local and I am beginning to feel like I will not speak to him again.two out of two appointments have ended with me having to wait on hold for 30 + minutes to reschedule a new appointment because for some reason the appointment I originally made was not followed through upon. In the first instance, upon not hearing from the doctor, I called, waited on hold for about 45 min total, and made a new appointment for later in the week with a different doctor. Yet I was somehow called back later that same day by a different doctor than the one I originally had the appointment with and the one I had scheduled a new appointment with. Luckily I was not busy at that time as I received the call with no warning. However, said doctor was extremely helpful and understanding promised me continuity of care. We scheduled a follow up for two weeks later.Yet instead I was called on a day on which I had no appointment by the first doctor who had not reached out to me in the first place, wherein I replied I was unable to speak because I had a work meeting to attend. The doctor promptly said okay we will reschedule you bye and hung up.I called the office later that day, waited on hold, and of course had not been rescheduled, so I attempted to reschedule myself.Yet, today, when I was supposed to have my appoint, I was not called by the doctor as I was promised I would be. Instead I have been, again, on hold on and off for over an hour.Id like to have given another star as the office staff is for the most part accommodating as best as they can be and kind. However, somehow they or perhaps their supervisors/management are unable to figure out the basics of scheduling a patient for an appointment and maintain that appointment. Two appointment which should have taken me a maximum of two hours have probably taken up to 4 hours out of my life at this point, and I have only spoken to a doctor in regards to my medication once, for about 30 minutes. As someone who is struggling with mental illness having to jump through so many hoops to receive treatment and take care of myself is near unbearable. I hope this practice can figure out how to book patients and keep their appointments.

I’m confused on all these bad reviews. I’ve been with them for six months and never had a problem. I had an appointment I wasn’t aware of but they got me right in. I was a no show because I didn’t know. But they got me in the next day. Of course it’s going to be a little scrambled right now, they are dealing with hundreds of patients over the phone, give them a break. People now a days are so quick to complain it’s so sad. The doctor is nice, the receptionist was amazing. I was on hold so I gave a callback number and they called me back within five minutes. I told them what happened and she was super sweet the whole time and I even told her I appreciated it. She got me in right away. I haven’t had one issue with them missing an appointment or not calling. So I’m super confused.

Beyond unprofessional. First off Id like to say the doctors have all been very nice. The organization and appointment system is an utter cluster**** Ive had my appointments moved without any notice to me, and with the telehealth appointment I was told I needed to keep open a two hour window because the call may come up to one hour before or after my appointment time, as if thats at all reasonable for anyone who works. Today I was supposed to to have an appointment and they just never called me. I tried to contact the office to find out what the fk happened and I was never able to get through to a person not was my request for a callback returned. Im not sure these people know theyre supposed to be providing MEDICAL CARE or that letting people suddenly go through withdrawal isnt good care. Id expect better costumer service from a gdm cable conpany.

DONT NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I had a over the phone appointment with a psychiatrist at 9:30am the call kept dropping and I didn’t speak to him until like 11:53am. Dr. Daniel Stein insisted I use their in house pharmacy I accepted. They failed to call me that my insurance didn’t accept they deliver my medication. I called everyday for a week and they kept saying they were urgently trying to send my medication to my pharmacy. Every time my pharmacy tried calling them to get the prescription they were put on hold for a long amount of time or hung up on. The worst part is my mental health was so bad I had to check myself into a inpatient facility (JFK North)just to be able to get a months supply of the medication I desperately needed. This all happened two weeks ago and I have not gotten a call with an update or an apology. If you have serious mental health issues and urgently need medication do not go to this place. I have been a patient with them for years and this whole working from home thing has made their office efficiency go down the toilet. I had an appointment I made on Friday for a Monday. They claimed they texted me to do the normal pre-appointment check in before I could talk to the doctor. I never received a text. So when I didn’t get a call on Monday I called and asked what happened and they gave me the above story. So I’m like fine is there anything available today. I wait on hold for an hour in total to get the appointment scheduled and then to speak to someone to get the pre-appointment stuff done. It gets done. My appointment is scheduled for 4:15pm. They do not call me (because they’re doing virtual appointments). At 9 something pm I received a call when I just happened to have put down my phone to take my dog out from the doctor apologizing they didn’t call and they would call me tomorrow to make a makeup appointment for the missed one today. That call never came. I called the next day and waited on hold for a half hour before I had to stop and leave for work so I wasn’t able to get anything done. I tried going on their patient portal which they advertise is an “easy way to make an appointment”, but that’s not true. I’m desperate cause I’m almost out of my meds and so I’m calling other drs and making appointments but I have to wait weeks before they have availability. So here I am today... I was on hold for a half hour and then their system hung up on me. I called back and tried the call back system. An hour later I got a call back. I explained my situation and that I needed an appointment today because I was almost out of meds so she put me on hold to try to find an appointment for me today.... why I don’t know but whatever... 20 minutes later she hangs up on me cause my phone had 3 bars and didn’t say anything about the call failing. So here I am AGAIN called in and now waiting for a call back. It will probably be another hour wait before I get a call back. It’s 2:05pm now so that makes it 3pm so they probably won’t have any appointments today but they damn well better make an exception and make something happen for me today cause this is a terrible way to run a business. Not even taking into consideration that it is a mental health establishment. Just despicable.

