You get what you paid for....its OK even though my foot massage was more painful than pleasant,.....must of been the person I got..Although I dont appreciate being asked to give a minimum of 30% tip.In my case the gentleman was lucky I even gave a 5.00 tip for the pain treatment I received.....seriously, when you see the person squirming and saying ouch and you continued....smh

My first time here. Staff was very friendly over the phone and in the established. I had a woman named lola i believe. She was very proffesional and detailed. I felt like she hit almost every muscle. This place is the real deal she put 120% effort. Will come back!!

Went in with a sore shoulder and stiff neck. After 1 hour of the best massage I have ever received. I left feeling much less soreness and stiffness. Lola did a great job! I will definitely return! Thank you!

A few friends and I came into town for a weekend trip and 2 of us decided we wanted a massage. I called around and this place was the only one who had openings. I call and I booked a 5pm. Unfortunately because uber and Lyft services are limited in the area we were 20 minutes late. The lady that greated us at the door told us we could only get 30 minute massages instead of 1 hour. We were ok with that because we knew we were late. They took us to the back and we received the 30 minute massages. The massages were really good. The two ladies did a great job on myself and my friend. When we got ready to pay is where I had to take some points off the experience. My friend proceeded to hand one of the ladies a $10 bill and tells her to split it with the other lady. The one she handed the money to them tells her “no this is my $10 you give her $10 too”. And we both said “wait what? You can tell us what to tip and how much”.It was a total turn off and almost ruined the experience. Outside of that the experience was good. They just need to work on their communication skills and how they talk to the clients/ customers.

ZERO STARS!! If that was an option thats what they would have gotten. So RUDE. My mom bought a Groupon, than decided to take me too and was going to buy additional services. The man at the front couldnt NOT understand any English and pretty much refuse service or to even talk to us after my mother mentioned Groupon. He literally pulled his phone out and ignored me saying I dont understand as I asked for someone who understood. Also who has a mandatory $10 tip. I would never recommend and wouldnt be surprised if they go out of business.

I just went back to the Royal Foot Spa for a full body massage and loved it. Lola, the new therapist, was excellent. She worked out all my knots and kinks and the price is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our massage! It was nice to be together two of us in one room. It’s also nice that once the massage is done, they don’t rush you out. A few tips: I wish they’d be careful about the hot stones around the bony prominences like the ankle bone. I’m sure they would have accommodated if I would have asked but asking the client if they likes more kneading or pressure point style of massage, which 4 areas the client would like to make sure is focused on and which areas to avoid/work on less/gently. Nice experience overall, thank you.

Great experience. The upper body massage/foot combo is a great deal. You get a lot for your money. I’ve paid $80 for 60 minute massages that we’re no where near as good as this. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recommend.

Had a Groupon for a 30 minute foot massage and once we arrived we were shooed away and told to come back and quickly ran off.The language barrier was horrific and he clearly could not understand what we were asking.Horrible customer service.

They switched out my therapist (who I made an appointment with) 10 minutes into the massage and the lady I got is the WORST!I am in so much PAIN. Not good pain. The bad pain that makes you lose sleep and be uncomfortable.I don’t suggest this place, just go somewhere they can communicate and I can guarantee you’ll have a better experience that’s more worth your money.

Horrible place, stole my money, demanded tip and charge me for wrong massage. Everyone smells like cigarettes. And extremely inappropriate touching by the guys. I said to stop all he said is Okay okay and then tried again. Freaking scary for woman

DO NOT COME HERE! Waste of money. My therapist did not know what he was doing. There was no technique used and it felt like random strokes up and down my body. The oils also used were of poor quality and frankly I ended up with a skin reaction. I went in to relax and instead I’m now in discomfort. I will not be back!
