If I could give it ZERO stars I would!!!Dr. Krzak-Mularczyk has the worst bedside manner I have EVER experienced from a doctor. She is not compassionate, no empathy and doesn’t listen to my needs, does what is best and convenient for her not the patient, RUDE and argumentative. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Dr. mularczyk has been my Doctor for many years. She is professional and knowledgeable.She is prompt when you have an appointment thats when the Doctor will see you. She doesnt double book patients. When she is with you there are no distractions. Now her staff is professional and kind on the phone though they are very busy they dont rush you off the phone and they are always courteous. Thats why I am giving Dr. mularczyk and her staff a 5 star rating

Begrudgingly, I had to select a new primary caregiver at the beginning of this year and what a fiasco it turned out to be! This office itself is run very poorly with most of the office staff acting inappropriately. Not returning calls, dropping calls, parking calls on hold for extreme amount of time, poor knowledge of of job related skills. Not cleaning after Pts accidents in the waiting area. In addition, the Dr. did not prescribe my medications as they have been previously ordered for the past several years and changed a medication completely out of the blue without informing me when the pharmacy requested a refill. The answer I got to my phone inquiring regarding these situations was youll need to make an appt and ask the Dr yourself. It would appear that she is more interested in getting additional office visits than doing her job correctly. Further, she gave me authorization for referral to a pretty scary & sketchy provider with whom she stated to me later that she had no professional knowledge of. (There were others to chose from in my plan.) Apparently it doesnt behoove her to do any professional due diligence and know the practice standards of those Drs she gives referrals for.When I formally discharged her as my primary care physician and decided paying out of pocket for my previous wonderful physician would be a welcoming exchange she was actually petty enough to send me a letter that read as though she had discharged me. Sad...very sad.

Dr. Mularczyk does not provided good care for me. I am a senior and have few health conditions. I had to keep making appointments for each. I believe so she can charge the insurance for visit.She was always irritated and I was afraid to ask question so I do not take her time. The visits were always 10 min. She would constantly send me specialist and ordered unnecessary blood work. My health declined after being with Dr. Mularczyk for 2 years.I now have a geriatric PCP and she takes her time to listen to me. I am very happy with my new doctor. Just wished I would have done this sooner.

Dr . Mularczyk was my primary care doctor. I cancelled 2 appointments in the past few months but needed a refill on a detrimental medicine that can not be stopped suddenly. I understand a doctors practice of not filling a prescription if you havent been seen for three months. I only needed 5 days of this medicine and had an appt. to see her on the fifth day. She REFUSED to grant me the few days prescription for 5 days for this medicine to tide me over until my appointment! I cant believe this was my doctor. Very inflexible and uncaring toward her patients. She is NOT a physician I would recommend.

I’m happy with Dr. Mularczyk. All the time, I Visit her, she is very attentive to hear my concerns. She has ordered the right medical tests and prescribed medication if I need it. I think Dr. Mularczyk is smart, professional, and honest. I will keep her as my family Dr for the time I need.

Horrible doctor!! I went in to see her to get a simple medication I have been on for years. She ends up not doing anything and sending me to 3 different doctors to get their opinions. Complete waste of time and money to see her. And her staff was rude aswell. WORST doctor ive seen in 39 years!!!

Dr Mularczyk and staff have been very thorough and patient and its much appreciated in this day of healthcare. You can tell they really care about their patients and I have been a patient for 5 years.

Don’t go to her if you are on any type of medication that is under the new law in FL. She is not willing to prescribe anything, even if you’ve been on it for years. She will charge you and run you in circles and then charge you some more while lying to you about what the reason is. She will refer you to “specialists” who waste your time and money as well. A “fake” doctor out for your money.

Dr Mularczyk is great, its her staff thats the problem. Christina obviously doesnt know the difference between a medical aid and a doctor because she thinks shes both. Shes a know it all that clearly knows very little. She will treat you like your the idiot when you prove her wrong. Ive seen her treat other patients exactly the same. Its a shame the doctor would let an aid ruin her practice.

This dr. Is is always willing to explain difficult subjects making it much more understandable. Shes a calm collected physician, whos tener is yet to be challenged by any boyntom beach Phd. In the 4 yeas ive utilzed her service,Shes remaned poised and curtious .She can carelessly cut you and laugh why you bleed...LAUGH. .shes always a PHD. To me.

I just wanted to set a check up appointment with Dr Edyta...I found out that I had to update my PCP. The staff person at the front desk taking care of Dr Edytas appointments refused to help for two days in a row..she even hung up while I eas askung for a routine help. I made the change immediately when I was told ,my insurance gave me a reference number for the office to use..I called several times to check if the change showed in the system..all this so I can secure a closer date for the appointment rather than wait for months.the lady kept refusing to check or call the insurance..I was asking her for help politely and nicely but I felt she was rude and not friendly...the last attempt to see if the change showed on the system..she simply hung up... I think issues like this are common to occur...and refusing to help or even making a simple call is below any patients expectation.

Staff is hit or miss but Dr. Mularcyzk is judgemental and rude.
