Dr. Ehrlich and his staff are the best! Professional and caring. Susan is so helpful and always makes me smile.

Jackie is such a great nurse very patient and great at drawing blood. Susan is rude and nasty. If it wasnt for Dr Ehrlich and Jackie I wouldve left the practice.

To this date, I thank Dr. Ehrlich . His manner is professional but caring. I also know he is very knowledgeable and very well informed with up to date medicine. I made an appointment, spoke to the staff the day before and they told me to call from my car. After answering their questions which included me having a very recent NEGATIVE Covid test, I was told that they can’t see me! They don’t see sick patients even though my symptoms are NOT Covid related. This is beyond comprehension. They said he’ll do a telephone visit- I need to be SEEN. He would call, do nothing and fraudulently charge my insurance company. Not happening . I will NEVER go back to this bs office. If they won’t see sick patients, they should close the office instead of scamming the insurance companies. Totally unacceptable. Should be ashamed.

Doctor Ehrlich does not care about his patients. He doesnt listen and he pacifies concerns. After waiting for over an hour in the stuffy patient room, we asked if the AC can be turned on because we were sweating and hot. We were told NO and laughed at by the beyond rude and disrespectful office staff. Then Dr.Ehrlich walked in and said just close the blinds and it will be cooler in the room!Dr. Ehrlich continued this disregarding mentality by dismissing the pain Ive been experiencing and told me to rest and call back on Monday - 5 days later. The prescription he sent over to the pharmacy needed additional information from him and by Tuesday - 6 days later this still hasnt been done. I called more than 5 times on Monday to relay that I have not been feeling better and that perhaps a knee brace (that requires a script) would alleviate my pain. On Tuesday I called again at 8:30am and was brushed off and told to make another appointment if I wanted to speak with the Dr. I made the appointment and while I was on phone with receptionist, the Dr. ironically called me back so he could leave a voicemail- which told me that if I wasnt happy then I should call my Congressman!!! Because he left a message, I called back and asked to speak with the Dr. He refused to even listen to me, he kept talking during the 2 minute phone call and then hung up on me before I had a chance to say more than 5 words!There has been zero customer service and 100% disregard to patient. I will find another Dr. because Dr. Ehrlich is not an advocate for his patients and has demonstrated multiple times that he does not care.

This office is nothing but a HOT MESS. The staff is so rude and unhelpful. I cant rate the Doctor as we never even got that far. Unprofessional office staff, dont waste your time!

The staff is incredibly rude, unfriendly and frankly unprofessional. The office space itself is not very cleanly either. If you have a prescription for something that you will need to take for a lifetime, they will still make you come in every three months just to bill you.

We were trying to find a good General Practitioner in the Boynton Beach area after my wife was released from Bethesda West E.R. they referred her to Dr. Ehrlich and we couldnt be happier. He is one of the rare finds these days in the Medical profession. Very intelligent yet explains tings in laymans terms. Great mannerism and an excellent staff.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Ehrlich.... almost twenty years to be exact! I like him very much; he is one of those increasingly rare doctors who considers the patients situation and specific needs FIRST before throwing out some *Blue Book* dx. Another reviewer commented that He asked ME what I wanted to do! (as if that were a *Bad* thing). Dr Ehrlich is practical, and sensitive, enough to realize that not everyone can or should be treated in just one way. To me, this shows a more enlightened form of medicine. His staff are always kind and respectful and many have been with him a LONG time, which to me says a lot about a person they choose to work for. In all, I find Dr. Ehrlich to be knowledgeable, practical and sensitive. It is extremely rare, in my experience, to find a doctor that exhibits all three of these traits and Dr. Ehrlich does. I highly recommend him as a primary care doctor.

If you are looking for a new Primary Care (family) Dr., because you are new to the area, or youre last Dr. stopped taking your type of insurance. Look no further, you have found Dr. Ehrlich. He and his staff are very courteous. Also the Dr. will give you the scripts, for the medicine your last Dr. prescribed. Especially if you have been taking the same medications for years.

Dr. Ehrlich isnt just a great doctor, he is a great man. Ive been coming to him ever since I moved here over 12 years ago. He is soft spoken, shows concern and generally cares about his patients. Thank you Doc for all you do.

Dr. Erlich was my mothers Dr. After she moved and requested info from her chart, SUSAN, was rude and disrespectful to my 89 yr old mother. They spoke on speakerphone. She was refusing to comply with the pts rights to her info and I, a RN attempted to speak to this nasty, shouting representative of the doctor. Now my mother is upset and literally shaking from this. Shame on his office. When I called back, was placed on a long hold that I had to hang up to calm my mother.

Dr. Ehrlichs attention to details and expertise has kept me alive long past my time. He is my hero!

He is an awesome an really caring dr. Who takes care of your every need an he listens to what ails you. An goes out of his way to treat you.
