I dont know if anyone needed forms for FMLA but I had to wait and call many times before they were filled out. Hes a good doctor just wasnt happy with how my situation was handled ☹

Dr. Atallah is a wonderful doctor. Hes kind, understanding and patient. The staff, especially Renata and Mirabell go out of their way for you as a patient. Excellent staff. They even answer the phone!
