Dr. Raxenberg met with me on-line. I changed my appointment from in person to on-line that morning because I had a sort throat. The doctor was well prepared with my lab results and got me to go get a Covid Test and wanted me to make sure I called back with the result. I appreciated the caring. We discussed some of my other health concerns, as well.

My husband has been raving about what a great doctor Dr. Raxenburg is for years. With my Dr. moving further North, I decided to try Dr. Raxenburg. He was very attentive. He took the time to sit and talk to me about my medical history and any concerns I had. Each concern was addressed and fully explained. Not only did he talk, but he listened to me as well. His assistant was also extremely pleasant and welcoming. I’ve never felt more comfortable being in a doctor’s office. Also, going to the doctor during a Pandemic, I am very cautious; I was relieved to see the safety precautions they had in place and how they were being followed by everyone. Dr. Raxenburg is an Amazing doctor and I highly recommend his practice.

From the moment I knocked at the door, and waited briefly for a staff member to open it, I knew that precautions were being taken. After welcoming me, the staff person took my temperature and invited me to sit in one of the few chairs, spaced 6 ft apart. The nurse assistant was delightful in taking my weight, blood pressure, and ushering me into a room to go over my concerns; shortly after this, Dr. Raxenberg came in and immediately asked what my concerns were. He listened carefully, and commented, and asked questions. And he suggested a change in medication, emphasizing that if there were any problem to call him. He also suggested I have the pneumonia shot right there. I really appreciate his manner and the fact that he invites me to call whatever the problem.He is an excellent clinician.

He is very thorough, highly knowledgeable, and above all--he cares! But he does not beat around the bush--he lets you know that you also need to do your part. Outstanding doctor! He has been very responsive to all my issues. I thoroughly trust him!

I was in search of a good primary care physician after a bad experience with the doctor I was using. One of my other doctors recommended Dr. Raxenberg after he heard of my displeasure with the other doctor. He recommended Dr Raxenberg and told me that Dr Raxenberg was his personal physician.During my first appointment Dr Raxenberg spent a good 20-25 minutes as I explained my history.He then made some observations that surprised me as he asked such pertinent questions as if he was my Doctor for years.I couldn’t possibly give Dr Raxenberg a better review. His assistant and the other staff were as nice as could be.

Dr. Raxenberg cares about me as a person and takes a real interest in my well-being. I trust this man 100%. Great office staff, who know my name and care about and for me.

My review of Raxenberg on line: one star (worst) and this comment:RUN FOR YOUR LIFERUN FOR YOUR LIFE. Callous disregard for the well-being of the patient. Dismissive and rude. The worst doctor we have ever experienced in our entire lives. If you care about your health and/or your loved one, save yourself and them and avoid this doctor at all costs. In our familys opinion, this doctors gross malpractice almost cost the patient a slow and painful death. Thank God we were able to replace him just in the nick of time.

He spent a good amount of time asking about my history and health concerns.

I would never used this practice again! You are just a number here. Dr. Raxenberg might be a good doctor, but I think he is a jerk. He made me wait an entire weekend for the results of an important sonogram, when they had the results by early Friday afternoon. His assistant who finally called me at 3:35 on Monday, said they had a lot of calls to make. I, apparently, didnt make the cut! How stupid to tell me that. The doctor called me yesterday and informed me that he did not feel he did anything wrong! Would you EVER go to someone like this???? Think carefully before entering this unprofessional, uncaring and mismanaged office!

Dr. Raxenberg has been my doctor for almost 10 years and has been a very good doctor to me. I would recommend him to anyone.

Classic case of a doctor who doesn’t care. No bedside manner, no effort to find out what the cause of a problem is, just take another pill and keep your fingers crossed. If you want a doctor who doesn’t care about his patients & only cares about his monthly income then give him a call
