I had my BEST massage with Samantha today at the Boynton Beach location. First, I was greeted professionally by the front desk staff. Then, I met Samantha. She was a cheery, warm and professional person. My consultation was so thorough and I felt confident of her skills to relax me and take care of my specific areas that needed attention. I recommend the Himalayan Salt and CBD oil upgrade. Needless to say, I left there feeling so RELAXED! Thank you.. Member since 2018.

Kathryn is a miracle worker! She gives the best massage ever and is the only reason I have a membership at H&S! I can’t say enough good things about her. Her hands are magic! Went for a basic facial that was given as a gift. I added a dermal infusion at Alexis’ recommendation and I could not be more pleased. She is thorough, knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly. It was so nice that I will be seeing her again in 3 weeks!

******NO MASK REQUIRED FOR FACIALS, BUT MASK REQUIRED FOR MASSAGE- Does that make sense???I scheduled a massage a week ago, received an email and I filled out two lengthy questionnaires including a signed corona virus agreement, which does not state that customers will be required to wear a mask during massages.I arrive (put on a face mask) for the appointment check-in and I pay upfront including a tip. Then the therapist leads me to the massage room. I obviously take my mask off, undress and lay face down on the table. The therapist comes back in the room. I suppose she bent down to see if I was still muzzled and informs me that I need to wear a mask during the hour massage. I was incredibly surprised that they would expect people to wear a mask during a treatment and for what is supposed to be an experience that is completely about comfort. Meanwhile, this place is doing FACIALS on people! I said no, I can not wear a mask face down on a heated bed. The therapist, Joe suggested that instead of my mask, that I place a pillow case on my face! She then tells me that we will have to cancel and I can getre-dressed. I asked her how they are doing facials on people with no mask and what is the difference in massages? Neither the therapist or the front desk personnel was able to explain that ridiculous, unfair, illogical and contradictory nonsense regarding facials. When I scheduled this massage on the phone, I was NEVER told that I would have to wear a freaking mask for the hour of the massage. I was not told at the check in desk and was not disclosed that info on the paperwork. I never wouldve booked it had I known. No logical person would agree to that. I later called to get more info on their mask rules and was told that the manager, Amber would call me the following day. I waited all day until they closed at 9 pm to give her a chance to call me before writing this informative review. There is no way I would return, I prefer to breathe oxygen.

Rachael was perfect! I went to the Boynton location and the room was very clean. She was professional with information on which products would best fit my needs but also very good with communication with a down to earth personality. Definitely would recommend her!

Usually good but today they cancelled a massage appointment 80 minutes before it was supposed to start and only offered to see about a discount if we rescheduled this week. Very disappointing for a repeat customer who previously referred business.

Ive gone to Felicia for a massage and Alexis for a facial. Both ladies are very informative.Felicia gave me tips on how to stretch out my shoulders and improve my posture.Alexis was soooo informative when it came to my skin and what products to use. After my facial we had an in-depth conversation on my skin and it was really just so nice to have someone to guide me in the right direction.

Got a back wax by Alexis that was nothing short of phenomenal. From her professionalism to her ability to make something known to be painful merely painless. Not to mention the process was a lot faster than I expected. 10 out of 10!!!

Continued to be baffled by the term 60 minute massage. Tonight was my third consecutive massage at this franchise where the hands-on time was 40 minutes. This time I didnt have the guts to say anything in person as I left the facility, because I might have erupted. I dont understand/cant fathom/hard to process how this company can charge for 60 minutes as advertised and have a customer walk out of a facility with 2/3 of that time being hands-on. Beyond disappointed. Learned my lesson. Will not be going back. And will be letting my friends - who are members - know about this.

