3 weeks ago when I was interviewed, I was asked what I’m seeking FT / PT, and I specified Full Time, the General Manager (Kelly) offered me $14 per hour and was clear that I wanted Full Time, I feel now I am being “Low Balled” and offered Part Time status at $13 an hour…. This is NOT professional, nor acceptable. As an applicant, I feel unappreciated, and as a customer, feel like I’ve been slapped in the face. In a sense, a broken promise was made, and weeks later was offered less income wise, and hours……

This is the worst pharmacy i have ever been to. Its always an extremely long wait and everytime i try to use my GOLD GoodRX card for a discount they are always trying to inconvenience me making me wait longer and continuously undercutting me on price although my discount is actually less than what they charge me.

The young man that was working 7/19/2021 night shift closed the pharmacy right in front of me after I was waiting in line for 30min well before closing time. After begging to get my prescription he quickly gave it to me but it was the wrong one. I tried to tell him it’s not the right prescription n he just looked at me n then walked away. Very rude not even the other person there would help me.

Is CVS throwing away Covid-19 vaccines while were struggling to get as many people vaccinated as possible?? Walked in approximately 3:30pm on 7/12/21 for 1st vaccine for my 14-year old and 18-year old. Young lady who administered them said come back in three weeks for 2nd vaccine. Online scheduling wouldnt allow 2 appointments within an hour of each other, so I left work early and we walked in at 4:10pm on 8/2/21. They refused to check us in for their second vaccine, saying they only take walk-ins from 10am-2pm. I repeatedly said we were here as a walk-in after 3pm for their 1st vaccine, and their signs and website say nothing about walk-in hours. After I was near tears from frustration and fear my kids wont get their 2nd vaccine in time since I cant take off work again, pharmacist joins conversation to tell me they only prepare as many vaccines as appointments that are scheduled each day, and I can come back after 6pm to see if anyone didnt show up to their appointment. Shell give the unused vaccines to my kids. That was a big IF for me. They refused to tell me which location I can call to try, because all the stores are different. We went to the CVS on Boynton/Military Trl, where a pharmacy tech told me the CVS where they got their 1st vaccine has to accept them for their 2nd. She was surprised to hear of our experience, and suggested we try the CVS at Boynton/Jog Rd. I immediately took my kids there, and the pharmacy manager was happy to check us in as walk-ins, even though it was now 4:55pm. We were in and out in 30 minutes. I will be switching our home CVS store to this location, even though the one on Boynton/Federal is much closer. Does CVS seriously throw away unused Covid-19 vaccines when people no-show to their appointments?! There was not one person waiting in that CVS when we arrived at 4:10pm...why are they even preparing the vaccine early if they just end up throwing them away? The only reason I even use CVS is that Im forced to due to their partnership with my health insurance.

Do NOT go to the pharmacy! I learned the hard way, waited an hour just to drop off a prescription. Was at the window good 10 minutes just for someone to not even greet me just ask pick up or drop off and when I tried to ask a question he just hung up the speaker. Very ghetto, wouldnt recommend.

Said my prescriptions would be ready at 1 o’clock. After waiting 40 minutes in line they said it wasn’t ready yet and needed another 30 minutes. Also, Payed for some advil that wasn’t in the bag when I got home. I called to have them refund my money said they couldn’t do it over the phone. Worst pharmacy.

The customer service in this location with the pharmacy is very unprofessional. I come to drop off my prescriptions at 1 in the evening, they told me to come back within the next two hours and I actually come a little later than 2 hours and the line of the pharmacy didn’t move for 25 minutes, the pharmacist was packing it as I was checking out. Ended up staying here another hour and half and just lost so much of my time.

If I can give this Pharmacy a negative 5 I would. They discriminate against people who are on medications they dont like, they fill meds they want and refuse to fill others (without doctors phone call, and my doctor called and waited 20 min with no answer so he gave up he doesnt have time to wait esp to confirm a medication that had been prescribed and dispensed last month!) last month when they filled the meds there was no issues, this month they wont fill it and they waited 31 days. They changed the story 3 times and lied. I will never ever go to this pharmacy again and am calling their corporate office right now to report the pharmacist for discrimination.