Awful customer service. We were totally ghosted by this company in a very sensitive time for our family and I highly recommend you do not use them. When our son was released from the hospital he had a TeleMed appointment set up. The day before the appointment someone who said they were a care coordinator texted and asked for the very personal and sensitive medical information for our son so a doctor could be prepared for this appointment. After we responded with that information the care coordinator did not text back that entire day or the entire next day before the 2pm appointment.NO ONE called us at 2pm for the scheduled appointment. I called the Compass Health main number and a phone attendant said she would pass my information along to the appropriate people. At 3:30 STILL no call. I called AGAIN and asked to stay on the line until a doctor could perform our late, scheduled appointment. This phone attendant stayed on the line and said a doctor would call at 4pm. I triple-checked with him that Compass had all the correct numbers to call. Guess what: NO ONE CALLED AT 4pm EITHER.The last phone attendant called back at 5pm to ensure the appointment happens, which I told him it did not. That was it. No follow up last night or today....nothing.HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? We took our son out of school early and shifted our work schedules accordingly. This is terrible.

I found the story very interesting about the description of Dr. Stein’s behavior from the patient. I’ve been going to the Boynton Beach branch for @11 months but they’ve been closed due to the pandemic for 10 months. I could not reach anybody by phone, email, Facebook Messenger, you name it I tried it for the entire 10 months. I had an appointment scheduled on 11/25/2020 at 3:50 by nobody called. I called them and somebody shockingly answered only to tell me that the person I had the appointment with is on vacation so I’m supposed to be called by Dr. Stein. He never called. They moved the appointment to 4:45 and said they were trying to contact him but again he did not call. I called again and they left a message for the supervisor who they said would call me that day, they never called either and the office closed for four days. I once again for two full days called, emailed, texted every number I could find for them leaving messages. I tried the Facebook Messenger again and many hours later I was sent a text back that someone will be calling me. A few hours later Dr. Segal called me and he couldn’t have been any nicer plus it was Thanksgiving. He eventually sent me a prescription for a schedule II med with no signature so the pharmacy wouldn’t fill it. He said he snail mailed it to me too but refused to tell me if he signed it before mailing it and wouldn’t fix it. Therefore so far for 4 days I have received no meds, no legal prescription and he has refused to answer my texts anymore. I am a 100% disabled veteran so the VA pays for this care. I have contacted them requesting a new doctor and will make it my mission to take any veterans away from this very large practice. Do not waste your time, go elsewhere.

