Office staff is incompetent. Never followed up with my insurance company for the medication that I was supposed to receive at the office on my appointment. I expressed my concerns with them and they will no longer treat me. Unbelievable

Best DOCTOR around however, office staff is TERRIBLE. Kathy his assistant is so sweet and kind. Scheduler is RUDE beyond belief and the billing staff is not willing to work with patients who want to actually pay their bills. Instead they cancel your appointments last minute and wont return your telephone calls. I have now left several different messages on different days and not one person has called me back.

Dr Tokayer & his team Aaron, Kathy & Jessica are the best! Competent - Caring - Compassionate. I feel very well taken care of with this practice & confident that my health issues are being dealt with at the highest standard.

Have been going to Dr. Tokayer for over a year now and he is very caring and compassionate. I find him to be an excellent doctor who I totally trust. Jessica his scheduler is very nice also and friendly.

Unfortunately, I wouldnt know if Dr. Tokayer is good or not because I never got past his rude scheduler Jessica. I called to make an appointment and from the moment she opened her mouth she was just abrasive for no obvious reason. Even if she was having a bad day that still serves as no excuse for being rude to someone. Its always a shame when the doctors good but the staff ruins the potential for a positive patient experience. Anyway, on to the next one, life is too short.

I love dr Tokayer but his office especially Jackie and Jessica are rude and crass. They even hung up on me! rude! Very unprofessional! I wish I could talk to dr Tokayer but they are his shield not his assistants!They called me a liar when I told them I left a message a week ago!

I have been seeing Dr. Tokayer for 10 years. He is the best doctor. He is very busy, but when he is with me, he never seems in a rush.