Ive been going to this facility since before the pandemic and Ive always been quite impress with their ability to exude relaxation from the moment I walked in. Their staff has always been kind, efficient, and professional. Their team of massage therapists are professional and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable communicating what I needed during my massage.They recently re-opened their doors and I was able to nab an appointment with Jo which ended up being incredible! From the moment I walked in, I saw the positive changes that had been made to ensure my safety, as well as, the safety of their staff. There was an added peace of mind when, before and after my massage, Jo washed her hands thoroughly.Jo really was an incredible masseuse and I cannot wait till my next appointment. She listened when I asked for pressure to be adjusted and was kind enough to give me the quiet I needed, since I do not get much of that at home, at the moment :) We had just moved and I had totally messed up my back because of it, so this was a lifesaver!I cannot rave enough about how great my appointment went. I know during these difficult times we are hesitant to step outside our home. I will say, that I felt safe at Hand and Stone and I am thankful for the chance to go back.

Clean, relaxing, they dont pressure you to buy nothing.

I bought a 50 minute massage for my girlfriend, and she left crying saying it was one of the worst massages she ever received in her life. It was a complete waste of $59.99. We have been to other hand and stones so it’s very upsetting. It is a shame because the you gentlemen was nice but the massage was horrible. If you’re reading this, we would like our money back to rectify this and not change our opinion of hand and stone for life.

I have been in stone from another hand but really this one disappointed me a lot the place is very clean and quiet that is why I like it but this last experience I think that from the worst I have received I feel that I lost my money, I wanted to relax since I suffer from anxiety and the person who attended me was inexperienced, I just felt like I was putting cream on my skin, I really didnt feel a massage, my neck hurt because it seemed like I didnt know what I was doing. the neck felt no relaxation at all. I just feel like giving away my money Im upset

I called expecting to hear they didn’t have anything for at least a week but No, they had the appointments I wanted for the times I needed. First time there myself and my partner. From the moment we walked in the front staff greeted us, immediately identified us and they were pleasant. They all were accommodating, courteous, professional and right on time. We had both the one hour facial and the one hour massage. Both individuals were professional and seasoned. Highly recommend.. so much so we signed up for their monthly program. We are all so busy and stressed that we truly don’t take the time to treat ourselves to this, now it will force us to do so.

I received a massage over the weekend at Hand & Stone Boynton Beach location and decided not to cancel my membership due to my massage therapist Stephanie. She was communicative, professional and most of all listened to my concerns and then applied assistance to the areas of concern where needed. Checked with me periodically to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. If I needed her to focus more on a certain areas before she moved on with the massage. For this reason I decided not to cancel my membership because my first visit I wasnt really impressed with my last therapist. I love the clean facilities and location. The staff was was friendly and professional. I will give my membership until over the summer and hopefully things will stay consistent and I will give another review of my experience.

Was calming and refreshing. When or massage therapist walked in,they shook our hands and welcomed us as they greeted themselves. As we walked into the hallway with the calming music playing my husband and I looked at each other with the wow face expression of how beautiful the spa truly was . Joe and Leslie made us feel so comfortable since it was our first time . They targeted every concern my husband and I had and we walked away pain free. I have been a long time member of Hand and Stone in New York. I recently moved to the Boynton Beach area and was thrilled to find a Hand and Stone near me. I was welcomed graciously by the staff. I was introduced to my massage therapist, Laura. She listened to my needs and proceeded to give me a wonderful, relaxing massage. She found all my post-moving knots and gently worked them out. I already booked my next session!

What a great experience! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the various features and benefits of the product along with the thoroughly explaining the program where I can come in monthly for a facial or massage! I had a reiki massage last week and I didnt realize that they only do the necessary spots to work on. Im going back for a full body massage in a few weeks. Otherwise I would highly recommend going for a massage there, very comfortable and very well sanitized. Very friendly staff and very relaxing.

Having received a complimentary massage was fantastic...actually having an incredible experience was awesome! Greeted by several smiling faces upon arrival, the check in process was a breeze. I was offered a beverage while waiting for the therapist to meet me. On the way to the room, there was ambient lighting and soft soothing music in the background. A brief but thorough discussion of the areas of concern and reason for the visit allowed for a perfectly customized massage. IT WAS EXACTLY what I needed and then some! I felt tension relief in my neck and elbow after it was worked on...almost immediately! Can’t wait to return!

I signed my Mom up for a membership after she had her first massage. She described the massage as being wonderful. The staff were all very accommodating and took the time to answer all of my questions. My Mom went back for a second message with a different masseuse and again it was wonderful.

