All staff is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and they all have so much patience. Dr E is a great doctor. He answer all my questions and he explains everything to me. He have patience with his patients which is so awesome. I would and will recommend Dr. E to any and everyone whos in need of a good doctor. He dont try to rush you out of his office because he really, really cares about his patients health and well being. Ill give 10 stars if I could.

I was impressed from the moment I walked in the office. His team was very warming and polite. The Dr. was very informative, communicative and showed interest for my health. He did not rush me and gave me ample time to explain completely my medical condition. I highly recommend this office for your medical needs.

The Staff was Courteous, they displayed People Friendly Qualities. The Wait wasnt too Bad although it needs Improvement, The Doctor is Fantastic! What i like is that the Doctor Actually takes the Time to listen to You! And he takes the time to Explain to you about your condition and he Explains to you things you dont understand like Medical Examinations. I have never met a Dr. That I felt truly cared like Dr. Etienne. He actually shows genuine concern about you and takes the time to listen and help you. You know I use to like Dr.Etienne (staff)Now, I dont... his staff is very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I had oral surgey done a week ago..to remove someTADS.. So if you had them you understand the pain. Im not feeling well at All my head hurting my braces was tighten. So PAIN ISNT NO JOKE! ITS ALWAYS the ones Who dont Experience it. Ive been dealing with this doctor since 2013 and his old Employees he shouldve kept. They paid attention in college..these employees are soooooo lazy..they just in it for the Money. When answering a phone for Any company you greet them...say the name if the company..your name and ask how many I help you..not argue with a patient when they telling you how they are feeling...they mustve been sleeping..the first couple of weeks of class, when they discuss the topic compassion and understanding towards a patient.. I hope he hire a staff that represent him and not just for a check. Makes my head and mouth hurts worst to know that we former Medical Professionals paved a wawfor for the wrong medical personnel.

Staff is terrible. My sister came home angry that the receptionist told her that she would punch her in the face and also told her I will never help you again when you come to this office I am unnerved that this is who Dr. Ettienne has representing his company

Went to to get FLMA paper signed for my dad. Staff was rude and disrespectful. Sara in particular rolled her eyes at me and slammed the door to room 1. I gave them the paper work since yesterday at 9am and came at 3:48pm today and the paper wasn’t ready.when I arrived at 9am I waited over an hour before seeing the doctor and he told me that the front desk was suppose to tell me that I needed the discharge papers and they didn’t even do that. However I do hear them gossiping during my hour long wait. Today I called my mom to inform her that so she could go take care of other errands that needed to be done and Sara decided to interrupt my conversation with my mother to admonish me for being upset that the paper work wasn’t done when it had been more than 24 hours. I also watch the staff have attitudes with other patients when some can’t speak English or are confused. I recommend that these receptionist be retrained or fired because for her to be malicious because she did not do her job says a lot. Not only that Sara shared that she would punch me in my face. She also stated that she wanted me to stay in room one until my face was blue. Sara seemed to not care because she knew nothing would happen to her. Thats the problem with the office they speak to patients any type of way and even if you complain nothing gets done. Youre told we have meetings every thursday and ill address it but Sara seems to think nothing will happen

The staff is the worst. I heard a receptionist tell a patient that if she was in her old ways she would punch her in the face I was appalled that this is the language that the workers were saying. The other employee simply laughed and the dr didnt do anything. This level of unprofessionalism shows how this office is ran

I have been with Dr ETIENNE for about 10 years now and still getting the care needed for my well-being. I always look forward to my next appointment because the staffs are very welcoming,friendly, and caring. Dr Etienne always take time to listen and answers to all my concerns.

Dr. Etienne is awesome but the front desk is a big no! I tried to reach the office to schedule an appointment, every time I called they put me on hold till the phone hung up.

The office receptionist is extremely rude and condescending. Walk in are made to wait over two hours, while their buddies can breeze in and make an appointment and be seen with minutes. I took my 88 years old grandmother and she almost fainted from the long wait. We are definitely changing doctor.

So I came with my mom the other day and the front receptionist, Sarah, was very disrespectful to the both of us. We were literally sitting in the waiting room for an hour and when we asked her to see the doctor she had a very distasteful attitude. This was my first time coming to this clinic and it was a very bad experience since I get anxious every time I go to the doctor. No one else paid any mind to us, the receptionists just continued to have their own personal conversation and when we addressed it to the doctor he did absolutely nothing about it…

I felt deeply heard and honored in a way that very few doctors that Ive met are even capable of. This man gave me exactly what I wanted and needed in a professional respectful manner (referrals for needed tests). I usually prefer female doctors but Im so glad I gave a male doctor a chance again! The staff was also very kind and efficient and warm. Doesnt get any better than this! Other professionals could take some lessons from them. No joke. Im not getting paid to say any of this either. Just speaking from my heart....to yours.

I have language barrier just like a lot of other people. Doctor Etienne is bilingual thats a plus for me. I am glad he accept me as his client/patient.

Receptionist/ front desk is horrible ! Been on hold for over 50 minutes to schedule an appointment . Also, tried to schedule online and still no reponse or confirmation of appointment. I would encourage the doctor really evaluate his front desk staff, this is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to current/ potentially new pateints.

This doctor is a really great doctor! Unfortunately his staff doesnt do what they should be doing, which is work. They are awful with customer service, and with any and all follow ups with patients. I do not recommend this office due to the staff the doctor has employed. No patients should ever be lied to or have to chase after staff for authorization to be done.

I was looking for a Primary Care Physician for my parents & I am glad I selected this office. The Doctor is really great & very thorough, the staff is friendly, professional & caring.

Waiting time is very long. Get called to get bp and weight after 30 mins and ANOTHER 45 MINS TO 1 HR to see the doctor. I asked the nurse and said they had a lot of walk in patients, and wether you have an appointment or not you will still treated the same.

Warning this doctor is so money-grubbing he wanted to force my 94 year old father and 90 year old mother for a face-to-face meeting for a simple fax document regarding Home Care is unnecessary need to see them face-to-face only because we were changing home care agencies nothing more nothing less- **!English as a second language here☆ I dont know what island they found the staff from but you get what you pay for - this is a poorly-run office where your left on hold listening to music 20 minutes while people dont get the message right the first time they screwed up something as simple as an order for a hernia belt for my father.- this place in my opinion should be shut down its that bad no kidding
