I cannot even express how blessed I am finding Dr. Faresi! Dr. Faresi is by far the best doctor I have found in South Florida. He is so compassionate. Dr. Faresi goes above and beyond with his patients, listening to every single word and answering every single question. Dr. Faresi definitely puts his patients first! Youll always get a phone call back from him, no matter what time or how big or small your question is. I cannot even express how amazing of a person he is! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Faresi to everyone. This is the beautiful surgeon who saved my husband, Timothy´s life. Several times! He is always kind and professional. He always answers questions and explain things to us. He answers his cellphone with texts or calls back if we need to talk to him.Also he made a small procedure on myself.We really love him and wouldn´t go to anyone else.The girls at the west office are very sweet, and that´s where we make our appointments.

Dr. Faresi is by far the BEST Surgeon! We have never met a doctor that has such patience, love, and senstivity towards his patients. My husband was in the hospital for 60 days, Dr. Faresi performed numerous surgeries on my husband, and he refused to give up until my husband was discharged from the hospital. Dr. Faresi showed such compassion towards us, spent numerous hours with us to make sure that my husand was on the road to recovery. I am happy to say, after 60 long days, lots of complications, my husband is finally home and we give all the thanks to this wonderful surgeon. If you are looking for a top notch, professional, compassionate Doctor, you have to call and make an appointment with Dr. Faresi - he is the BEST!!!

Outstanding vascular surgeon. Kind, considerate and VERY GOOD at what he does. I had an issue that was literally a PITA. Suffered for quite awhile before being referred to Dr. Faresi. Changed my quality of life. The staff were also considerate & very kind as well as understanding.

I got Dr Faresis name in the ER at Bethesda West. I was in excruciating pain. I was preparing for the worse. They texted the Dr and got me an appointment the next week in his office. I had an appointment with another Dr weeks from the date already scheduled.He was reassuring and said he would schedule a colonoscopy in the OR..long story short, he diagnosed severe prostatitis and treated me with antibiotics..bottom line, Im like new!I feel incredibly blessed that all is well and that the Doctor was experienced enough to find my problem..

Dr.Mariano was in a rush didnt take all the stitches oops he missed one no big deal (sarcasm)!!!!! His staff wasnt on the same page as doctor not very professional.

Worse experience trying to get my surgery setup. Nobody would call me back to confirm the time or location. The girls in the office were extremely rude ! I am paying out of pocket, so I need to know the cost of everything. Nobody would give me an answer. Finally after days of phone calls, and voicemails, I spoke to Daniela who told me they do not know the cost, and well too bad... I had to cancel my surgery.Susy in the office we very rude, and nasty with me. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

Excellent, he operated on my mother for a tumor and he is much better than any doctor who dared to do what he as a doctor did for her.
