The cruelty & lack of decency from this doctor was stunning. To go to someone you trust for help, and be told you need to lose weight instead of helping with the problem is astounding. As if I havent tried to lose weight for years. The staff was very good & professional. I feel sorry for them.

Stay away, Dr. Macia refused to give me s referral for spinal epidurals. He said they dont work and he doesnt believe in them. His area of training in NOT on this field, then on top of that he refused my medication refill after 3 years of being on it, he said he doesnt believe in pain meds, I have uncontrolled hypertension and without this medication my BP will go sky high and I could have a stroke, he didnt care... Each morning my BP is 202/120 pulse of 90, after I take ALL my meds it goes down to about 140/90 pulse of 80....its okay but not great....when my son was murdered in 2019 he refused to give me anything for my nerves.....if you want to get a doctor who will treat you honorable do not go here

I love this place! The doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always available by phone and able to get me in for an appointment same day or next! Highly recommend this office!

Exceptional patient centered care from Dr. Macia and his MA.

DONT go to this Doctor. He will not listen to a word you say or let alone prescribe you anythingYou need.. He will leave you floating down the creek without a paddle or without ANY help.He bases his business on the really old people who cant spot a Generic cheap Doctor when they see one... wow, guy sucks!

They are very conveniently located between federal and 95. the staff is amazingly friendly and always helpful. Dr Macia has that perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness that makes you feel like family and not a name on a clipboard. I wish all Doctors offices were like them.

I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for a scheduled appointment. People think they can just show up and see the Dr. which of course can put him behind since he does have to work them in. Dr. Macia is always patient and listens to my concerns. I see him for treatment for a chronic condition. My only concern is that he will one day retire! He usually calls in refills for me without a visit as long as I explain to the nurse what the issue is. Of course if it has been a while since my last visit, he does the prudent thing and asks me to come in. Drs have to cover their butts and I totally understand.

I have been going to Dr Marin and Dr Macia in Boynton Beach for the last 12 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the doctors are both great !I always receive the best service and I love that the office is pet friendly too.

Dr Macia did not take the time to listen and is judgmental about diagnosed conditions. I visited this office twice. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time however after a second visit it was clear this is not a caring facility. Wait times before and after the visit are extraordinarily lengthy and the staff is rude. I’ve never had a more horrible experience with healthcare. Will not be returning nor recommending anyone visit this place.

Do not go to this doctor. My parents have been patients for over 20 years, Dr. Macia is refusing to sign the paper work necessary under the Family Care Act for my sister to take an unpaid leave of absence to help take care of my 91 year father who needs 24 hour care. It is disgraceful!

Ive been with Dr. Macia for a long time, and I wouldnt go to anyone else. He is caring, knowledgeable, and his staff is great
