I am very satisfied with not only the quality but the service provided as well. Rob made it very easy to understand what was going on with my daughters feet and what needed to be done about it. He also made the process of buying it easy as well. Every once in awhile he checks up to make sure everything is going well with the soles. The soles are comfortable and are able to fit into most shoes. I definitely recommend anyone who is new to buying soles!!

In a day and age where it’s not uncommon to receive either excellent customer service but a poor product, or a cranky representative but a great product, Rob provides both. From initial consultation to the finished product, Rob takes his time and listens to your needs. I have very high narrow arches and my son has extremely wide flat feet. Rob was able to provide comfortable affordable solutions for both of us. We can’t thank him enough and plan to refer my son’s baseball buddies who have foot issues to Rob.

I have known Rob for 43 years, We were in High school together and have been best of friends ever since,We recently got together (pre-virus) and I told Rob about the problems I was Having with my feet. I live in Atlanta Ga. and have been going to The Walking Company and have been using their orthotics and shoes for the past few years. However I was still having issues foot pain and calluses on both feet.Rob sent the foot molds to me in Atlanta I followed his instructions and mailed them back. He then mailed me the custom made orthotics to me and has made a huge difference! He even consulted me on which shoes to purchase. I now walk 2 miles per day and can walk pain free. I do not feel any rubbing like i used to. The key is having orthotics custom made instead of a one size fits all approach.Even if you are long distance to his office in Florida he can still help you and he is only a phone call away with questions. My alignment has improved since Rob custom made orthotics for me. He is excellent at explaining what is going on with ones particular foot formation. Having a Child with scoliosis can be a very challenging thing. You look for help in what do you think are all the right places but you never really get any answers. For those trying to avoid surgery which should always be a last option, finding other ways to correct the situation has been our primary goal. We don’t want to put our child under the knife so after searching high and low and consulting many chiropractors and paying for $5000 body braces, we finally found a solution. I have learned it back by correcting some of the orthopedic differences between the right and left leg you can help me to correct the issue. I have high arches with severe ankle problems that cause chronic pain. I ordered a set of custom orthotics from Robert and boy was I happy. I immediately had a complete reduction in ankle pain and had better overall Mobility. The Orthotics were so impressive I ordered a second set after the first month of wearing them. If you have feet or ankle problems I highly recommend Roberts service.

These are truly the best orthotics. My bunions have reduced substantially. I’ve been wearing custom made orthotics for 10 years but these really worked. The doctor makes house calls. It costs less than going to a podiatrist even with the co pay!!! My mother got them too and her IT band problems disappeared and her feet don’t hurt anymore.

Well, it a long time to find someone to get my feet right again. FINALLY I found Rob Feldman. He came to my house, gave me suggestions after analyzing my feet and taking molds.
