The girls at the front were helpful and nice. The assistant was very knowledgeable and explained everything... The Dr was super sweet , gentle and took her time going over treatment with my 15 year old daughter. I have been to 2 other offices but I definitely found our home!

As a result of Covid stress I lost a lot of my hair!I went to Clearlyderm and saw “Jamie” she made me feel so at ease and assured me I wasn’t going bald!I followed her regime and it worked! I HIGHLY recommend!! This was my first time seeing a dermatologist and this place is AMAZING. The girls at the front desk are super sweet and welcoming! The dermatologist I saw was Jamie and she was very attentive. She didn’t just look at my face and prescribe something. We went through the products I was using, she looked at their ingredients to see what i could continue to use instead of buying new products and that definitely saved me money. She went through my long term treatment plan step by step. My face has already begun to clear up in only 1 week ! I’m super excited for my next appointment !

This was a thoroughly pleasant experience. Although the wait, did go past our appointment time, I understand why-There were many people there to see Dr. Feldman & his team at ClearlyDerm. I went with my mom who recently had a fall & got out of hospital & rehab. I was in the room with her & when she got cold from just wearing the gown- Ani the nurse, got her a nice blanket to put over her until the doctor came in! I saw Jodi today, and i honestly loved it! I have never met a doctor who was so understanding and compassionate about my skin problems. Because i was self-paying she went out of her way to check the cheapest places i could get my prescriptions, as well as coupons. She was super informative as well, as she informed me of many options for treatment. I went in with low expectations, because i know my condition is chronic, but she honestly gave me so much hope. So many samples were given as well. Would definitely make ClearlyDerm my first choice for dermatology, i highly recommend her and this office to anyone :) i would like to also add that the nurse was really sweet, i didnt catch her name, but she wrote down the names of websites and the medications for me so i wouldnt forget.

Funny how my friend leaves a bad review and all of a sudden they have 5 new reviews all 5 star and positive. My friend was severely burned by DR. ANDREW because he does not know what he is doing in his profession. Very sad instead of being transparent with the community, they would rather be deceitful and give a false impression of their practices.

Each experience I’ve had at Clearly Derm has been awesome. I have had some concerns with my skin that Dr. Jamie has been able to help me get through. She is nice and answers all the questions I have. Two of my three most recent visits most Anie has been my nurse and we always have a good laugh! Courtney was at the front desk yesterday and was also delightful. I’m normally freaking out when I go in but everyone is always kind making my experience that much better.

What great experience I had at Clearlyderm. I was greeted with enthusiasm. The gals in the front were very efficient and taking my insurance and my payment. Anie, Dr. Feldmans nurse was awesome. She took all my information and asked a lot of questions regarding any dermatologic needs. Dr. Feldman came in and did a body check and a few zaps here and there and one area to be sent out for biopsy. I has a lot of questions and all were answered satisfactory for me. I will be going back for a small procedure and am awaiting confirmation and an appointment with the surgeon who is in site there.

Cheerful, friendly people. I thought I was getting a different doctor in the group practice than the one I got, but she was good. She assessed the keratosis on my back immediately, and I avoided a procedure. She also was interested in discussing a supplement I was taking for hair growth, and one for diminishing age spots, She offered her input on their effectiveness, with a willingness to be open-minded about the results.

This office has a professional, very nice and courteous staff. The doctor Lawrence Feldman was very kind and treated me as if I were a known patient even though this is the first time in that office.

Both my parents also use this office. I’ve moved a lot for work, so I’ve used a few different locations, and it’s always a pleasant experience. I’m so happy to have met Dr. Feldman who put me at such ease today while going through something I couldn’t possibly imagine going through in a nightmare. Also the girls at the front desk are really sweet and thats a big deal for me. I see several doctors and I’ve left several because of the front desk staff. I don’t know if medical practices are aware of how important it is to have a pleasant face greet you. Especially when you’re not feeling well.

This Facility has been a blessing. I called Friday Morning (4/2/21) in such pain from an abscess near my ear. When I called Annie answered the phone and asked me to hold to speak with my doctor, she came back to the line very quickly and advised me that my doctor was not able to see me but that Jamie Swistak PA would be able to look at the issue I was having to see if she could help me. Now, by this point i had not slept well for days and i was in a horrible amount of pain. She gave me an appointment for 230pm that day, being in such pain I showed up 45 mins early in case I had to fill out paperwork or update my insurance. I was greeted at the desk and within minutes I was called into the office. Ronika was the medical assistant who brought me back and did a quick examine for the doctor. Jamie the PA came in and said that she would be able to help me. She was so very gentle from inserting the needle to numb the area to draining the abscess. She answered all my questions and concerns and was very patient with me while I was having a little nervous break down. Start to finish.... The staff at Clearlyderm in Boynton made a very painful and scaring situation very smooth and easy. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!

I had my first appointment today. The front desk staff and medical assistant were extremely friendly and professional. The doctor was very kind and helpful and I didn’t have to wait past my appointment time to see her. She was able to identify the causes of some of my skin problems and prescribe some treatments. I already have my follow up scheduled. I had a fantastic experience.

This was my 1st appointment with clearlyderm, and a wonderful one ! I meet with Anie first, and she has a wonderful personality. She also talked me into a full body exam, which I wasn’t going to do! I am so glad I agreed. Then Jamie Snistak came in, I thought she was about 20 years old .. she is not only beautiful, she in amazing. She went over my whole body, and found things that I didn’t know were there. Spent plenty time with me, and went over everything!The best office and staff !

Before my first visit I filled out all the necessary forms online and submitted them. I checked the day before appointment that they had been received and was told yes. When I arrived for appointment I was handed a clipboard of forms and told to go sit in my car and fill them out and I would receive a text message when I could go back inside when it was my turn to be seen.I explained that they had already received this information on online. Was told they did not have it.! I then asked to sit in the lobby to re do forms as the A/C in my car was not working and it was very hot and humid plus I did not have cell phone with me so could not be contacted... I was not allowed to stay inside despite fact it was a large empty lobby. I then had no choice but to sit and suffer in parking lot and fill out forms. I eventually went back to office and was allowed stay as it was almost time to for appointment.This is no way to treat patients especially 80 year old ones!I have no complaints about service I received from Jodye and staff when they took a skin sample for biopsy.

What a wonderful, helpful facility. I was greeted beautifully by the front desk staff and, if it was even possible, Dr. Feldman and Nurse Anie were even nicer! Dr. Feldman explained my issue clearly and understandably, and Nurse Anie gave me gauze pads and tape to take home so that I could change my dressing from time to time. Everyone here calmed me and my worries about my skin issue (a HUGE boil on my upper thigh that rubbed against the elastic of my underwear). When I left the facility, my pain (when sitting, standing, walking, and sleeping) was gone! This is a great office. Thank you everyone!

Dr. Feldman is great as far as he always greets one and is pleasant to be around. I have a little trouble with the front staff’s reaction to me in trying to be pleasant and social with them.