I can’t even begin to explain the frustration and agitation this place has caused me. Let’s begin when my first appointment was supposed to happen on Friday, October 23rd at 1:30p via telehealth. I waited for half an hour for the doctor to join the session, and by 2pm, I left. I called their customer service and after waiting on hold for about 10 minutes, I was given the option to leave my number for a call back. After FINALLY getting a call back around 3:30, my call was transferred from the initial CSR to someone else, and both people really didn’t seem care that the doctor didn’t show because they’re just a conglomerate cal center, I was told I’d get a call from this office. I asked how long/for an estimate time on when I’d receive a call. Agent said about 30 minutes. Being it was one of my 2 days off, and a decent amount of my day off wasted, I went to the store. I never received a call.Fast forward to Tuesday, October 27th, I get a text message stating I have an appointment that day at 2:30. No one bothered to see if I was available. I was told this is my appointment time to time. I had to tell them no I had work and wouldn’t be available until Thursday or Friday for an appointment. The scheduler asks in the following messages which days, when I had already stated what days I was available, which added onto my irritation and frustration. They then said Friday, October 30th @ 2:30, which I agreed to.Then I get a text the very next day, from a different person that’s a “care coordinator.” They state they’re reaching out to set up my virtual appointment for Thursday, October 29th @ 2. They asked how I’ve been since my last visit. I informed her I never had a first visit because the doctor never showed and that was pretty much it.So comes the next day, Thursday. I get ANOTHER text for ANOTHER care coordinator. She was asking me the new patient questions that I had already answered on October 22nd before my original appointment. I refused to send those answers again because I’ve already provided this information and it should’ve been in file. Out of everyone, she was the only one to show even the slightest bit of empathy and apologized for the doctor not arriving. After waiting at my house until 2, I sign in to see I have no confirmed appointment for Thursday @ 2, just for Friday the 30th @2:30. Being that I have a life with a child less than a year old, I get busy sometimes. I forgot about my 2:30 appointment and someone actually called me. For the first time since my first appointment, over a week ago, someone called me at 3:30, an hour after my supposed scheduled appointment time, to say the doctor was running behind that day and asked for me to call back and said in the voicemail that “they’d try to circle back to me.”I usually never write reviews, let alone such lengthy and negative ones this was such awful experience, I want nothing to do with this company again and I want my information removed from their site.Final opinion: please go elsewhere. I only contacted this place because they took my insurance but it’s NOT worth the head ache, especially if you’re in need of a doctor now.

To all previous reviewers (just a couple of you, actually) that gave a more-than-one star, I say: “awesome, I’m glad you gave guys had not such a bad experience” like the rest of us (94% plus) who weren’t as lucky as you were. That being said, Please do STAY AWAY from this place (even if your insurance takes them; there are always other places to choose from). I regretfully have, pretty much, NOTHING good to say about this place. I’ll list it so it’s easier to read: 1. First time I made an appointment with a DOCTOR. I was seen by his PA (physician assistant), well that is not a “doctor” per se. He prescribed me with a medicine that was not accurate. I mentioned to him that I don’t have problem with sleeping and the medicine was use mainly for people with sleeping problems.2. I called like a week in advance asking to be seemed by the Doctor I first intended to see; he prescribed a new medicine and said to have a follow up after 2 -3 weeks. HE was a no-show for that appointment. And there was not a way to be seemed by him that day. Very unprofessional. So I had to ask for a refill on my medication (because he did fail to see me so obviously he didn’t prescribe anything) and I asked as URGENT because I had already a day without the medicine and they failed to do so, because they had decided (out nowhere, that same day) that they will be ONLY using their own in-house pharmacy. Which it took over a day to be processed and they don’t mail it by regular mail where you can 24/7 access to you mail box but through a carrier that drops off and stuff needs to be signed and has business hours and on Saturday close way earlier than mon-fri. So if you can’t pict up whiting those hours then you do t have access to pick up package until following Monday. I called to see if they can make an exception to send it to my Walgreens same day, like they used to do before, and they just said NO. So that meant I was without taking my medicine for over 3 days because their inflexibility. They DID NOT CARE about trying to avoid me having withdrawals or whatsoever.3. I obviously end on changing doctors. I did not want to see this guy doctor anymore and asked to be scheduled with another the doctor. My appointment was scheduled for today Wednesday 10/7. I got a call on Monday, 10/5 by some Jason guy. I thought maybe he was the nurse of the doctor to go over the info that is required before seeing the doctor, but he was not. He claimed that he was in charge of prescription refills only. I said I don’t need en refills at the moment and that I’ll had an appointment on Wednesday, so she could refill if determined that was the case. So here we are today, NO-SHOW from this new doctor EITHER. I called and they said that appointment was cancelled. Note on file said: I was seemed doctor on MOnday 10/5 and no need for prescription. The status of my actual appointment today was : “re-scheduled” and they had NO information about such re-schedule time and day. They NEVER took responsabilty for THEIR MISTAKE and neither apologize. They kept repairing , like robots, doctor can see you Friday at 11:30... if you don’t take that appointment now , it might no available in the next minute. And by the way, all this was said with an attitude, I have to add. RIDICULOUS!!!! They might overwhelm, and bla bla bla like other reviewers say in their defense. But I REALly recommend anyone to NOT come to this place to be treated like I was (and most the people who have) like you can in the comments hereThey are plenty of other offices that are just as busy or (even more)than this one where they are, responsible, organized, and treat you with the respect and care anyone need, especially with so such a delicate thing like mental health is. NOBODY should play with that. It’s just not right. So you take care of yourself (because they won’t) and look for anything else out there than “Compass Health”.