I had a massage and facial at this beautiful brand new location in Boynton Beach yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. I had my massage with Jini and facial with Jeanette and both were extremely talented, professional and friendly. They made me feel so comfortable and were both extremely skilled. I was so happy with my services. I felt very relaxed from my massage and my skin felt amazing from my facial. I highly recommend this location!

Got a massage here when they first opened. They gave me some yummy coconut water and an amazing massage with oil that was very relaxing and soothing. The temp of the bed , lights, and music were all adjustable. I was asked about my comfort and pressure multiple times throughout the session. I will be back.

Absolutely the most amazing experience. Went in for a back facial and ended up getting a regular facial as well because Katrina was phenomenal. The facility is beautiful and the front desk staff is great. Did not feel pressured to join but after the facials I couldn’t resist.

I began my membership with Hand and Stone just before Covid closed us down. I was going to cancel, but seen an email with my Boynton Beach locations address on the email. It stated that if we kept our membership going, we would receive a free service as a thank you. So I kept the membership for this reason.When I Hand and Stone reopened, I inquired about the free service, and was met with blank stares, and “I dont knows”. I informed the staff that was the only reason I maintained the membership, and if they weren’t going to honor what their email stated to go ahead and cancel my membership.They took a very long time to get back with me, in fact I had to keep calling them for answers. Time dragged on, and finally I was told that they weren’t going to honor what was in their own email. False advertising!!!I had them cancel my membership, and was assured by the staff that I wouldn’t be charged anything further. The next month roles around and I see a payment to Hand and Stone from my bank account. I immediately called and spoke with a manager. They are claiming that they can’t give a refund, even though I was told I wouldn’t be charged anything further.This place is crooked, and I would strongly suggest not joining their membership program, as it is a trap for them to keep stealing money from customers. Especially during a time of Covid 19! False advertising and lies! Save your money!

I have never gotten a facial before, my first time was at this spa. Manchu was AMAZING my skin has never looked or felt so good, I also tried the nu-face and the results are INSTANT! My best friend came with me and she got a massage with Valeska and she loved it and signed up for the membership. I’m so glad there’s a hand and stone so close by now! It was my first time getting a prenatal massage at Hand & stone massage and I was NOT impressed( my legs were massages from knee down only and felt like someone is putting lotion on me only, there, my arms were barely massaged) I feel like I wasted my time & money ) with my first pregnancy I’ve got many prenatal massages at other places and they were amazing. I’m going to give this place one more chance and try out a different person and see if they are more experienced and understand prenatal massage.

The facility itself is clean and straightforward - doesn’t have that super tranquil spa getaway vibe but more so is just a boutique waiting room with a few small appointment rooms tucked away behind it. It is clean and smells nice, however.Both Jessica (esthetician) and Jessicca (massage therapist) were warm and friendly. Jessicca gave an excellent prenatal with great flow and attentiveness, while Jessica’s classic facial was administered gently and the glowing effects seemed to last through to the next day. Both were keen to ask questions about concern areas and provide tailored care.Only knocking off half a star for the lack of a “getaway” atmosphere + another half a star for the aggressive “upgrade to a membership now” sales tactics that came upon paying for my services before leaving at the end. No one in a state of spa bliss wants to be burdened by that. The receptionist-cashier even went so far as to second question my “no, thank you” with a “would you mind explaining why not?” and when my elaboration still wasn’t enough she proceeded into the whole “well this is truly a great introductory offer that I’d hate for you to miss,” etc. I get it, membership sales are crucial to the business - but the timing was off and pressure was annoying. It was enough to deter both my friend and I from wanting to go back. Just tacky.Otherwise, excellent spa techs!

My husbands therapist was horrible. You need to listen, understand and meet your clients needs. He has bad lower back pain and she spent the least amount of time in the problematic area. I do not understand how you begin the session with the question, is there an area you would like for me to focus on and not fulfill it. Very disappointed.

Very professional! Lots of cleaning and social distancing measures. My facialist wore a face mask (hospital grade) and a face shield during my session. There also weren’t many other customers so I felt very safe!