The pharmacy is already a mess, extended waits, no notifications when there is an issue concerning your script, etc but todays concern comes from the drive thru area. Atop the building, the two lines are labeled for pick up and drop off. Simple enough. (Cuts down confusion and supposedly speds the process of waiting behind someone who may require more attention.)Welp now you can no longer pick up from the pick up window due to covid-19; instead you must use the drop off bank like tubing system. Thats fine and dandy but you dont know until your at the window already. Now you have to drive around the entire building again or back up (hopefully no one is coming around the corner) and pull into the other side.Touching the tube or using the contact-less tray, they already had in place, poses the same exposure risk. I will definitely be switching to a pharmacy that is less confusing.

Pharmacy needs a lot of help. More staff or better organization. Employees were stressed and struggling for the 30min I waited in the store. The checkout lady was really nice amidst the chaos.

I dont know what happened but the pharmacy department has gone down hill in the past couple months. I feel for them because they are insanely busy but something needs to be done. I waited 30 mins yesterday just to be told my prescription was on hold and no one had called me about it or sent a notification like they used to and 20 minutes today to pick up that same medication. Ive had nothing but problems with them this past week.

Main store employees are nice, the pharmacy is the worst. The most disorganized pharmacy you have ever met. They will have you waiting in line and then tend to another customer who just walks in. They lost my prescription and when I wanted to transfer out to Publix, they played games. Shop at the store but find another pharmacy. There are better and cheaper pharmacy’s out there.

I normally use CVS in another state and I needed to change my prescription to the Boynton beach store . After reading the reviews i hesitated to call tjis store . Nevertheless i called and got a very helpful young lady answering the phone . she smiled when she talked and quite frankly I was very pleased and surprised. not anymore. Everybody can have a bad day but make your own decision. Sometimes you are the best.judge.

The girl carelessly checked in the meds and didn’t even check to see if they have it. I come back 2 hours later and they say they need another 15 min. After waiting for 30 min in line in my car, they tell me they actually don’t have one of the Rx’s. Just pathetic

Tell your store to hire people with decency. Your cashiers tend to act as if certain people dont belong in the store. Next time I come in there and I receive the same customer service your caucasian female cashiers tend to give me, a black female, Ill make sure they know I dont appreciate their service. Im younger than the majority of them and know how to treat people better than that. Learn to treat everyone the same. If you can say hi and make conversation with someone the same skin color as you, you can do the same for everyone. Walgreens is a lot more professional than your overpriced, wannabe bourgeoisie store. You werent raised in the ghetto, quit acting like it.

This CVS has had such a terrific staff the last few years - smart, courtesy, helpful.....not sure what happened in the last few weeks but the new girls are just plain stupid. If you ask a question they just stare through you, no clue what their job entails....sad...

The pharmacy is mediocre at best. Some staff are helpful, some suck. The real problem is the constant presence of beggars EVERY TIME I go there! I swear these guys work on some sort of rotating UP system. It’s so frustrating that I can’t go to my local pharmacy without being harassed and begged from, and CVS does NOTHING TO STOP IT!!!!

Place is a joke. Called the pharmacy was on hold for over 25 min😡 just trying to give my daughters updated insurance info. Drove there still on hold people very rude acted like I was a bother and inconvenience. Then for them to tell me they are to busy I would have to come back next day for my daughters prescriptions😡😡😡

It was suppose to be quick and easy, instead I learned nothing about my cough but I did learn a lot about CVS billing system with the RNP and tech-support for more then 30mins.I went to another CVS miniclinic days later but to the same effect...this time I waited almost 1hr and 20mins just to be seen(with online pre-register) I cant belive I even had to pay for it. Its not worth it.