I live 40 minutes from the location so Im not going to drive back to the office to fix this, I NEED someone to answer their darn calls! The automated answering system keeps saying that my call is important and Im valued but you really could have fooled me.

I would give less than one star...As a health care professional I take clients to the office, and now, telehealth calls. I am appalled that the telehealth call drops after one ring, goes to voice mail and no one calls back. The when you call back you can be on hold for over 1 hr..no one answers....there is an option for a call back...no one ever calls back. I submit for refills on the portal..they never get processed. I email on the portal for the md..no response..In office visits are at least 2 hours late...totally unacceptable on a good day and then with a client with issues is certainly unacceptable and disgraceful for a mental health company!Unfortunately there are few options for managed care clients....I typically refrain from negative reviews...I hope someone in corporate will hear!

The Only thing they care about is Writing a Novel about you and doing their Paperwork. They take NO INTEREST in your situation and only care about getting paid from the Insurance Company. One Doctor yelled at me and I sat there thinking that he seriously has his own problems. The State should close this Compass Health System down. Everytime I call over there I am on hold a minimum of 40-50 minutes, and once I do get a hold of someone they treat me like I am interrupting them. I think their management is horrible and it translates to the way their front end employees act towards their clients. Save your time and find another provider.

Update: After dealing with multiple managers, I realize now that this place is a pill mill.i am flabbergasted that they treat patients like this, 15 minute hold times on phone calls, 45 - 2 hour wait times after your appointment should have been started, not seeing the same person appointment to appointment. not having clear contact phone numbers, numbers on your website leading to disconnected phones, and other numbers leading to busy signals, and a convoluted phone tree with options leading to busy signals and no way to back up.dealt with an antagonistic rep who do not try to help me and claimed that she cannot give out her last name. i was transferred to a manager who wont give me a full name or direct line. shouting over my yelling saying that she cant me until i calm down.i cannot believe that this is how they treat patients, let alone customers. this office should be ashamed of itself. claiming that 2 hour wait times are typical when seeing a specialist. telling me that this is a doctors office not a store.the staff doesnt understand that patients are also paying customers, and id suggest doing some retraining.the staff felt it was appropriate to escalate a situation with a person that was clearly upset instead of trying to defuse the situation. it truly speaks to the depth of how little this office cares about its patients.there is no way for my patients to develop a relationship with a psychiatrist, develop a level of trust and understanding if they are seeing a different person every time they are in the office. how is a treatment plan being set up if patients are not getting at the underlying issues?

This place is awful. You spend over an hour past your appointment time waiting to be seen by a nurse. Youre stuck waiting because they made you pay for your services when you checked in, not after youve been seen. Finally, its your turn to see the nurse. She guides you to her small, windowless office, and you take a seat. You tell her your concerns about the medicine she blindly prescribed you last month, and she brushes them off. Within 45 seconds, youre out the door with a prescription you may not want. Waiting over an hour to be seen for under a minute is absolutely ridiculous. These people do not care about you. Do not go here if you can go somewhere else. The doctor sits with you for 5 minutes but you end up waiting an hour at least, after your apt time . You then have to chase them down(Im currently on hold with them again, 5th phone call this week) to call in your prescription and get back with you. The nurses and doctors are fine. The staff falls short. Once I had to wait 10 days, yes 10 days for a psychiatric medicine because no matter how many times I called they just kept lying and said they called it into the pharmacy. My coworker is on day 8 at the moment of trying to get them to fill her prescription. They keep saying theyve called it in,but they lie. None of my other Dr offices have a problem getting my prescriptions to go through. Its not right. I sent a family member there after YEARS of trying to convince them to get medication for bipolar disorder. They made him wait 2 hours before taking his blood pressure. They make you sit and wait then call you in to pay, then send you back out, then call you in for your blood pressure, then send you back out, then call you in AGAIN for a nurse mental health evaluation then send you back out then the doctor gets to you. He was the a total of 3.5 hours. Its hard enough trying to convince someone with mental health issues they need help and to get them to a doctor to get the help is a miracle. Thanks to this office visit the family member is still on a downward spiral receiving no help accept a prescription that has severe, interactions with a prescription he told the Dr he was already taking.

