Dr. Bastien listened to everything I had to share and answered all of my questions. As a result, I felt she cared about me beyond a patient/doctor relationship but as a person. For that, we connected, which makes her a well-rounded doctor, because it goes without saying that she knows medicine. Additionally, she considers my thoughts while practicing medicine, which makes me feel like my voice is heard and I am apart of my health care plan that she creates for me. That is important.

Had the experience to get my wellness visit there and I saw Satie the PA who was very nice and humble and took her time with me during the visit, the staff there were very pleasant and welcoming the office was super clean and everyone was very respectful and professional. The best part of the visit was the fact that i get to have your blood drawn right there in the office which was very nice and the nurse (Solande) who drew my blood was awesome very gentle and sweet. Overall I was very satisfied and happy that I found this doctor.It’s not everyday you get this kind of treatment especially at a doctors office.

What an AMAZING doctor!!! She REALLY cares about you, with a great attitude, super sweet, kind, spend time with you, answers all your questions. And her medical knowledge is superb! It toke me 13 years to finally find a doctor that truly concerns about my well-being! I had to wait a little longer than I expected, however the staff were always asking if I want coffee, snacks, or anything: super sweet and warm! Then, I realized why I had to wait: Dr. Nathalie spends the needed time with EACH patient with no rush! I felt so welcome and comfortable with her! My first visit was everything.I got there early to see the interaction and it was amazing. The staff was friendly ,patient and used there listening skills. The Dr. came in my room ready for me and heard my concerns and addressed every need. I felt better just knowing she was listening. I would recommend her to others and as a matter of fact, I talked about her to a co-worker and she is going to have her aunt to transfer to her .

The doctor was great but the office is horrible...it took 4 days of calling one time a day and asking for someone to call me to finally be able to book an appointment for something I needed to see a doctor urgently about & I couldn’t afford to pay the copay for urgent care. Then I got the appointment online (which I didn’t mind) & needed to come in person, so we booked a follow up appointment. I took the night off work & they texted me past 7pm to tell me my appointment for the next day is online. Incredibly unprofessional.

I absolutely love Dr Menon, the issue I have resulting in the 3 stars is that you can never get though to anyone ever without leaving a message first. I observed in office their phones always ringing but every single time I’ve called I gave to leave a message and pray I don’t miss the call when they call back. This may actually be the reason I seek another doctor. I’m very sick and today tried to call first thing to attempt to secure and RX for a zpack and had to leave a message.....I also emailed through the portal but there is nothing like having access to a staff. Please reconsider your contact methods.