In the middle of the paperwork they want you to sign up for their pharmacy, and in that page they tell you that you cannot get your drugs the same day you go to see a doctor. If you try to NOT use their pharmacy, you cannot fill out the paperwork online! Then, when you get there, they make you wait two hours in a room that looks like a third world clinic. When I was there, after two hours of BS and waiting, I saw the doctor for less than three minutes, before he asked me to go back and sit in the waiting room because he figured out he was not ready for me! After another hour, the front desk finally admitted to me that they had no idea when I would get called. Lost a half days wages, did not get my problem resolved, did not get my mtc drugs. She has adequately renewed my medications, but is only a Nurse Practitioner, and not interested in spending more than five minutes for her services. The front desk staff, specifically, the check-in Clerk, Andre is unprofessional and quite condescending with his attitude. As recently as January 9, 2018, he refused to assist me in checking my appointment status, as I had been waiting for over an hour in the packed, unruly waiting area. Finally, one of the student interns checked into my appointment status to discover that I was logged into their schedule under a different name, with a different doctor who was not in this day! I asked her to escort me to the front desk, as I did not want to deal with Andre alone. I was admitted into Eagles office immediately, and no apology was offered at the front desk. I have been a patient here for over 5 years and I have to agree with some of the posts on this site, they are all about the money. I continue to go because it is convenient for me. Today however made me reconsider if the convenience is worth it. Today every one of my HIPPA rights were totally violated by a staff member named Stacey at the Boynton Beach office on Hagen Ranch Road. My doctor left me a sample of medication for me to pick up. He advised me the package would be with the front office staff. I go to my normal appointment as scheduled, and upon checking out I ask the check out staff member for the package. She didnt know where it was, fine. She asks Stacey. Stacey responds by stating we dont have that here The first lady returns back to me with this incorrect information. I try to explain that I was not asking for the medication, I was picking it up, and that my doctor had advised me it would be with the front office staff. Stacey turns around and says in the most unprofessional tone, we dont have that medication here. I advised her I was not speaking to her and once again I was not asking for the medication, but simply picking up a package left for me by my doctor. The conversation then goes to a whole different level. Stacey loudly tell other office staff exactly what medication I was picking up or trying to pick up. The entire office heard what medication I was there to pick up, including patients in the waiting area. I was horrified. This is a violation of HiPPA. I will be looking for another doctors office that can conduct themselves in a manner consistent with HIPPA rules.

This may be a novel but if you want the truth about this place I would continue reading. I’ve given them a 1-Star because there’s no lesser option. I’m contacting the department of health and a lawyer after 2 hellish years of visiting this facility. I saw them undergo changes from when I began as a patient so I wanted to give them the benefit of proving to be better than all the other psychiatrists in south Florida, but they proved me wrong on so many levels and tested my patients and kindness as a human being. Mind you, I still don’t actually have a physician there. Whoever I see every month, is a surprise, and many times it’s not even an actual doctor. And yes after two years on the same meds, I still have to go every month even though my prescriptions can be written for several months. I don’t have to go for drug tests, it’s not ordered by anyone that I be there, when I started seeing them the only “medication” I was taking was a multi vitamin, but hey if they can get $600 out of my insurance every month (plus the pharmaceutical kick backs) they’re certainly not going let that patient get more than a month of meds because “who knows how im going to react to medications” that I’ve been taking for two years. I just turned 30 years old and I’m up to 6 medications by their hands. My prescriptions never make it to the pharmacy on time so I spend a good two weeks out of every month terribly sick without the meds they’ve loaded me up on. It’s absolutely impossible to just call and get your meds when they screw up and it’ll be weeks before you can see a Doctor again (who blame the front office for these issues) to let them know what’s going on. Ive just lost my job because of this. It’s enough having to take nearly an entire day to see them once a month, that’s 12 sick days a year, then the following two weeks you spend fighting for your meds, clearly sick as hell to anyone who sees you everyday. Coming to this facility changed me and my life in so many horrible ways I can’t even begin to explain how difficult life is now. I have so much regret and part of me is angry at myself but in a perfect world, we should be able to trust our doctors. This place has made me such a cynical person when I see any doctor. Psychiatrists specifically, I have no respect for, or any of the time they spent studying because their morals are no different than that of a drug dealer on the streets who may or may not have finished the 4th grade and had no option but to lose their morals. I always have to have a second or third opinion now before I believe any doctor on any matter anymore. You will become cattle at this facility no matter which location you go to. The Oakland park location has two waiting rooms so they call you from an exterior waiting room to an interior, and from the interior you will be called to stand waiting by the door as the other patient leaves their session with the doc. Don’t you dare try talking to a doctor about anything more than refills because you have about 30 seconds. They have to get that $$ in and out as quickly as possible. I came here to better my mental health, they’ve done the complete opposite.

This is the worst practice I have ever encountered and I work in healthcare. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, my entire experience has been horrible
